1 Funds from payroll-related direct deposits may be made available up to two days early. Early access to payroll deposits applies to the direct deposit of funds from your employer. Employer direct deposits vary and, as a result, it is not possible to guarantee early access to your pay. Factors that will affect this include the sender’s deposit description used and the timing of their submission of deposit. In order to provide this service, we generally post such details on the same business day we receive the notice that the deposit is scheduled, which may be up to two (2) business days earlier than the payer’s scheduled payment date. I've been using Vibe Banking app for a while, and it used to work just fine. But after the recent update, it's a complete mess! The app crashes every time I try to open it, and when it does manage to stay open for a few seconds, it lags and freezes. I don't understand why they had to "improve" an app that was already working perfectly well

Horrible new app the old one was perfect. I don't why they messed with it. Nothing is working properly and all the banking details are from 2023. Nothing is current or up to date. Seriously thinking of leaving this bank after 9 years. I contacted them for help 3 days ago and got not one response. Still cannot access up to date banking information still cannot get any customer service 4/22/2024 after almost 10 years looking for a new bank.

After the update, the app wouldn't let me log in anymore. I kept trying periodically for a month. But today, I finally was able to fix it on my own by changing my default browser to Chrome. I use a Samsung Galaxy s10 plus and my default was set to the Samsung web browser. I don't know if this is the issue but it was a fix for me. I can now access my account. I see alot of people having issues since the update so I hope this knowledge helps!

**APP JUST UPDATED** Now my charges are completely mixed up, charges from a year or more ago mixed into my current charges, can't find current stuff because everything is completely mixed. 🙄 App won't connect to servers. No way to report a problem, bi just have to close and open the app 10 or 15 times and hope that it will connect. It really sucks to not have access to my bank account when I need it. Unresolved even after contacting as advised. SMH.

App update sucks - it does not provide anything useful, the font/presentation make everything harder to read, the way everything is rearranged with more color added is frustrating and distracting, information is slow to load in the app, and even the app icon is not recognizable/hard to pick out. Overall pointless update unless your intention was to annoy users into banking somewhere else. Nobody is going to "vibe with friends," which seems to be the real (stupid) reason for the update.

Terrible, wish I backed up the old version. It feels slower, is ugly, and the white background is blinding, with no dark mode to be found. Considering all my schoolwork is online, the added headaches/increased eyestrain from the bright white is doubly unwelcome. I would rather use the site, if it were still showing me my balance. Edit: managed to find my balance on site, deleting app.

Ever since the new update it's just been an absolute horrible experience. From not being able to transfer money, from not being able to turn my card on from not being able to view my most recent transactions when I assumed there was fraud going on on my account. Absolutely terrible app and website making everything harder for me to verify purchases. Couldn't Couldn't log in for a few days because they kept sending the OTP to a phone number when I never added one to my account.

I tried to use the bill pay in the app, and it was preventing me from scheduling it. The app gave me a message saying that the transfer amount can not exceed $100. I was not transferring. I was bill paying , and I have been doing this for a few years now. Since the app was updated, it would not allow me to complete the bill pay schedule, and I had to enter it online on the website. Please fix this bug.

Giving this rating 3 stars because normally, the app was pretty good and easy to navigate. However, with the latest update, I am unable to access the account because once filling out my login info, it takes me to another verification page where it wants to send a code to my cell. I have tried mine and my husbands phones and neither have received any code but are able to get mobile text alerts. The navigation to get these resolved seems to be less easy than it used to be before the update.

I just want to inform that ever since the logo changed and the app received the last update, it is not opening, no matter what, even after uninstalling and installing again, clearing cache etc. I'll change the rating once it is fixed, It is not my phone btw I have a Samsung G s23. I'm just notifying because I do need the app to open ! Edit: Thank you, the app has been updated and now it works perfectly.

Whoever's idea was to keep the format same as the website is just bad UI design. IT'S DIFFERENT DEVICES = DIFFERENT FORMATS. To prove my point, I was able to make transfers from my laptop, but not on the App. Also the app is loading, meaning the app is pulling from probably unnecessary resources, which impacts performance, which impacts usability. The team needs to look at and make adjustments, whether it's the UI designers, the QAs, the Devs, because it's a bad rollout and it hasn't been a day

The new updated version of this app is way slower than the original. It takes almost 30 seconds for the app to actually launch and open. The worst part is that the app asks if you want to use your fingerprint to open every time after I've already enabled it, which slows down the laughing process. Gives back the old version of the app. It was way better!

It used to be perfectly fine, a good app easy to use and access. But since the recent update it has been having so many issues since the beginning of April when it started to change up the interface and appearance. I agree with many other users that the updates were unnecessary and if anything made the app worse. I am currently having issues viewing my recent transactions (processed, unprocessed) on my account every time I open the app and it just crashes.

Used to love this app, one of the few that had dark mode. But with the new update, everything is white and too bright. I've got super sensitive eyes and having the option taken away isn't ideal. The app is also extremely slow. The to/from fields are always incorrect. I hate how much slower it is to transfer money between my savings and checkings. It used to be so quick, and now I have to wait for the slow service to send a text to verify and then wait for it to verify its the right code...

This new update has rendered the app useless. Every step to launch it results in a crash. Update: I am now able to login but the transaction data is a year old. I am unable to view my recent transactions. Update #2: They are finally ironing out the kinks. The app is still mostly an inferior version when compared to the last. Update #3: The app is back to crashing before even opening. Absolute trash.

I've been using this app with no problems for 10 months. Now, I'm unable to log in. The app won't even let me put in my information. It just loads for a bit then says there's a connection error. I've uninstalled, reinstalled, reset my phone but nothing is working. If it's fixed, I'll change my rating. The app was actually really great until this started.

New update just dropped. Now logging in and banking just got a whole lot harder! Thank you, Bankmobile! Login system is finicky, the app itself is clunky and yanks me into various menus as I look around, and "Vibe Friends" feature has outright stopped me from transferring money like I used to... I liked the older version of the app! Sure, it had less features, but it looked and worked well! I'm all for advancement, but why do companies insist on making user experience worse?!

Login is drawn out and done externally now. It's slow and annoying to do especially as email isnt prefilled anymore. I wish I could log in with a 4 pin. The app updates look good otherwise other than every single time I log in it asks if I want notifications and I say no no no. Making it an even longer process just to check balance

And just when you think it can't get worse, it does. Can't even log in on app or web now. Zero stars. .... After the latest update, functionality has gone way down. Login problems, not loading, crashing, harder to find things. App closes when trying to deposit checks .... Mobile deposit is hit or miss. It can't ever read signatures or dollar amounts. That's an important function; hope they fix the bugs in it soon. Snailmailing a check to Pennsylvania isn't a great alternative option

Haven't been able to log into my account since the update. Never had an issue doing so before. Can't even log in to check your balance because now you have to use the app and can't login just in the browser. Getting rid of your site access is beyond stupid. Not everyone downloads apps to do everything. Especially older people. Literally almost everything requires a stupid app to do the simplest task.
