1st, the app had too many steps to get started. 2nd, you have to select automatic reload payments to begin instead of being charged as you go/ when your ride ends. The app says you can disable auto payments at any time but you cannot. There is a help article that says you may need to reach $0 balance before you can turn off the auto reload, but once you reach a $0 balance the app automatically reloads. There are too many other ride options with the same rates to deal with this hassle

Expensive. A 20 minute ride is 9 nearly 10 dollars. Not worth it to ride more than 1 time a month. Plus the payment system is not good. You have to preload money into the app and the cheapest preload option you are allowed to put in the app is 15$ so you have to make a commitment if you really want to ride. Superpedestrian is better. They just charge directly to your card, it is about the same price, but I would much rather charge from my card directly instead of having to add a minimum of 15$.

The app works well to reserve scooters (which is obviously the whole point), and I've never had connectivity issues when trying to reserve a scooter. However, if the app asks me one more time to go through the quiz and rules of the road, I'm switching full-time to Lime. I understand periodic refreshes, but multiple times per week seems like either a glitch or overkill.
