Small issue i finally realized after repeating the game 2 times is, grade A player doesn't actually give a significant differences than grade F i constantly train until their stats are all high and better teamwork bar is almost full. You can't just use player you bought without giving them drills several times to catch up with your base team member. Just buy cheap player, you only need their type, and train them. Works well for me

Yet another fun game from Kairosoft! I have been playing their games for over 5 years. I can definitely say there hasn't been one game I was truly disappointed with. Some of the more recent ones are even better than the older games in my personal opinion. This one especially has to be one of my few favorites from Kairosoft! I'm really looking forward to the upcoming games they'll release. What's next? Pet hospital? Please! Hahaha.

My favorite sport is finally here. Been playing it for a while now. The only trouble i have is how to level up each player by positions. As a basketball player myself, i have ideas however the game is different. From a PF to a PG, im having troubles which should train for which cause the outcomes are confusing. Other then that, its a great game. Just recruiting a little and training your own playes even if their levels r "E" or "F". Cant wait to the next simulation game.

Love it. I'm an idle games fan, but the amount that Kairosoft puts in literally all of their games that appeals to idle, rpg, arcade, and the Sim management style is amazing. Simple enough for all to play, niche enough to master. If you're a fan of the matches playing their own and training, check out the racing game by them (1, 2 is okay, but not for me), fan of buildings they have 2 4-star for me town Sims

Great game! It's a lot of fun watching your players develop and conquer different leagues. The only thing is when you do end up hiring new players with better abilities they end up idle because it's hard to invest in training them so late in the game. I wish I could use my Hachimura but with a finite amount of training points there's no way to train him and the other players I have to keep them competitive

This was a rare miss for me. Everything about it is what you would expect from this company which makes stellar games but once the players start to play... It's like there playing a different sport. You can tell it's designed by someone who doesn't know the game very well. I found it really frustrating to watch the players do stupid things. If they can update the actual basketball than it's a slam dunk...pun intended. Hope they do more sports though.

I love Kairosoft games, so trust me when I say I'm not just here to hate. I've been playing these games for years! As a huge basketball fan I was delighted to see that this game existed and had to try it out. Almost right off the bat I noticed that unlike most of their other sports games, this one does not allow you to create your players. It simply just gives you pre-generated people with pre-generated skills, looks, and names. Not a huge deal, but enough to make me lose interest real fast.

I bought this game because I love basketball and I love Kairosoft games also. This is really a good game but my expectations were a little bit higher if I may be honest. It is still good nonetheless but I would very much appreciate if you would add 1) Multiplayer Battling, just like PL Story 2, 2) Ankle Breakers and more skills overall, 3) Not as important as the others but lengthen the amount of time during games. 20 points during the 4th quarter is underwhelming imo. 4) PLease add assists.

As with all games from this developer, it's so much fun. It takes a sport/theme that we love and makes a pixel art game that makes you feel like a kid playing an amazing game again. Love it.

Extremely simple Basketball team manager Sim. Not realistic but quite fun. It's easy to pick up. If you like the art, you will have good time with it.

My only real complaint is there being 26 faces, only 4 of which are girls when creating your character. Other than that, it's good game.

Slow progression. Everything about this game feels slow. Stamina takes a while to normalise after games without buying items which you can't buy, because you don't have enough money, because you don't have enough fans, because you can't play enough games, because you don't have enough stamina. I consider the older Kairosoft games to be the best. Better balance between AI and user input. They're more rewarding. These newer games are a bit too grindy ( I don't mind) and lack fun & reward..

Addicting and rewarding city builder. A good and fun time-dump that you can easily sink hours into. I recommend the wiki spreadsheet to gain insight on certain mechanics that will help make progression go a bit more smoothly

Perfectly fun, but diehard basketball fans will be bothered by the lack of detail to the rules of the game. Just a few examples: -The time doesn't start counting down until a player touches the ball, not when it gets passed in. -Can't go over and back. -Add a "Shoot" button or improve the AI! If I'm down by 3 and I have the ball with 30 seconds left and am wide open for 3, why does my character drive?? Especially with my Tactics maxed to shoot 3's and space the floor?? I'm addicted though lol

This game would be a lot more fun if the AI weren't utterly moronic most of the time. Your players constantly give up wide open shots to pass the ball to a teammate who's double-teamed and promptly turns the ball over, among many other idiocies. Learning new skills is too inconsistent. The difficulty spike at the end is huge and some of the optional objectives seem almost impossible on the first playthrough. If you're looking for a Kairosoft sports game, Pocket League Story 1 is much better.

The exact kind of game most of us have come to expect from Kairosoft. Hiring players, training your team, getting sponsors, creating building and training combos, etc. The only thing I would change might be the carryover. It would be more rewarding to be able to get more out of playing the game again by being able to choose what to carryover, like in the farm game.

Extremely grindy to the point you should have been given 2x speed from the start rather than after finishing the game. The basketball games may feel short at first until you have to do a hundred+ in a row to progress and grind XP, currency, and fans. I often set my phone down and let them play out on their own because the strategies had little effect anyway—the AI is beyond stupid (on both sides), and you will win through 98% of the early to mid game just by having decent stats. Not their best.

I enjoy this alot. But it's missing some more customizing characters and a storyline like career mode to where your character has a story and a few rivals. tmTo also start at different towns/schools. It's missing dunking as well. Good game to download and worth the time. The grind for certian stuff is awesome. And could you possibly get to face other people onlinefor an update. maybe collab with koroko basketball anime.

Fun game, if a bit slow at times. This is much like the basics of Pocket League Story (one of my fav ksoft games) but with the added research, city building, and sponsorships of the more modern games. The game has no micro transactions which is the best way for these games. The best way I have found to play is leave the court on freestyle training to let players rebuild stamina, and always play as many matches as often as you can.

I was so excited for this but finding it unbalanced and way too grindy (and I love a grindy game). There's no sense to it - I am still earlyish in my first game, have a team with some exceptional and all-star players, trained and leveled up, my evaluation rating is far higher than the teams I'm playing, and yet each match is a total crapshoot. My players have 250-400 shooting, but frequently miss short shots, while the other team, which is one of the first teams you play, is constantly making threes no problem. There's no logic to it. It seems the more I train my team, the worse the matches go with this same early team (trying to complete all the bonuses). I've experimented with strategies and nothing works even when it does work one game then it doesn't work in the next. I can't seem to progress to harder opponents, and the opponents I should be crushing are still giving me grief. It's not satisfying at all. There's small things missing that added to the fun - for instance, you can't use auras for training. It's not as good as other games in the Kairosoft line, like the first soccer or the first racing games. Those provided a challenge but also a lot of satisfaction and a logical progression. I am having a hard time getting through the first run to do new game+, which is where the fun usually is. Very disappointed, especially for the higher price. I don't know why I keep trying with Kairosoft, they obviously don't respect their customers and are just doing cash grabs at this point. Breaks my heart.
