So smart, and easy to communicate with less time and effort, finally I can request and make my order so smoothly and easy from my home, everywhere and anytime. Thanks allot my Bank of Palestinian . So proud about this amazing app.

The last version and updated of apps is not working after entering and logout and disabled user message is recevied continually.

The app works just fine. The customer service on the other hand is a total waste of time and morals. They never help you the way you want, they don't show enough diligence and respect.

It doesnt like my visa cash card with my account. In addition the bank charges a 5 dollars fee to issue an ATM card, insane and very ridiculous. Never heard of a bank charging for atm card, and if you want to withdraw your money, the bank charges you another 2 dollars per transaction to withdraw your own money. Extremely bad bank , i do NOT recommend at Alllllll. Not to mention hours and hours of wait time inside the bank until your turn comes then they tell youz sorry, wrong counter restart.

It's not acceptable that we can not use the app in case of changing the phone and it needs to go to bank personaly to get the activation code. What if I am abroad!

Worst app with the worst customer service. Needs a lot of work, if it works. It stopped logging in, keeps telling me no internet connection and crashes

Today's update is absolutely horrible. I can't paste my password or use my password app to login. So each time I want to login, I would need to manually type in approximately 30 characters to get into my account.

convenient app that covers bill payments and transfer between accounts. Works with issue and has raised my bank experience to the next level. I simply cannot do banking the same without such app.

Excellent app that save a lot of time but it needs more improvements and new features that enable the account holder to manage his bank services without the need to go physically to the bank. I suggest yo eliminate any bank fees when using this app in managing our accounts since this app saves a lot of time and money for the Bank. the Bank will eliminate many job positions if this app becomes popular in the local community.

I like the features in the app but what's the point if I can't use this? It keeps loading the main page for minutes and says "no internet connection" . Even though I have internet connection and all other apps open no problem. Please fix

It was a very bad experience.. Needs update, then won't accept the code and keeps notifying me that there is no internet connection.. even though my phone is connected.. Phone apps were invented to make life easier for people but unfortunately not in our countries.. we're not quiet there yet..

The app is good (barely) but the customer service is the worst, they are always some arrogant and in a hurry. Never actually helping you with what you need, but rather stating the obvious over and over. أسوء خدمة عملاء مرت علي

I can't log in, the app doesn't allow pasting password. I can't log on without copy paste. You think you're the most secure app 😂😂😂

One of the worst bank apps possible, keeps lagging, crashing, logging me out of my account and when i try to log back it doesnt let me, transferring money requires too many steps, the app itself is complicated and not user friendly, and ofcourse the're doing nothing about it. Customer service is also so bad that they just tell you everything will be back online in a couple of hours, even though it doesn't, i have been put into difficult situations because the app is under developed

I want to install it on another device as the old one is broken .. it can not log in as it can not work on two devices .. I can not log out from the old one and can not open it on the new device .. please solve it

Useful but need enhancemnrt I'm glad I don't want to visit the branch each time I want to done small action like transfer, but I'm not able to copy and past, I'm not able to take a screenshot ah why! I think it will be creat to add a new section contains explanintion vedio of how to use (transfer to external) for example, some field I had to contact the support to know what it means! New feature of connect card fo an account instade of visiting the branch
