The app is clunky (the home page is full with unnecessary promotions and "cards" that just make it hard to find the relevant information) and I'm very frustrated with the "Categorization" feature. First of all, it doesn't immediately categorize expenses but you have to wait for a while (usually until the next day). And then once it incorrectly categorizes an expense and you try to change the category, it doesn't actually pick up that change! This really renders the feature useless to me.

Interface is very unclear. Support chat history is deleted by itself, you can't copy info from it or attach images. Impossible to find English speaking support agent. Annoying pushes and ads EVERYWHERE

Crashes, bugs and inconvenient design. The wost bank app I ever seen
