I've tried a couple different apps for me and my long distance boyfriend, but this one is definitely the best. It let's you share a calendar and picture moments all in one place! I'll hold off on 5-star until I see a little better messaging quality though. Sometimes my partner doesn't receive messages for hours after they are sent.

Really easy to use. I like that is has a shared calendar, events, photo albums, and has a private messaging and calling system. The stickers and gifs for the app are very cute. The only reason I did not give the app 5 starts is that it does not have a video call option. If it did, I would say it is the perfect app. Voice calling is nice, but having a video call is very important in long distance relationships.

An amazing couple app, we use this to communicate better and with all of the features it really does keep our conversation between my husband and myself. Thank you for a very beautiful easy to use app. My reasoning for giving it 3 out of 5, the push notifications tend to glitch and only work when they want, despite the hard settings a user can set. I also am not a big fan of the messaging part when messages between the two of us get messy or garbled in translation. But it's great!

The app is awesome, especially the schedule feature. However, it would be great if there are more options for repeating schedule such as every two week, every third week, specific day of the month (ex: every third Tuesday of the Month). Also, i wish there are more function to customize the schedule such as colors and theme. Over all, it is a great app and worth buying the pro version.

Latest few versions (from Oct 2019) have a bug on my Verizon note 9 (but oddly not on my girlfriend's) where the keyboard overlays on top of the interface and doesn't push things up to accommodate. Thus, I can't see the text of what I'm typing as I type because the keyboard is covering the lower half of the screen. Reached out to developer but got no response. Uninstalled and reinstalled an older version from April 2019 and everything works fine so it's def the new versions.

Between is not secure, as far as pictures and media goes. Pictures and videos that I take with the camera in Between automatically show up in my Android album. I don't use album much, so I disabled it, but I can still access them from outside just by going into my file manager and opening the Between files. I am not impressed with that. It otherwise is a very fun app, but either this gets fixed, or we will not be able to use it for sharing private photos and media.

Fantastic app, it's made keeping track of our schedules 10x easier, communicating and keeping conversations private easier and having a place to go for all of our pictures and memories has been really nice. Kind of crazy to see how long we've been together too. Kind of wish it would have a pop up or notification when messages don't send out and the cute little imojis are kind of confusing to use the "premium" sets. Not perfect, but definitely all in all, its worth a shot to try out.

I enjoyed the app, however please remove the 'find us on facebook' feature in the desktop version. It is really annoying since it took too many space that can be used for the messages. It doesnt make sense either to show it for premium user. Also, please start implementing video call feature. The lack of video call feature really a big downside since if I wanted to do video call, I had to switch to other app.

It's been a lot of fun so far, I use it as a way to strengthen my long distance relationship. It's nice to have a dedicated messaging app that's just for us! The price to check it out for a year is reasonable to support the developers and a premium account is shared between you and your partner. However, even premium is lacking in certain features. I hope to see gif keyboard support that would allow gifs to play directly, and specific message reacts and replies would also be nice.

My girlfriend and I have to do 7 months of long distance while she is in Germany and without this app, I wouldn't have been able to do it. Our relationship has blossomed in the most beautiful way thanks to everyone little detail that has gone into this app. The pro version is absolutely worth it. 100% recommend it for any couple who has to do long distance. Only thing I would add is video chat capability but otherwise, this app is perfect.

I've been using it with my husband for over 5 years now. It's great for sharing and sending photos, has cute emojis, and convenient features like a shared calendar, photo album, and note system. Plus you can put a password on it and adjust your privacy settings. My only complaints are the lack of video call feature and the inability to blur a photo when sending it and then having the recipient unblur it later. If Between implemented both those things on PC and mobile it would be a perfect app.

edit: going on 5 years now, and this app still has much to improve on. between plus isn't worth it. They said we'd get more exclusives later and we haven't(I've been a subscriber since day 1) Please allow previews before sending photos, organize the layout of the home menu easier to understand, enable a feature to save all content in multimedia and separate videos and pictures instead of audio. get rid of the gif feature and put sketch. This app is only good for cute stickers at this point.

I love the features and the private space for us. However, the interface is not intuitive. Uploading pictures and notes is very confusing to organize because you have to dump everything in one folder then create separate folders from that. It would greatly help to import to the calendar, not just export. Would be great if we had more chat prompt inside the chat not just Wednesdays. We should be able to edit our sent messages(we could do that in Discord and love it). Support never writes back!

It works great. Plenty of updates and funny little stickers that move. That was 2018 Update! 2022 now and my fiance and I both still use and love this app. We have used it free version, premium version, themes, wrote notes, letters, and have entire albums of photos. It's funny when I think of it. To Us, this app has made it into our must haves. If you're a couple, try it.

Very cute app and I like the concept. It's nice that the app has the countdowns/dates for 100 days, 200 days, etc as well as birthdays and anniversaries. Some problems I do have are the notifications and albums tabs. The advertisement at the top of the notifications tab throws me off sometimes, and (honestly speaking) the album's tab has a really bad layout. It gets confusing which photos/videos are for one day and which are for other days

My special lady and I came to this service several years ago via a recommendation from another couples app we were using that was shutting down, and I really love it. This app has all the features of the old one, and a bunch more. It's a bit complicated, with a slightly non-intuitive user interface in places, but we've slowly learned how to use it. Many of the new features are great. We pay for the full version (Plus), because there are ads otherwise, and it has desktop apps for Windows and Mac

I've been using Between (Plus) with my partner for over 7 years. We love it! Lots of cute features and is visually appealing. We like the stickers and the love letters. Keep adding new features, please! :) I'd especially like additional theme colors and backgrounds. Also, if the chat screen is open, there's no notification sound. It would be nice if you could add one.
