No customer service. And that doesn't mean its bad or patchy. I mean NO customer service at all. So when your bein connect stream goes down during big events, which happens frequently, there is no way to fix the problem.

worst app ever, lower your fees to the major cable companies so they can broadcast properly this channel, stop forcing your customers to watch this crappy, slow and worthless app. stop being greedy and give a better price the cable companies so we can enjoy this channel properly. stop the bonuses to your directors and vps and start working a deal with att. Xfinity, direct TV, etc. etc

Pretty good. But the notification settings are horrible. I set it to only see a when a match starts and for goals but instead I get a notification for EVERYTHING

Well i decided to come over to Bein just because Sky decided to delete thier international app which i find dishertening. Anyways that aside since ive been using bein sport app i'm impressed with what the devs have done so far but my concern includes the following Time of News publish on the app not indicated which i feel needs to. Write ups from pundits not available which i feel would go a long way engaging fans. And finally when a list of videos and interviews are not allowed to be watched.

So laggy and unstable. Quits unexpectedly, and video frames keep dislocating. You never know when the cast option will sympathise and appear. I figured a permanent solution, though; uninstall!

They will take your money without your consent be caution . They only want your money and will auto deduct funds and tell u they do not refund even if u have never ever subscribed through on online system. Highly don't recommend part of the elite fraud organisations.

You set the language to arabic, on opening the app the titles and commentary are in english, you have to switch the language to english and restart the app then back to arabic and restart it again. This is very frustrating and was not fixed with the update.

I bought a yearly subscription, it is really not worth it. It has limited matches on my app, and my fav EPL is not there too. Further more, the speed of the matches lags alot and keeps pausing for some reason. please give me my refund for the other 11 months !!!

Downloaded for the Munster v Toulouse game. It keeps buffering through the game even though kayo has never had to. At one point it rewound 5 times to the same point. What is the point of a streaming app if it can't stream. Edit. It has now changed to SHU V FUL for no reason. Worse than useless.

since the last 2 or 3 updates every time the video player give error " sorry the video couldn't be played" it become very annoying issue specially for a company who have the rights to broadcast all these sport events and they cannot make a decent app.

Says it live streams games....no it doesn't! Nothing in the live now section. Eventually lists tonight's game, clicking does nothing, only holding to click...app wants to add to calendar! What's the point? App just wants to notify you all the time about cards etc! No option to turn off! Removing App already don't bother!

can't watch highlights and videos. I keep on getting the error "Video can't be played" really annoying! shame on you Bein Sports, this issue is going on for quite sometime and lots of people complained about it and no action has been taken so far!

They drive the customers to go through cheap and illegal broadcasting,, because they manage the business wrongly!! it's not only the commentary, the coverage, and the false commercials, it's about many things customers missed year after a year, like the receiver device and remotecontrol, the subscription charges, customer service, useless applications, .. all bad, numb and zero creativity, for a very high value of money.

The app is not working and it won't open, I reinstall it but it's not working, soo bad update, please fix it and let it work again, thank you. Also the videos are not playing, after the update which took place in the 5th of April. Also I chose the arabic language for the app but wine i open the app it won't work in the selected language it opens in english language, this proplem started long time ago. Thank you for your help.

Since the last update (and it's a recurring issue every other update) the language settings always change from Arabic to English. have to restart the app to have the language setting right. Also, I now always get a message that the video content is not available to your country which is btw Kuwait. Pretty sure I was able to play the content before.

The TV guide isn't updated properly. If I wanted to see what each channel is playing, some channels just show BeIn Sports 11, BeIn Sports 12, or the wrong sport event entirely. I've used this app to plan a football party in the past, but my game that was the center of my party was overrided by tennis coverage. The app and the networks need to communicate better to ensure the app reflects what is televised.

DRM unable to instantiate a key system supporting the required combinations. This is what I see everytime I try to open anything in this app. I've paid for the service. The website works fine. What's wrong with the app. Am I missing something?
