Since there are no trams for the the foreseeable I didn't know how terrible the app is untill I had to get a bus! Im at Oldham bus station and the planner is making me walking 20mins for a bus home! Absolutely shocking 💩 service.

Used to use the First Bus app which easily allowed me to track where my bus is, just by typing the number since it goes missing sometimes.. Now I can't directly look up a bus's location and could only track it when I press on nearby bus stop which isn't very helpful because I want to track the bus coming from other directions. Please add the feature back in...!

Actually a very good app. Good level of abstraction between displaying buses locations. much better than the stagecoach app and much better optimised. One thing I would say though is that it would be nice if you could track a bus at a particular time at a bus stop and then it could alert you if it's late by x mins.

I only use this app to buy combined bus/tram tickets: the only reason I have to do that is because some idiot decided not to allow us to buy combined tickets on the smart card! This app does what I ask it to. However, none of this is new technology - Hong Kong has had smart cards for over 25 years, London for over 20 (I have both), but as soon as Manchester gets one, it has barely any functionality! Levelling up? Don't make me laugh, we always end up with the bargain-basement junk up here!

Inexplicably, the app does not allow the purchase of one-day tram tickets. This makes it virtually useless for me, so I've now deleted the app. Back to buying paper tickets at the machine on the platform - How primitive is that?

Very unreliable app, the buses never turn up then the app says it should. Plus... You need to enable an option for us to report bad drivers. And why can I not link my bee card to this app and show a QR code to the driver if wanted!? 😤😮‍💨🤬😡

Why can't I access my daughters IGOcatd on the app? If I wanted to add a tram ticket, I can only do it through the website. Also, why isnt it possible to add weekly/monthly bus tickets to her IGO online? Drivers always give her the wrong weekly ticket and it's not always convenient to pop in Bee shop at a station. Very strange setup!

Worst network. I have requested for a 1 week any bus pass. But that driver gave me only beenetwork bus pass for 7days. I have realized it latter. I have sent the details to the customer support. But customer support people are saying that they can't do anything with it as it is a paper pass ticket. I don't know for what they will help. Their Bee bus driver only gave me that ticket. And they won't accept card payment weekly passes also. They will only accept cash payments in bus.

The layout of this app is not user friendly at all. There should be an option on the main screen to go straight to any active tickets, without having to click through like three different screens. As well as it regularly logs me out. I just used it this morning, not two hrs ago, and as I was stood to scan on the bus, I had to hold everyone up while I signed in as it had logged me out! There's also no feature to add specific stops as wigits to your home screen (like go north west had). Needs work

If you have problems with your signal in Manchester, you're a lost cause. You can't access your travel card thru the app and you have to pay for another ticket. You guys should make the app to show you the ticket that you have bought without needing access to the mobile data. And not to mention that they sign you out from the app every few days and when the bus comes and you want to show your ticket, you have a whole bus waiting for you to login in, again!

The bus time tracker is so inaccurate and jumps about so much it's a joke - just tell me the actual timetable and if it's cancelled. Taking this weekends example. I set off for a bus in time according to the tracker + its position on the map, halfway on my walk it jumped down to 1 minute so I ran to the stop. Then the timer jumped to 5 minutes more wait. Today I the bus I was going for disappeared off the tracker while on my walk. The next was late, missed my connection - got an uber .

Bua atop showa bus 3 min away but tapping it says "no live tracking available" badly done app and 90% time times and tracking is wrong. Arriva has gome downhill.too sonce this app came out. Yet stagecoach still gets it perfect. Bee network is very poor. Also trams. It says a tram is 3 to 4 minutes away when its already past your stop

I do not feel the need for the app to know my location especially when I know the service I plan to catch. Often I just want an update on how long the bus is likely to be and if I need to use another route. And no I don't want a tracker app thanks. Currently it is a poor replacement for the previous TFGM app

I used this when I went to go to an important event in Salford from my town. The timings of the plan your journey is so unreliable and buses didn't even arrive or the buses I was supposed to go on, they just went right past me when I was waiting there. I finally got a bus to Salford and going back was also a pain. It said that buses was supposed to come but they didn't at the time as the timings were so off in the app. It's good to plan your journey hence the 3 stars but timing is unreliable

Had to swap to this app since it took over the other bus apps. It is so incredibly unreliable in the apparent live arrival times it provides, it is practically useless. The old apps before they all swapped to Bee network were almost always right, not sure how they've got it so wrong.

Only using it to see when the trams are coming and buying tickets. Can't fault the app as it's been reliable. If the developers of this app see this, option for a dark theme would be great as the bright white background is alright but can be uncomfortable at night. Overall great app that hasn't let me down yet.

The live bus tracking is fake. I get the bus multiple times every day and the majority of the time you can see the bus travelling on the map "live" in front of you, when no bus is there. It's massively dishonest to lie like this - just say it isn't coming! Don't pretend it is there when it isn't. Also often the bus drivers take unanounced shortcuts - which is highly annoying as you never know if the bus will actually turn up, or take you to your stop.

Use it for seeing when the x43 and 97 will arrive. Next to useless for this purpose as accuracy is incredibly poor. If you have a live tracker on a bus and it's still a mile away from the stop, why does the app say it's due?!

Good experience overall. Few issues I've encountered, 1. Signs out the user automatically. Might not sound serious, but it's bad UX, imho. In multiple cases, I was about to get into a bus only to find my ticket wasn't visible because I was signed out. The drivers and passengers get impatient very quickly, while I am frantically looking for the saved password. 2. Although the map shows the location of buses , the timing shown isn't real time. 3. Will post more once I use the other features!

Tracking is even worse than it was with plain First, ghost buses keep showing up on tracking. Not nearly as much ticket variety as other apps. No single-ticket bundle, or contract options. Nowhere near the ease-of-use of the first app: you've got make 4 taps to go from bus tracking to showing your ticket. The tickets need a internet connection to use even though the buses don't have wifi anymore! If you're in a remote location you're done for!
