I get emails about offers but I can't log in or reset my password. Apparently I don't have an account anymore but I remain on the SPAM List !!!

They cancel orders all the time apparently nothing ever in stock but I'll go into the store and it's in stock. They hold your money for canceled orders forever why when not getting it

Horrible app. Doesn't shoe products that are in the store you are in. Keeps changing default location. Just delete it.

It wasn't to my liken. It tried to force me to shop using instracart. I have no interest in instracart shopping at this time. I desire an app that will assist me in shopping in-store. Very disappointed and unsatisfied.

Totally decimated the old big lots app. Can I pull up your card or coupons. If you have old app, do not download this app.. Instacart, destroy this app.

No Big lots app This is not the Big lots app it's the instacart app where they can deliver things to you at home. I just wanted the Big lots rewards app that lists my coupons and allows me to shop in the store. Apparently Big lots no longer has any sort of phone app and only has an instacart app so you can order groceries from Big lots none of which is ever in stock based upon the reviews here. Big lots should hurry and create an app that supports Big lots. We don't want instacart.

Would like the app if it had the scanning option. Most stores don't even have to correct prices up. I rather scan on my own then have to take everything to the register to find the actual price.

Big Lots does third-party for ordering furniture and you can wait up to two weeks. and you paid in advance and find out that they not going to be able to assist you . Now you waited all that time just for them to return your money. You could went somewhere else instead. (What a let down).

I've never had a bad experience shopping at Big Lots. Staff members have always been pleasant. First time shopping on line to have delivered at home. Will update my review only if I'm not satisfied.
