Your app is very easy to use and almost every important option is available on it. One thing I like most is that its secure I.e I receive a brief security alert incase I try to connect using an unknown or unsecured network.

I can't able to use this app in my Android mobile. When I try to download this app. This shows "Your device isn't compatible with this version". So I request to do the needful for me on this at the earliest.

Page loading time is way too long And I can't log in since the update. Go back to the old version please, front end looks good but there's no point if the back end is broken.

The slowest and most unstable app I have on my phone. Constantly loading without being able to connect. Better to connect via a web browser. Quite disappointing.

Tool is quite cool and easy to use. Sad for those crazy rules that do not allow to create new international beneficiary on you own or create a new beneficiary and make an immediate transaction... Possible in all other apps I know... Sadly kills the rating of a good app.

It's a snazzy app, easier to navigate compared to the CdE website. It doesn't have an English option but it's intuitive enough that you can get around.

Design is outdated, loading so long (when it doesn't crash) and navigation is archaic. We have impression to use an apps of 2000's, you should inspire you of yours competitors, quickly.

overall a good app, but the transaction are listed with a great delay - close to 3-5 day sometime. and also there is a bug which demands almost always to reactivate the fingerprint log on option at each start.

App is ok,. but seems needlessly complicated, making it difficult to easily keep track of what's going on. Strange rules like 3 day delay between setting up payee and first payment. Perhaps made worse by my so-so French.

Should not release an update if it does not work... Since last update I had to reset password, and now I just have an endless login process. I cannot access my account online. Really bad job la Caisse d'Epargne.

It is an unrealiable app, sometimes it works well, but most of the time you can't even open it. Very frustrating. I wish I could change banks more easily only because of how bad the app is.

Call monitoring? App now requires 'permission' to 'make and monitor all phone calls' apparently this is for our safety. But it's NOT OPTIONAL, if you don't agree, you can't use the App. Not only am I going to uninstall but I will close this account and move to another bank. Disgraceful intrusion in to our privacy.

The app is not working properly on my Samsung android mobile. There is clearky a technical issue. It worked fine before but as others have noted on reviews it keeps asking me to input my passcode. I put in the code, it asks me again, and again. I cannot access my banking & this will lead me to change banks if it continues. My wife has a serious medical issue & this is adding further stress to our situation. There is clearly an issue as others are reporting the same problem. PLEASE resolve this .

For several months (pre and in lockdown included), I haven't been able to access my account via the app as well as on the website. No communication whatsoever to justify this, it's very unfortunate in critical conditions to have a poor customer service. Client for 15+ years, I really hope you will improve this.

Have been unsuccessfully trying to access the app for a week now. It's frozen whenever I open it. I've deleted and reinstalled it multiple times and my android version is up to date. Can't check my accounts nor do any payment that requires validation through the app.

Outdated design. Takes ages to load. Clunky to navigate. Sometimes won't even let me log in. No in-app budget managment, nor is it compatible with third-party budget managing apps. My iPhone owning friends seem to have goten a major QoL update. Nothing on Android though. Not to mention the bank itself, enourmous fees, and they're willing to lie to your face to get more money. Update : Yes thank you for telling me to do what I just told you I couldn't do.

pretty great, however, for some reason I could not réinitialiser my password. even though I entered all of the correct information, it still told me my information was incorrect. I'm a dude in his 30's, I entered exactly the information requested. had to call my bank from another country to get a new password.
