Some transactions are shown doubled in the history though it's really not doubled. If I want to verify a transaction, I'd use the BDO Online app.

giving it two stars for using more storage on my phone. It's really mind buggling why you need to have BDO Online and BDO Pay as Separate Apps. BDO Pay also does not sync your favorites from BDO online. I mean BPI already integrated QR Payment Capabilities ages ago, Union bank and the list goes on but BDO? Nah they always do it their way and no other way but theirs. Not to mention other Mobile banking apps are more reliable 2x or even 3x the time.

With there recent updates, everything works fine. Provides an easier way to use funds from bdo bank account to pay for things. Using Xiaomi 14 with Hyper OS 2.

when I try to the Scan for QR code for payment in Mcdo, and others store that has QR payment, but it didn't work. there's an error when scanning.

After installing the app and when I started using it, there were creepy symbols or a garbage symbols like up arrow, down arrow, diagonal arrow appear on the screen. I couldn't read it. I tried uninstalling and re-installing, again the same symbols displayed evrytime I opened the app. Please advise what to do. If I can attach the screen shot, definitely I will do that.

all of my account information are correct I even triple check it what was missing but it says incorrect acc information why is that?????? I even tried every way possible but it's all incorrect...

This is annoying, it keeps crashing and can't login. The error keeps saying download again. please fix the bugs

i only bank with BDO because they're my payroll account. Their online banking is the worst. Always under maintenance. Their tagline is "We find ways", but tbh, I can't seem to find a way to peacefully move my funds from BDO to my savings accounts. Half the time, my funds got stuck in BDO because their online banking doesn't let me successfully do so

Can't use the app for transferring nor sending money already two weeks now still not working! WORTHLESS APP! THIS IS WHY I CANCELLED MY CREDIT CARD! NO PROGRESS SYSTEM BROKE ALWAYS! SOON I'LL CANCEL MY ACCOUNT TOO HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE!

scam app. for the longest time I have BDO sapphire and not once was there expiry of points. suddenly one day the scummy BDO decides to implement expiry of points without a single email notification. mas marami pa senseless promo ads niyo kesa mga really really important notification.

Ive been trying to log in and entered a otp via text still saying its incorrect even it is from the sms globe, my app already updated still cant log in and kept saying my otp is incorrect why is that???

Your service is so disappointing that it's not allowing me to transfer the funds I needed multiple times. The facebook page on your Contact Us option is not even available. Your poor customer service is very much frustrating!!!

This is a horrible app. I can't even open it. I'm stuck at the OTP (the worst form of security in the world). When I actually receive the OTP it says it's incorrect. The "resend OTP" link is placed under the number "2" so it cannot be clicked on. Whoever the devs are that made this app should be fired. It's completely unusable & useless

When are you going to give us an update? This app and BDO online is not working anymore. I already cleared my cache and try re-installing both apps but same error. It keeps on crashing upon opening. I can't even put my credentials. Workaround is to use the website version. This is too much hassle!
