The maintenance time is f.king weird and crazy, around 07:15-07:30 am? I've never experienced such a maintenance time with any other services (not just bank services). What a f.king stupid idea.

The UI is better than the older versions. But it still takes too long to retrieve data from server to display to the app, I can enjoy my whole cup of coffee before seeing the transaction list from app and it sucks. One more thing, I could check my transaction list for a range of only 1 month, sometimes I want to get the report for the whole year instead.

When I perform the forgot password, why does it have to ask me to log out of my old device? Asked me to go to the office to change my password, very bad experience when using the online app.

Tells me to update my app when I select different services. Takes me back to the home screen. My app is 100% updated.

I wanted to write a report on a transaction I made because I was scammed, but the app is constantly telling me to update to be able to submit the report. But it appears I have the app at the latest version, so I don't even know what to update.

App layout is modern and user-friendly. The app running is stable and relatively at fast speed. I do love this app

Okay, I found that "eye" key to show password... - it's better not change default keyboard behavior (color, function...) as user has to pay attention and learn how it works on your app only - better keep your bank "bidv" name on the app instead of "smartbanking". 1st, it's not even as smart as other banking apps. 2nd, I have a several bank accounts and have struggle when search for this bank's name app.

User-friendly, nice display, diverse functions. Convenient in money transfer, bill payment to essential services i.e water, electricity, communication, VETC, etc. Lots fun with games, too. Good app!

This app: Does NOT allow password manager autofill/pasting; Does NOT update the account balance if the money is received while the app was open; Does NOT have dark theme; Have the annoying support-bubble shows up everytime the app opens. The only reason I'm using this is because my job requires me to.

Good for a while, but watch the transaction allocation. If you have any set or automaric payments ignore the dates because BIDV will without notice take payment two or three days early. Charges to your account - why cant the app tell you who you been billed by? All you get is a date, amount and transaction number. Credit Card cashback? How there is no way to tell how it is redeemed or claimed.

I appreciate that BIDV is trying its hardest to increase user online safety and security but forcing all accessibility setting to be off is just frustrating. It's a legit setting native in the OS and is there for a reason, many apps that aid people lives need that access. There are malicious apps out there that take advantage of this but lumping all accessibility access setting together isn't a solution. Update: Great biometric registration, can totally read my id card and recognize my face.
