Takes about 5 tries for each receipt because Bill takes me back to the home page after I take a photo. Problem continues. WHAT INSANITY. TAKES ABOUT 10 MINUTES PER RECEIPT because I have to take multiple pictures of the same receipt because after I tap OK Bill takes me back to mY pin page and I have to start all over again. WHO DREAMS UP THIS GARBAGE? BILL says they fixed it. It worked for a dozen receipts, but has now crashed 6 consecutive times.

Cards get deactivated for no reason. App doesn't send you to resolve the problem upon notification. They simply aren't investing in the user app experience. If I could do it again, I wouldn't. Almost a 4 year customer.

I sure would love the convenience Divvy boasts, but I am never able to log in without a password change. It seems like this app is in very beta stages, with limited support staff to assist working through all the bugs. Maybe it will improve? Right now it's a time suck for me to use because I have to call support to do anything, which results in about a 30-45 minute wait time

Over-the-top security authentication prevents you from using the app. After passing a regular text code authentication, it wants you to do an email, following the link from the same "browser" you sent the code from—except you send the code from the app. How am I supposed to open an email in the Divvy app "browser?" It rejects it when opening in email or a normal browser. It's no longer possible to log in.

This is the worst authentication experience I've had with any platform. For whatever reason, you can't login with your current password once you are logged out. You must have your password reset EVERY time. Then comes the next issue. I never receive the forgot password emails until I go through some hoops to talk to customer service... every time. I've spent a ridiculous amount of time just trying to stay logged in. I recommend you try other similar apps first before this one.

App worked great until they "fixed" it... now I get an auto crop when trying to attach picture of my receipt that has a scroll feature to increase or decrease, except it doesn't work..now I cannot get my entire hotel receipt in the frame. I have to lose either the hotel chain name at top of page or the address of the hotel at the bottom of the receipt. It worked fine before, just attach the pic of receipt. Please quit fixing things that aren't broke!!

Functions don't always work, as of now I'm having issues with adding my receipts. The button simply isn't working.. It's nice for keeping track of your budget especially for fast review on the go. Also it's both convenient and annoying that all pictures taken in the app save to your camera roll.

getting better. not so slow now. taking photo of receipt is still slow and cumbersome. would be good to be able to see the last part of the receipt while snapping the next part. have to hold the phone so still over receipt while it uploads. check out Fetch app for a better way to be able to snap receipts. would be good if something like that was available in Divvy. Thanks for the follow-up from before!

The system keeps telling me when I upload everything that is uploaded and then my boss calls me back the next day and wants to see a picture of the gas receipt and I've already uploaded but yet your system shows that it has not uploaded. You have a major flaw in uploading pictures of receipts. I have uses both under Wi-Fi and regular data. Your app is jacked up. You need to fix it. Otherwise than that the app is very useful and convenient

Worst funding platform ever! Received approval and after not using the card, I was sent an email to click a link to keep the card active and make a purchase. The link didn't work. I emailed support and they apologized for the known problem. They said because I clicked the link it would still be active. Low and behold they already closed my account before they sent an email to keep it active. I went to use my card and it was declined. Embarrassing! App and website said two different things.

This was literally the most difficult card I've ever tried to activate. The app kept crashing so I couldn't activate. Contact customer service and I'm directed to the link in the email, then the email link only works in chrome, but you can't activate from there. You can ONLY activate in the app. These are a great concept, but a horrible activation process! Any other card on the planet I would just have to call a number or login to a website. This was app, customer service, email, customer service, new browser, email again, then app again.

Persistent connectivity issues. When the app works its amazing. Sometimes it takes too long to upload a charge, it will never let me attach a pic of a receipt from my phones gallery, it takes FOREVRER just to load the UI. If it weren't for the lag and connectivity issues unresolved by uninstalling and reinstalling, I'd give the app 5 stars as it's otherwise intuitively easy to use.

Constant issues logging in. My fingerprint is approved or verified or whatever yet I never leave the landing screen. Click login from a different screen and get directed to a web page to login. What's the point of fingerprint then? Despite sending videos and screenshots to support last year, this issue persists. Such a useless app. Also, always issues uploading receipts.

The current version of this application is constantly crashing, past versions had search bars that didn't work and other broken functionality like difficulty uploading receipts or saving details on transactions when using lte cellular network. Maybe by 2022 divvy can figure out how to build a good app. Edit: installed new update, we'll see how it is now. Update: still crashing

UPDATE: My problem has been resolved. Thank you very much for addressing the issue. Was great now frustrating to use. After every single field you fill out, there is about 3 full seconds of waiting until a message pops up saying it saved the info. During that period of time, you can't scroll or go into the next field. It really sucks when you have multiple reciept you need to fill out.

This app works well in most of the ways it is supposed to. However, my company requires me to upload reciepts and the app crashes multiple times in a row before I succeed in uploading pictures of the Reciept. This happens almost every time I make a purchase. The crashing makes it take several minutes to log a purchase when it could take about 45 seconds or less if the app did not crash.

Great app, great service, but notifications are poorly implemented. I don't need a notification that upload is complete, when I'm in the app and can see that. I also don't need notifications about incomplete transactions to persist after I just completed them. In fact, the notification should go away when I tap it and the app opens to where I need to go. Everything else is pretty smooth, but notifications are annoying. Small annoyances add up!

Overall I like the app. I wish for 2 things though. One, that I could see declined transactions listed out. Right now the only way I can find to see them is online. Two, that notifications could be customized so I can turn off charges. I don't need to get notified every charge, but the other option is to turn notifications off completely and then I won't know about declined charges or frozen cards.

My one star rating is on functionality only. Let me say that it's a simple app to use, easy to fill out and doesn't take much time....if it works. However nearly EVERY TIME I take picture of receipt or upload one, the app crashes and I have to start all over only to encounter the problem AGAIN. It usually does this three or four times and then it will take, but I had one that I gave up after seven tries. So what should take about a minute to upload a reimbursement takes five to ten minutes.

The app mostly does what I need it to. But there's so much functionality from the website that just isn't in the app, for example, managing people, filtering transactions, and viewing reports. In addition, the app is just so slow. When I tap a notification to categorize the purchase, I have to log in (every time) it then loads like three different pages, one after another, before it loads the page to categorize the purchase. From a UX standpoint, this is just awful and uncomfortable to use.
