App keeps shutting down every time i try to upload time sensitive documents. I was advised by the benefit focus help desk that this would be the best way to submit my info for mine and my Husbands benefits but it's become nothing but frustration for me. I read on one of your responses that this issue has been resolved but clearly that's a lie!! My store doesn't have a fax machine and i don't own a laptop or desktop, how else can i get you my info? I've never had to submit proof before this.

App has zero functionality for uploading documents. Has zero requests for permissions and no options to even manually give it permissions for file access. On top of broken app functionality, the vast majority of this "app" is simply the mobile website crammed into a subpar browser.

Quite literally the worst app ever! Constantly logs you out, and then wants you to start all over again with registration to use it. Won't find my company ID, just keeps saying "oops, looks like our servers are having problems" 🙄 The sheer hate I feel for this app and it's absolutely uselessness cannot be quantified into words. The people running this show should consider getting new app developers, I'd suggest ones that are not still in elementary school.

Useless app, absolutely trash, it won't let me find my user name or reset password, just keep looping. I had to call the agent, it took 15 minutes to find my user name, and another 15 minutes to try to reset and get me password but they gave me bunch of passwords, all failed, then saying "please delete and reinstall the app. And, Sorry, call back another time, we can't reset your password at this moment", very unprofessional service

There is no info to help u navigate the app like for example what is the bell up in top corner for? Trying to upload documents was a pain. I got it but it was horrible. Now I'm trying to get ID cards an I go to where it " SAYS " u can get them an there is nothing. I click on different plans I opted in for to find info on them and it logs me out. App seriously needs alot of work.

SSO works sporadically! When I am able to login, I am satisfied with the app. However, it's aggravating when single-sign-on doesn't work and it reverts back to the username/pwd prompt. Who remembers their usernames anyway?? Please fix SSO to be more stable and consistent, and I'll change my rating to a 5!

Help! This app says "This app does not support running on rooted devices". My phone is NOT rooted. I cant access any of my benefits if this app is erroneously reporting my phone is rooted. I tried clearing cache and data and it didnt work. I tried reinstalling, no change. I tried restarting phone, no change.

Constantly closes out. Can't upload id cards. Everytime I open a link... It shuts down and says app is having trouble.

Great concept, but a huge fail!!! Just like all the others with 1 star reviews, this app just doesn't work.

I haven't even a single time been able to use this app for its intended purpose. It does not work. I'm editing this review over a year later.

App randomly closes and if it has to open anything up it will also close. Having to constantly log in is annoying and I can't actually get anything done. Waste of time.

I was in the middle of making changes, and I was prompted to update the app. Once I did, I couldn't log back in because it "CAN'T FIND ME." It's was working fine. Why did you all have to mess with it?

App is complete unusable. It buffers then says servers are down. Cant get to my information for my doctors appointments, or to even see where I'm covered.

I've had the app for about a week now and have yet to be able to log in. It just keeps buffering. Why would we want something that doesn't work properly.

I have emailed support with the info I have and there has been no response I went in on my desktop and as usual couldn't get in using the password from last year so I had to reset password then I was able to reenroll. However, I wanted to check it again from my mobile and it just kept saying logging you in. Can't get in from the mobile app. I've emailed support with no answer as of yet? How can I get in and be sure I'm enrolled?

The horrible app won't load up at all, I tried to email support, but the email blocked my message, so the support email is a sham. This is ridiculous. Fix it.

This app is great if you only want to look at your benefits, but awful if you need to upload documents cause it will stop working and won't let you! Company needs to develop a back up plan for when the app won't work right and the website is not any better. It says I don't need to upload documents and won't even let me try! Horrible, horrible, horrible!

I am constantly having trouble using this app and the website. It is always telling me that it is having problems with the servers and to try again. Nothing is working. I have even tried to Uninstall and reinstall with no luck. When I called customer service, they act like they fixed it and try again. Still no luck.... They have great customer service however the app and website is messed up and I cannot access my benefits.

Never had an issue until recently. I can't log in from the app. It just buffers endlessly. I try and go to the desktop version where I'm met only with countless errors and roadblocks. I try to talk to an "expert" but never get anywhere because the link doesn't work. I just had a baby, and I'm trying to add her on as a dependent, but I can't upload the important documents to do so.
