I would not advice anyone to download this app. They have a very poor customer service. I transferred money to the account and it disappeared only to discover that the account number assigned to me was changed without my knowledge. I contacted customer care and no response was given to me. VERY BAD

This app is really a BillPoint.. Firstly,the price tag is very high for someone that runs a data vendor. Secondly, they don't give room for Airtel 1gb and price. Please,you people should do something about it. I must commend that the airtime I bought yesterday that didn't appear to my phone was later refund to my wallet. Thanks...

Nice app. lets you get data at affordable prices. however, I would like to see improvement in the reversal of funds for failed transactions. Also, it would be great to be able to refresh the app while logged in. this will prevent logging out to see new credit in the wallet.

The app is not currently running smoothly. When I try to buy data, it keeps telling me the limit of amount I can buy. This has happened for d past 3 days. The limit doesn't change day by day.

This app is nothing but a scam. I downloaded this app, I funded my wallet for the first time, it did no reflect on my account. I contacted the customer service via life chat, they ask me to provide my details which I did. They told me to hold on for some minutes that they are working on it. After a long hours I contacted the customer service again, Immediately I made my complaint again, they stop responding to me uptill now.

A lot of glitches...my money have been stuck a number of times here which is not encouraging. I funded the account with 1'160 on 23rd May during morning time only to receive 300 in the evening of that same day, then the next day the whole thing reflected there wasn't warning of funding glitches. Please try to improve more on the app and Data packages now finish faster than normal. Please do your best on this platform. Thank you

At first the app was great, affordable data plan and good experience.But now I am unable to login into my billpoint account, keeps saying verification required with no means of getting verified. It's very frustrating

Since the change of virtual accounts, I have been experiencing hell in your services. Someone will credit his or her account for the past 2weeks, I will get a debit but my bill point account won't be credited. What is wrong with your service? Just refund the money to the account that sent it or credit my wallet. This is getting too embarrassing please

Just downloaded the app few days ago, funded my wallet, did one transaction that went well but now I can't even access my account anymore, it keeps telling me "verification required" whenever I input my password My annoyance is that there's no way shown on how to go about it. Am suspecting it's a scam app.

What's wrong with this app, since yesterday I sent money to my billpoint to purchase data but it's not reflecting. This same thing happened last week, but it reflected after 10hours, I gave it a benefit of doubt and tried it again but you guys failed me. The customer service is also rubbish, they're not replying, please I need my money, I need my money, pls I need my money

Nice App but I don't know what is happening recently. I'm unable to purchase data. Each time I try buying data the response I always get is that " I can't puchase more than a particular amount, currently it's 37 or thereabouts. Please look into it.

Billpoint, this issue of delayed deposit into the app and continuos pending and processing of data bundle is becoming unbearable. I made a deposit to Billpoint recently, and it got missing in the air, I made complaint to their live chat and email them, no response, please, do something about it.

I can't believe that BillPoint is dying slowly and painfully yet BLord and co are not working on improving it. I funded my account with 490 to buy 2GB once, bill point told me I could only spend 475 as maximum, so I had to buy only 1GB for 285. Later this evening, the same day, I wanted to use the remaining money for 1GB, still bill point notified me that the maximum amount I am allowed to spend is 245, because of that I bought 500MB. Now, the maximum bill point has given me is 45 naira! Imagine

At first, I was enjoying this app, but for past few days my experience with this app is very terrible. Imagine I have been funding my wallet for many times and my bank debited me, but my billpoint wallet is showing me zero account. I have been trying to reach out to their live chat customer care, but it doesn't give me any reply. Omo this app is falling.

The network general has been poor this few days. I have to switch account, only to encounter the same problem. So far, I have been debited upto 4k without been credited and not refunded back. You guys were not like this before. Be reliable and maintain standard....

Billpoint functions went from top to bottom. Countless times I've made subscriptions and got debited but didn't get my data and my refund. So many times I tried to fund my account and got debited from my bank which the bank customer service said my transaction was successful but it didn't reflect on my billpoint dashboard. Talking about billpoint customer support, you go complain tire hahahahaha. It's funny, you guys need to make some serious improvement because you've got alot of customers.

I love the app. But my problem is that. When you are billed for something and it's deducted from your wallet. With purchase going tru and refunds are not always done. I did 2 transaction for data today. At about 7pm I was debited twice and transaction was cancelled and my money was not refunded at all. My account name is Omopariiwa Femi. You can check it up. I need my money refunded and this is not the first

It is a superb app that deserves even more than 5 stars. The app has a clean design and fast services. The data lasts too, depending on what you do. I would like to note two things, 1. There should be a way of removing beneficiaries if saved. 2. The Glo servicing is a little slow, and the data doesn't reflect sometimes, but this has happened only twice. Overall, I am impressed with the app's performance and features. I would appreciate a reply, if there is a way to join team Billpoint!. Thanks.
