3 mo later..I'm absolutely not able to get my money -the money that the employer has set aside for me. 2 way authenticator pops up a second before allowing access to the account to see my money and withdraw it. If There's no compensation for this easily fixable problem then why don't you have a customer service via telephone. Also it's not cute to cross sell employees and employers on the same user interface when you don't explain anywhere on the site what we do to get our money. Selfish.

I'm trying to set up a bank account, and the app doesn't send a verification email. It's very frustrating. I cannot run my buisness with this app. This used to work great, but now it is trash. Stay away! There are better apps about there.

Slow or non exhistant suppprt. There were no clear instructions on how it works or how to set it up. The FAQ page is missing how to have funds make it to your bank. It wasn't until after I received a payment i found where you can add a bank account. Anything is easier than this, just another app I have to check at the end of the year. Only 1 company choose to pay me using this. I shall advise them to skip this next time.

This is the worst service that I have had the misfortune to use. No customer service number. Endless navigation of webpages trying to find the customer request email and hopefully it will get answered. A 1% service charge in order to get paid early or they'll hold the deposit for 2 days. Mail check that have printed on it payment enclosed. Having to set-up multiple accounts for multiple clients or pay for their multi account platform. These are some of the issues I have with this company.

Now I can't even change a line items quantity and save that without it telling me that there's a bug and I need to clear the app cache... So pointless! Switching between apps or your screen shutting off immediately clears any information you already had on creating new customers or invoices, so you better know all your customers information by heart! Good luck trying to get everything set up if using from a mobile phone only... Not really helpful or useable on mobile at all. So frustrating!

The app is difficult to use on a phone. I couldn't find any "How to" helps. It times out super quick, (If the phone screen goes dark, the app closes and you lose the daya you have entered.) I dont know if you can send attachments. I had to print and take pictures of the invoices.

App is pretty broken. The chart of accounts displayed in the app which sync from QBO is different on the app compared to the desktop. I used the chat support and even chat support in the app is broken. The support agent requested a screenshot but there was no way to upload. It was clear based on our conversation that something was supposed to appear but it didn't. Support wasn't helpful after that. Didn't offer me an email to send it to. Disappointed.

Awful app! Obscure, difficult to navigate. Business sending me $ had to set up my banking info, because I could not set up the account. I had to give banking info to them over the phone! Ever since, an endless loop to log in: being asked to get-the-app, being told it's already installed. 4 calendar days holding my money while prompting me to pay a ridiculous fee to get it early. Trash!

Bill is the worst experience I've ever had getting paid. It's been almost 3 months and I still havent been paid because of the rigorous verification process combined with not being able to sign in to their site on a computer or a phone and slow processing. Can't sign in through their app. People on the customer service phone line can't even do anything. I've tried multiple devices. The worst 👎👎👎

This app is complete trash. Once you navigate away from the company setup, you are unable to do ANYTHING else until you have a connection to another company. Like finish setup or make a connection to another company. The support provided is even worse and virtually non-existent. A real let down and complete disappointment. Quickbooks is a better program and much more user friendly with support. The offer to contact support is trivial at this point. I already attempted to utilize the support system and was extremely let down... Seems pointless to try again.

The app and the site are not functional. I used to get regular updates for all my payments from clients, now I have past payments showing in upcoming payments, and I no longer get notifications for my payments. Additionally, I can no longer log in on my phone because it requires me to be added and have at least one connection, whatever that means. Bill needs serious revamping.

Its really a wonderful app because it male invoices so simple and easy; you put info and it saves your customers and vendors, the only problem with it is too slow sometimes to open the invoice, and when you leave to another app to get info for billing you came back and it logged you off. it also freeze sometime. we hope to see these issue fixed. and please be advised that even if you send invoices to your customers many times they don't receive them, be ure you add your email as BB to get copy.

The latest early 2024 version of the app is a disaster. Even less useful than the previous version. Can't even display the history of reminders sent for invoices - has a space for it, but consistently 100% of the time on 100% of networks says unable to load. No way to send an invoice. No way to send a reminder. It's time to find a new service.

Unbelievably poor mobile functionality. It's just basically showing me a browser window in certain spots. Support staff is non-existent. Just a bunch of chat bots. Not to mention the reason I contacted them to begin with was because of a missing mailed payment from them, which I still have yet to receive. Really bad. So many better alternatives, don't waste your time here.

Update: while this app is glitchy, when it works, it's very convenient. One big issue I have is that for our company, the posting dates are important, but I can't see them when I'm approving bills through the app. Original post: Could not navigate through the app. When I tried to look at bill details, the app would just ask me to sign in over and over again and I couldn't access any bills

Don't normally leave comments, but there is flaw in the app for those who are used to working with the cloud version of this software. We use the cloud version to pay all of vendors. This is done by scanning all paper invoices to PDF format and uploading those docs. However, strangely enough, the app doesn't support uploading PDFs, only taking 'pictures' of invoices. Not sufficiently sophisticated for business use, but I'm sure it would work for some individuals or small businesses.

Edit: finally got everything sorted but it took a lot to get their attention. If this site was easier to use, had an actual customer support number to call, and didn't have such an intense verification process it would be great. They deactivated my account because i missed an email asking me to verify my identity. I had open invoices to customers. I tried to contact the company but the only way to was a virtual chat that no one ever actually answered.

The app was great up until about a week ago when I had to update it. Once it was updated, it messed up EVERYTHING. Nothing is working, and it's not syncing. I get notification by email about something, but when I go to the app, it's nowhere to be found. The customer service was great and quick to get in touch with, but the app needs to either go back to the old version or something...

Fingerprint option only works half the time and to get it working you have to wipe storage and start over. In addition, unnecessary clicks to get to see what you wanna see. If it wasn't for a grant program that I'm in for reimbursements that uses this atrocity of a service, I wouldn't be using it at all. However, after I'm done with said program, I will be going into business for myself with the licensing and certifications I'm obtaining. Missed opportunity on BILL's part to gain a new customer.

The new interface is easier, yet harder in some regards. Like we are unable to add attachments to the Invoices, unless you go to the online website. We can't save the invoice as a draft for later. UPDATE: The team listened and have added back the feature for attachments for invoices on the next app update. Excellent, very responsive !
