Disappointed, Poor. Didn't know this app existed until a BBC survey alerted me. Installed, and selected this as preference over Chrome, when linking in from elsewhere. Too many pages get stuck in page frame loading loops. Have to close all open apps to get my phone back. Uninstalling. Using a P20 Pro.

This was a really good easy to use app but the unnecessary changes have ruined it. The 'my sport' boxes at the top of the home page are pointless. And in live match text the player rating at the top of the page is not required there. I want to read about the match first not rate players. Please return thus app back to how it was.

Nice app but there appears to be little point in selecting the sport and/or club you want as the home page is innundated with irrelevant sports. I don't watch boxing, swimming, tennis etc so why can I not filter to ser ONLY the sports I want? That being the case the app is most definitely not worth the hassle of setting up as your choices mean bugger all....

I hate apps with adverts. Apple apps don't have adverts. It is why the Apple product is doing so well. I switched from apple to Samsung because I like the Samsung product. I am quite prepared to make a one-off payment for the app if it meant no ads. The app is excellent. Just get rid of the ads that seem to be inserted by google. We are into sport and not the ads stuck at the bottom of stories. Please include a button that allows you to remove them.

First time I install it lets me sign in and I can listen to the cricket, but close the app and next time it asks me to log in again. And again. And again. And again - ad infinitum. Re-install and I can sign in - once. Total frustrating waste of time. Should I have to delete and reinstall it every time? Never used to so this is obviously due to a poor update. Please sort it out.

This used to be a clean, problem free app and loved it. Now in recent months it has got worse and worse. The issue im having it very slow to load up. I thought maybe the WC extra traffic on server. But no its every time. I have reinstalled and still same issue. Sad. Looks like have to find another app for the football scores.

I really like the UI and features and the coverage of different sports (especially football), but there are a lot of videos that are "not available in your country" but they are normal (football highlights. goals. etc...) videos. So why the hell isn't it available while it's a normal global football event video covrage. And even the BBC RADIO is not working "in my country." i really like the app, but i dont like this weird country exclusivity for normal global football coverage and bbc radio.

This app is OK for the expat. Keeps me informed about the football and is less Premiere league centric than it was. it still discriminates against those expats like me, ( who no longer count with the BBC). It dangles carrots with "click here to view a bit of video!" only to be told it's not available where you live! (As I say the BBC no longer think expats are important or worth their time).

Poor journalism, poor updates of sports news and a rubbish app. BBC sport has gone seriously downhill overall.

The reporting is often not focussed on the sport, performance, tactics, gameplay etc, but rather what I would call "Sports gossip". I don't understand why there are so few images used in the articles. The main reason I still use it after all these years is that I know where everything is, and I know that there will at least be some coverage of my sports of interest.

It's my go to for many years. It's a well rounded app. Blending decent journalism in a reporting guise but succinct enough to browse in occassional periods of the day. I like the personalisation - that you can choose what news you wish to be informed of regularly. Though I would dock a star from maximum rating on 2 fronts: 1. No offline content. (I have long periods 'offline' but there are many articles I would like to read. 2. It's a bit data heavy - requiring a good connection to load content.

this app brings all the sports news promptly to your phone. very good source of reliable news. However, I do not like the discrimination based on location when some videos are restricted to particular locations, so others can not view such. let me point out it's a policy issue which must be changed now. BBC must change that policy. this app is great and a must-have.

Today's change of format to football scores makes them too hard to read. Previously bold clear, simple and well laid out. Now fancy thin fonts, unnecessary information and total lack of sensible graphic design. The scores and team names need to be bold and immediately obvious. Unfortunately after 4 years, I will have to find another app . Was 5 star, now 2.

Presents quite a few difficulties when being used. Sometimes it's due to tech use savvy. Should be much much better if it's more simplified for easier manipulation. Otherwise, it's an excellent application. My opinion today remains largely unchanged. The number of times one is asked for email password is very unnerving and destabilising for old people like me. I used "My Sport" last over two years ago. I was at the time compelled to change my PW. Now I cant access it as I've forgotten the PW.

I have a bitter - sweet relationship with this BBC Sport App. I find the UI to be super cluttered that makes it tedious on the eye. Lots of content bombards the eye at a go. The other thing is that the personalised section doesn't seem to work. The last time I had it installed (2019) it wasn't working. Notifications don't load on time. There isn't an option to regulate the size of the font. Takes long to load when launching every time.

The app priority is often more gossip than actual sport and it can be quite hard to find articles. the failure to update properly in the background makes it a poor choice unless your desperate.

I find this App very helpful and convenient for a person like me who doesn't have the free time to watch an entire game, on most occasions. I used the app to monitor the games and get the details on the final outcome by reading reports etc. And, it helps me to stay informed on a daily basis as regards the major sports events like cricket, tennis, football, basketball and more.
