This app has very limited functionality compared to other investment tools. For example, you can't place trades using the app. Another annoying thing is that it has too much downtime for system maitenance, and it is always on Saturday mornings when I want to check my weekly account status. I do not understand why the maintenance can't be done during nighttimes.

No chat or email support. Won't show historical performance or most of the information about investments unless you log into a web browser not the app. Service is down most of the time limiting the access to your account. Doesn't work with Mint app anymore to sync your investments information. Terrible user interface...

Not sure if an update recently broke everything, but now the only thing that works in the app is showing your balance. Everything else gives an error that my account doesn't allow visibility for historical performance, asset allocation, and even contributions (it says I have 0 contributions, even though I've been using ML for years...)

Nice interface but difficult to navigate and use. This app has so much potential but a lot of the options are not what I would expect. I can't find what I think would be straightforward info regarding my awards, sales, and transfers. History and activity don't work... They show no activity despite a few transfers and deposits.

By far..like a cavern! One of the WORST APPS for managing your retirement portfolio..I'm so upset that my company has this and not fidelity..the Apps always crashing...the log-in is glitches AF!.a complete disaster!

This app lacks a lot of features. It is really only good for checking your balance at the end of the day. It is disappointing that ML would make an effort to add preferred rewards to this app, something the mobile banking app already has. While Preferred Rewards is a great benefit to banking customers, it has nothing to do with a retirement plan. It should not be part of this apps domain.

Always has me click "ACCEPT" right away. Doesn't save user id, even though it's checked. Has an issue autofilling the password; it is bugged

App is useless for taking any actions. It has only a reporting functionality. Pretty amazingly unforgivable given Schwab, etc full account control within their app.

Doing another weekend update? Wonder how much money my 401k account will lose with this update. Funny how that happens everytime. They're terrible at investing and supply no help or support. I've had several 401k companies over my lifetime and this one is awful. If you don't have to use them don't. I honestly wish my 401k match would let me pick my own investment company.

Terrible can't ever get into it and it just never works no phone number I have registered to mail to me every quarter and nothing not impressed at all with your electronics . What it means to me it's not safe or maybe it is nobody can get into it

Awful. Never ending loop between requesting/entering a code. You're never able to set up your user ID. Tried calling for help twice and ended up on hold over an hour. No one ever answered. If you have a choice, pick literally anywhere else.

I don't know if they're updating their systems on the weekends or what, but it seems like I always get these cryptic notifications from the app and then there's log in issues. Resetting your password doesn't help until days later. Very frustrating that the system so frequently seems to not be available. Has happened multiple times in the last year.

Was a decent app until the most recent version (20.3.626) this version has caused fingerprint security to stop working properly on the pixel 3. Frequent outages of information inside the app. Also there was a change in password requirements and rather than explaining that, the new app just forced people through the change my password process without explanation. Perhaps a little more time in beta was needed.

Terrible. Every single thing about it. If all you want to do is look to see your balance, then this app is great. If you want to plan for retirement, change your investment direction, change contribution rates, research stocks or bonds, or get the most basic of financial help or insight; look at literally any other app. Wouldn't even worry with this at all if it wasn't for my employer. Freezes after basic request. Crashes if you try to open your account. 2 little txt for customer service review.

It's an app designed for a phone. All it needs to do is be the website, but slightly more convenient. It shouldn't cut off important parts of the screen, hide key pages behind impenetrable menu structures, or make it literally impossible to even log in. And if the app locks you out, it shouldn't take 48 freaking hours to reach a human to unlock it for you. While it worked it was super convenient. How about you use a few of your trillions of $s to fix your app ML?

What is wrong with this app? I am constantly getting a pop-up with the title "Application unavailable" and the explanation "Our app is temporarily unavailable. Your relationship is important to us and we're working to restore service as quickly as possible. Your data and transactions remain safe." The app still allows me to navigate, but some functions are unavailable. However, the message above is constantly popping up and very annoying, and this has been going on for months!
