I'm not impressed at all. I've had the app for almost a year. Have yet been able to cash out. Will not let me. Don't have a lot of money in there. So I'm going to delete the app, because it doesn't work.

I referred a friend I cashed out my referral was reversed for having "multiple accounts". I only have one account and my husband has one all with separate information. Very disappointing will definitely be sticking with Rakuten never have any issues with them.

saves me a lot of money....and let's not forget,time.im so glad I have this app.they do everything for me,like look for all the deals,coupons,codes and more at all the department stores that I go too and then some!! ty be frugal.

Even there are great cash back, this site does not impress me & has left me somewhat disappointed. I signed up on November 19 and have made purchases on that day. I have yet to see any amount reflecting my purchases in my account. It stated it would take "up to" 7 days, but it is beyond that time frame. I have used Rakuten and will continue to do so because at least I can see what is going on in my account and pretty much know when to expect funds in my account...and when I will be getting paid.

It's a great app but some of the retailers that I shop at doesn't get cash back on anything like , phone accessories , games , pet stuff & the list goes on. The only thing it doesn't have is notification pop up letting you know that cashback is pending. It doesn't have that please put that in the app so we all know that we getting cashback and the same thing for the emails. I'll will change my rating ⭐ if I see the app is getting better and better.🙃

Real money, not like the other sites that make promises that are never kept. Have received two deposits into my bank account since joining and with so many great deals I expect I'll be seeing a lot more. Highly recommend if you enjoy online shopping, finding crazy sales all the while making a little extra $$ on the side,you can't go wrong here. Also quickly want to note customer service is fantastic, real people with real responses, sounds like a basic concept but is really highly unusual :-)

App works fine, the problem is the pay out. They lure you in with higher cash back rates but you have to wait forever to get paid. I have been waiting over 3 months on orders I have placed weeks before Christmas with no payback. Not real crazy about rakuten but I get my payments much faster and have had minimul issue with them losing orders. Be frugal app works better and has higher cash back but terribly long payback payments. A nice running app doesn't mean much if you don't pay.

If only I could remember to open befrugal everytime I shop online I could be getting paid a lot more, slowly but surely I am remembering to do it and my payouts are getting bigger all the time. The only cons are it takes so long for shopping trips to become payable and sometimes you don't get what they advertise if any at all. It's it or miss if you get the whole percentage or just a partial percentage of what they say it is. And sometimes, more often than not, you don't get anything at all.

Just installed this app on my phone. When i opened it, immediately taken to a page asking me to install an add-on to my computer which would automatically do discounts and coupons. No way at all to get off of that page!! Finally used a google button to get out of app. Came back only to write this review. Next will uninstall. Do not need any app messing with my phone!!!

Love this app! Layout design is simple allowing you to focus on the deals they amass daily. Great coupons and super easy to rack up the cash back rewards! With the browser extension, you're always going to get the best deal while surfing the shops; I love the text notification option & new coupon email lists. One of my favorite $ saving apps!

I'm addicted to the daily deals 😊 I really like this app but have gotten very frustrated with it in the past. Getting paid takes FOREVER and if you need that money for necessities when funds are low.... Don't hold your breath. It sure is nice though to get a few extra bucks back here and there. I go on Befrugal for everything now. It really is addicting when you can find some really good bargains on there. I have to try to limit myself or I spend too much money 🤷🫣😊

Love the app, well the deals it provides. However, the lag and slow loading is frustrating at times. But I hope that it will be worked out soon enough. It is better than it used to be just not completely fixed. And marking deals, as "Only on Befrugal" would have been helpful when I first started using the app But I now know, lol. Thanks for awesome discounts though.

What happened??? Since the update it seems like half or more of the coupons/shop buttons don't work. When you click on them you get an error saying page not found or similar. VERY frustrating! Initially 4 stars because I just started using it. Have made 3 purchases, waiting for money to be credited. Fix the page not found bug and I'll gladly give toy 5 stars.

More trouble than it's worth. I primarily use Rakuten for cash back when shopping online, but occasionally Be Frugal will have higher % cash back so I'll make a purchase through them instead. I've not once had the cash back added to my account without having to deal with their customer service or sending multiple emails. They always blame the vendor, but regardless of who's at fault, this app is not worth the hassle. I will be uninstalling if/when I get my next check.

I'm impressed! 🐖 Definitely recommended to anyone who shops online or off!!! there's not only cashback for online purchases but also printable coupons! You can adjust your preferences so that you don't get annoying notifications while getting the ones of importance...always a + in my opinion. Easy to navigate and use...highest % of cashback (especially compared with SB) 💙🐷 It only takes one click and you save money while completing everyday purchases. BeFrugal...It's Smart. 🐽

oh. This is an app I check every day! Great sales, coupons, and you can earn $ back easily. Just make sure it's active on your browser if you don't use the links to the featured stores to earn. It is glitchy sometimes when in a store (not sure if it is Be Frugal, the store, or a mixture) and I wish while looking through Today's Top Deals that you could pick up where you left off, instead of having to scroll through the whole list againx.

App itself works fine. Getting cashback from BeFrugal is hit or miss. I follow the same correct process every time and sometimes it registers properly and sometimes not. I have filed multiple disputes and again sometimes they are reversed and cash back is given and sometimes it is not. Whenever you get a denial all you get is a form letter saying it could be one of many reasons, nothing particularly helpful. Overall, it can be worthwhile but be willing to deal with frustration.
