The app is really helpful. However, I want to suggest little bit of improvement while doing transaction. After we enter the account number to which we want to transfer and the amount, there comes time to enter T-pin for the confirmation. Very disorganized and the disclaimeris very unethical. The fact they charge Nu. 10 is atrocious. They are easing their banking by making it computerized. Instead of all lining up in counters in person. It is more of a convenience and its a service that should be free. The ATMs most of the time don't work and it never does auto reverses when money doesn't come through. You have to fill an application and it takes weeks and on one occasion more than a month.

Recent update has created lots of problems...the app goes off automatically whenever I try to login. We are not able to copy paste account numbers. We are paying for using this app every year as charge. The developer need to make it user friendly. Or reduce our usage charge 😠😠😠 Developer dont just fiddle with the app in the name of update and create problems for the user.

This app is great but I've one report of it , the money gets deducted every 200 and 300 for no reason...I think it's being cutter by the company itself.

I kept on recharging and it kept on saying "Recharge failed. Authentication failed”... after checking the transection history, Nu 500+ was gone...😂

Need to make the balance invisible unless opted to see ASAP. The account holder should have the control of their own balance. Edit: Good job for prompt update of the App.

From the last update, QR code scan isn't working on Android 11 based Mi Phone. Even with the update of the mbob app, the problem persists.

What's with that funny-floating-long-bar-with-an-i thing? It's a pop-up but with no message on it, except for the i that must mean information or whatever it stands for in computer language. It's been there since the previous update. Looks like you got a bug there. I'd attach a screenshot if I could. Anyway, I thought it'd be fixed in this update, but no. By the way, thank you for the convenience this app provides.

My point of view, I feel this new updated version has some defects, a couple of times my money got deducted twice...and when I asked the other person they didn't have the same journal number ..what is it...it says ERROR and money gets deducted . ..so frustrating

When we scan and pay it's showing all the available balance. Though it's good to see the available balance but we would be glad if you could remove that feature on mbob. Actually everything is fine and good only not happy with that showing balance when we transfer fund🤣🙏🙏

Highly appreciated the latest version of Mobile banking and it is user friendly with almost all the features available. However, it would be greatful if it shows creditors account holder name at transaction receipt to easily recognize particular recipt among many screenshot la (for future reference). Additionally, if include officially accepted profile photo of creditors in final transaction receipt will be more helpful to confirm the transaction as there are many Acc holder with same name

The app is very helpful to everyone but in recent new update there is option to hide the amount and it's very good but when we do fund transfer as soon as we click on our account number the amount also pops up and if you can also hide the amount here like in the old version it's really convenient to use la. It's just my suggestion thanks.

This app is very helpful as we don't have to bring cash with us. If we bring cash with us there is a chances to lost money. just we can easily transfer from this app to not lost our money

Just my point of view or suggestions: Compared to previous version, the current dashboard view looks messy. Too bright color contrast. Uneven icon sizes. And I guess it could have been better if the scrolling effect is added to whole dashboard rather than only the services section. But good to see new version of app with additional features.
