Worked great for first several months....but since March 2021 every transaction I send my wife and kids seems to get stopped by their "legal team" and i get asked the same questions even though I have submitted bank statements and other documents (invasion of privacy)My wife and kids have been waiting to purchase a vehicle since march because every time i try send more than 300 $ barri legal team stops it and wait FOR ME to contact them instead of the other way around!...

After the update the app looks way better and works as it should. Though, I would like to know the reason a transaction does not go through instead of only receiving an error number.

I like the convenience of not having to go to an ATM and then find a barri, I can do transactions from anywhere. The app needs to be more user friendly, takes a while to understand how to use it but the customer service is very good.

I cant send money. When i do send money they dont even bother to call and tell you the money wont go through . I have to wait till my family member calls back to tell me i have to call them. They always want me to call and send more of my information. This app wants to know all private info and that is not right. Always blocking from sending money for stupid reasons.

I been using this company for two years. Great customer service the application in the other hand need to more features like deleting history, reload numbers history. Other than that the service is great. Money transfer quickly in minutes. Easy to use
