Bad experiences, always the food is late and the customer service block you if you don't pick up after one hour late delivery. And it will leave you with no food when you really need it.

The application shows false estimate time , while the application estimated the time to 30 min , the resultant showed the time to two hours , i called the help center (which is not wo easy to get onhold with them) I had to wait for one hour and a half to get the order. Very disappointing.

I tried to make an order, it took me 2 hours, I had to make 4 different orders from 4 different restaurants, because everytime the order was canceled for a different reason, and in the end I didn't succeed and didn't get any order. Very bad experience

When you face a technical issue it is be order responsibility to fix it instead of asking for extra money from customers! Unfortunately they have no respect for customers even the value ones and all they can provide while complaining is a phone call and some worthless apologies.

Massive price difference in most restaurants, additional Taxes, they removed the ability to pay using Syriatel Cash payment system, Points system is useless unless ordering a lot on a weekly basis, UNINSTALLED!.

When you started you was awesome but now every time i make order, the app give this message "it refused and the reason no delivery worker available" and i try repat it for many times and wait for an hour to accept my order, that very disappointed because evey any request needs to wait 2 hours or more to get my meal and eat and the restaurant far from me 15 minutes, so it better form me go and take my order personally if the app stay like that.

Why you're collecting taxes as well!!! this is a clear tax duplication!! IT'S NOT YOUR JOB TO COLLECT TAXES, YOU'RE NOT A TOURISTIC FACILITY (hotel or restaurant), this is totally illegal, Now we're paying taxes twice if we're using this app (taxes added by restaurant and the app!!) Great!!!

This is the fourth time where we call the restaurant or the shop and descover that there are a massive price difference for each item when using the app verses ordering from the restaurants directly on the phone this is unacceptable because they add additional taxes and fees on top of the high prices will never use it to order again only to lookup restaurants 😠

its a good app in general, but the operation system is just bad. it always says no internet connection when the wifi is working perfectly fine, its crashy and laggy most of the time too. also i hope we get more restaurants on the app in aleppo

Update: They did improve the performance, however, the e-payments via the up is HIGHLY limited, as the upper limit is less that 50$. Plus there's the liberty given to restaurants to set their maximum value for a single order! Why??? Although it provides a decent service, the performance is lacking and sub par
