This is a heavy security risk I tried to create a profile but after entering my card and account details it sends an important security OTP to a completely different cellphone number (264****758) instead of my own cellphone number. How something like this is even possible I don't know but I can't believe Bank Windhoek keep recomending this unsafe app to its customers .As a result I cannot create a profile using the App and am unable to enter the app at all.

The only good part is when you can set your transaction limits. The old App is much better, because you can see your transaction history e.g. For EasyWallet transaction, deposit history, withdrawal history. The old App also keep records of numbers and names of people you have done transactions on the App so its easy to just click on the name if you want to send. THIS NEW APP DOES NOT KEEP ANY TRANSACTIONS RECORD, VERY BAD. IT WILL BE A NICE APP IF IT HAVE DATA RECORD AND TRANSACTIONS HISTORY.

Bank Windhoek has been harassing people to update their banking apps and upon updating the app the app is not even working properly. It's error after error and it suddenly closes when I try to adjust my transaction limits. This app absolutely trash and I prefer the previous one. I can't even make any sorts of payments with this horrible app. Zero stars!!!!!!!

I would like, to say since you recommended the new app, i am having problems to access my account, do payments, and if i do its either telling you a error has occurred and when you say retry it do the payments twice without informing a person via text and or notification. Also it say that you can use biometrics to unlock the account and this is not the case i have a series issue, to access the account, than also, when one call customer service you wait 10 minutes just to get someone to answer.

The new app isn't allowing me to choose my electricity provider. It gives an error about exceeding transaction limits. I haven't even paid anything yet! It doesn't have the save option to pay GOtv. Please make it work like the old app. The new one is just a downgrade from the old one. The programmers did not test it correctly. You are just making customers frustrated. My Buy Limits were increased today 29 Sept. 2021. It took them about 2 days to fix my issue (emailed them) It works for now.

Tried logging into my account with all the correct info but it keeps giving errors and won't login. Called your support center they too cant do anything. Tried sending an email it can't get me there. This app is frustrating and time consuming. It's awful!

The app crashes now and then, and it's a bit frustrating when this happens. Some mobile numbers for some reason, do not receive easy wallet, I'm not sure if this is a BW issue or Network provider issue. I also wish to send proof of easy wallet when I send cash in this manner. The SMS notification does not contain transaction details except that the transaction has been successfully processed.

It's a struggle to set the app up but once it's up and running it's excellent.Everthing is so easy to do, it's straight forward.

32 account when you want to put on a notice it keeps loading for even a year if you want. Try to improve, please.

it's a great app, but can they just set up a way of checking to our saving instead.....like other banks..or is there a way that I just don't know?...

This is the worst app ever. What a frustration to just register with your account. And this BW keeps telling you to write the bank an email. Why not just fix the damn app? The app does not work, fix it.

Well the app is great, works pretty much well, but I have an issue with creating and managing my 32 account notices. Please fix that.
