Does not send me notifications. Have miss my check ins because it doesn't send the notifications. Please fix the problem. It's been going on for a long time now

When using Wi-Fi, it says it can't connect to the server. My wifi is great, and everything is working on it except this app. Please fix this bug.

Facial recognition is terrible. I've given up. Probation needs a new service provider. I take a picture once it fails I stop right there. My officer understands the faults and that it is a piece of S**t app poorly implemented and useless.

It's horrible I downloaded it and it gives no option to set up your account you are automatically expected to have this info already. I was never given a previous username or password and it gives no option on setting up username and password

Everytime I go to do a check in it gives me a black screen and my po snidely says it's your front facing camera that is broken. My camera front facing and outward facing are just fine I have been violated 5 times for not being able to check in this app is crappier than anything its retarded that I get violated because this app doesn't work!!!

I'm trying to open the app but it doesn't appear anything on the screen and I can't send a picture or have a look in calendar, I don't want to wear the ankle track locator again.

It won't let my husband in even of I uninstall and reinstall it still won't allow him in and he needs it for his Parol officer. It says his username and password not found and we know it's the right one and it won't allow for us to just start a new account either its ridiculous

sometimes i won't even get a notification to check in until an officer calls me.... Also. for some reason it makes me take a pic multiple times... the lighting is good and I'm taking it the exact same way every time.

Constantly crashes. Check ins don't go through half the time. Extremely frustrating when you're on probation and having your probation officer contact you asking you why aren't your check ins coming through. The worst communication app for probation I've ever seen.

I don't have good things to say yet. I've had nothing but problems trying to register and sign in . Only once did I get to complete my entry. I'm still trying to get it right. I am old school not smart phone savy I'll get it ! I am still having problems trying to log in. I don't know what is wrong. Me or the phone . B I smart link is the only app that i have ever tried to email on its just something I have never done. I am doing what I can to get it right. I don't have anyone to show me here.

Couldn't send a picture thru. I messaged them on the app, never got a reply. Got a call and got told to delete and reinstall, I deleted the app and now I can't install it back. They blamed us for not sending pictures. Ridiculous!

App constantly crashes in the background, no response from support. Drains battery from constantly reopening and crashing. It's highly difficult to take a picture and let alone open the app to do a check in. Needs a lot of work

I tried to sign into it it says my app is no longer up to date Go download a new one in the app store. When I get to the app store and try to download it it says it's already installed and up-to-date.. but hey it's not like it's a big deal ... what's the worst that can happen they can violate us and throw us in federal prison over it. The sad thing is is it's still not as bad as the phone system that calls you.

I've been having trouble with the check-ins not alerting my phone which causes my probation officer to call and threaten to file a warrant for my arrest because I missed the check-ins, which is incredibly frustrating and distressing. The facial recognition needs to be refined since I didn't have makeup on when I took the first pictures, however when I put on makeup, facial recognition becomes much harder, even in adequate lighting. Please fix this issue and I will gladly give five stars.

The most disgusting application! Constantly says that there is no connection, although my Internet connection is fine! Notifications arrive too late and quietly, when all deadlines have already been missed. This app is a joke on people! Together with the disgusting “work” of ISAP officers, it makes the life of a refugee unbearable!
