Its a scam. Ive only done two $6-12 missions but wasted an hour and a half. I made exactly $0.40 even though I followed the instructions. The missions seem to mostly be $3 and the products are always out of stock or named something crazy like hmcf flbd bkft and you have to search all over for them with almost no hint. Sometimes you will find the product with the wrong barcode so it wont count.

When I tried to set up my payment option for payout, the confirmation link I was emailed didn't work. When I contacted support about this, I was told it was Amazon's fault (because they use them for their email servers), and that I need to contact them to fix it. No. That's not how it works. I did work for YOU. YOU fix the issue and then I will continue working with you. They refuse to help me. So, I did all this for free. That is a scam. This is a scam.

Would like to be able to actually try it but when I go to set my account up.... I go to birthday and scroll to my year, scroll to my month, and than pick the date... But then it does not save the date in the text box and clears out. I tried doing this many times, many different ways and won't allow me to save my birthday to move forward with setting up the account

Just installed the app. Was creating my account but I got stuck on entering my brithday. I believe the problem has to do with the app not formatting correctly to my screen. Read some reviews and found I'm not the only one stuck at this point. I restarted the app hoping I'd at least be able to check the map to see if there are local opportunities. No luck. It got stuck trying to obtain my location even though my GPS has been on the whole time. Uninstalling.

So they give you missions to find items, half the time it's items that don't have barcodes because they are from the kitchen at a gas station. Then if you get a mission in a store that's tiny and you don't make 10 laps around the store they reject it because "you should have spent more time looking" The item says frozen. But if you only check the frozen section. Nope denied. You 50 cents for most quests . Just not worth it anymore. Oh and if they deny it you lose points , the points level you β

Great app! This app really does pay you to review items in stores! The payments are reasonable ranging from $2.50 a mission to $15 a mission. They pay you as soon as you request it as well. The only thing keeping me from giving it a full 5 stars is the item description they give you to find the items is sometimes impossible and frustrating!!! Other then that great app and they also pay you for your effort if you can't find the items!

I really wanted to like this app and to use it for some solid reliable side income. My first mission I was paid $9, my second mission $6 and all subsequent missions the absolute bare minimum ranging from $1.50 to $3.00. I'm not doing anything different from what I did in those first two missions, and there's never explanation given as to why I only earned the bare minimum. Sorry but that pittance for 10-30 minutes work (plus the drive) just isn't worth it.

Hardly ever missions, and when there are, they barely payot for them, even when you do find and verify the products. Not to mention your deducted points when you don't complete in time so when the app malfunctions, which happen ofter, you better make sure you've covered your but, but even still you'll have to file a form and submit everything thing and it TONS of extra work and time that you don't/won't get paid for. Its not always worth the time, effort, or headache.

I've given this app a year of my time and effort, continuing to give it chance after chance. Unfortunately, along with all of the other mobile apps of it's kind - Once you've completed the listed mission, the "approvers" disect your submissions until they can find any reason to avoid having to pay you for completing the mission. I've lost count of how many $4.50 missions I've completed only to receive .50 cents. Good luck reaching their support teams or receiving a response.

Extremely harsh and obstuse app to work with. I've only had this for 2 days but unlike field agent or mobee which I've used in the past, the windows for your missions are extremely small. You also get penalized if you have to give up the mission, additionally the rewards are not to scale for the effort to find some products. I was told to find Plastic wrap, of unknown brand, at an average price of 30$ For a completion prize of 3.50 maybe. Additionally you get punished if you can't make it.

Poorly designed and NOT user friendly, this app needs a SERIOUS overhaul. I was able to set it up and grab a close assignment. Grab a pic of a store front, find one item and gather required pics, answer 3 questions, then submit. That's where the problem hit. I submitted the info and was greeted by an Upload status bar that remained at 0% for several hours after submitting. Unfortunately I followed the companies correction advice, and wiped out the assignment. REALLY damned irritating!!

How can you expect your eyes to complete a mission in 2 hours when you can't answer a technical issue in 2 weeks (and I'm willing to bet two months). The camera in your app wouldn't work. No way to know this before starting my first mission in a store. I followed all the suggestions and they did not fix my issue. I reported it and sent a screenshot of the point the app was stuck on without advancement. No response. Not even a "we received this". Great app for WASTING time, gas, & money.

This app is actually pretty legit. The mission request are relatively easy and they make the directions super easy to understand/follow, while keeping it fun by choosing products that are most of the time somewhat of a challenge to find like a literal treasure hunt. They pay you decently for the work being done and there's always opportunities to make more and gain the extra experience. Would definitely recommend this application to friends, acquaintances and anyone else that's willing to work.

The app is user-friendly with an awesome interface. Missions are simple and quick. You don't have to wait long for approvals or payments. Follow all directions per task, and you will soon have $$$ in your pocket. Easiest and most fun secret shopper app I've ever tried!! New missions are added every day, so you'll always have an opportunity to make a little extra π°

The barcode scanner in this app is garbage and can't read some barcodes. It is a frustrating waste of time to stand around and watch this app not be able to read certain barcodes. I have found specific products as part of the "missions" and the only option is to submit "product not found" There isn't an alternative if the barcode scanner doesn't work. You just end up wasting time.

It was great, I loved it at first. I made like $50 pretty easy and payments were quick. Now the last 4 missions I've gone on they have only paid me the price that they pay when the item couldn't be found, not the full price. And I know for a fact everything on my end was straight, I double and triple checked everything and when I emailed them about it they politely told me that it wasn't right still and didn't change anything. I'm thru with them

Great app for little easy store gigs. Only complaints I have are the products on missions not being sold in the store half the time. Also, many times the barcodes don't match. The barcode given in the app is not the same as the one in the store, even when it is the exact same product. However, this is common with all the similar apps I use. Your missions get approved extremely fast compared to other apps, but you can only cash out every two weeks as a beginner. Overall I think it's a great app.

At 1st the only Missions were all over an hour away and not worth what the missions paid. Until I realized I hadn't set my City in settings. Once I updated that, I awoke to various missions within 5 miles. The barcode scanner malfunctioned on the last 2 items for my first mission. I believe it was a result of the shiny containers & florescent lighting. All was not lost as I was pleasantly surprised to see that I earned $7 from a potential of $11.50. Most importantly, I had fun. Best app ever!

The app is great but has some issues with missions and payments. Sometimes, the missions are clear, then othertimes they aren't, which makes it frustrating. The item can perfectly make the description, but the app has very different barcodes. The app does pay, but I have not gotten my 4th payout yet. Even though I requested it last Thursday and I'm still waiting. They say it takes 30 minutes to 3 working days via PayPal. Hopefully I get my payment soon because the app is legit and good.

This is what I wrote to the company. Hi there, The first thing I have noticed with the Be My Eye app is the distance marker is set to KM kilometer with no way to change it to Miles since I live in the USA and second when tapping on the help button nothing comes up. However the app is fast and responsive and I do see quite a few jobs available in my area and beyond so that's a good thing. So far only two areas should be fixed inside the app. The help area is blank. Nothing there.
