Very poor. My first time using this exchange and it will be the last time. I can not send my xrp coins and hbar coins to my cold wallet. Contacted support team since 17.02.22 and today is 26.02.22, and they still don't know what is the problem/s. This exchange is the worst exchange I ever used.

Dreadful app. Constantly crashing. Terrible support team contacted several times with no answer or solutions to any and all issues. Very poor.

Terrible app. Tried to verify identity via national id, the app doesn't give any feedback and can't proceed. Absolutely no support from the company on the issue after reaching out to them via chat, email or Messenger.

be warned that this exchange wont allow you to sell or withdraw your assets if it didn't match their minimum amount. i never had this experience with other platform. it's almost a scam

Don't know why others complain it's slow. Seems to be quite smooth for me, easy to use with nice interface and easy & fast deposit/withdraw - love it!

I had to set up my account and when I used my full name I couldn't process the registration. So I only took my first and last name. Now the name doesn't match with my bank account. They requested me to send more of my documents in order to refund me (after 2 weeks) and after sending them the additional information and many follow up emails they still haven't received a reply or my money back. I'm currently waiting for a month already to get my money back.

I had rated it 5 star but now this app has started hanging. It gets stuck most of the time. You can't even place the order most of the time. Please do something. Prev. Experience: Bitazza is one the best cryptotrading apps in Thailand. Easy to use and they verified my details within an hour. And quickly I was able to start trading while market was low. Other the other hand on Bitkub it has been nearly 10 days and so far nothing.. still verification is pending.

I'm not able to pass the KYC since it goes to the NFC scan that impossible to skip, but my passpprt has no NFC. In addition, you can only utilize useless prompts in the support since calling an agent requires... KYC!

Very user friendly, convenient (I'm on it almost 24/7), bilingual (TH and EN), and great features. Logs in easily with finger print. It does require you to reinsert 2FA from time to time but this gives me more peace of mind as my investment is in the app.

Great app in general. A key feature for me (as for non-Thai resident) is the possibility to get a Visa card, both virtual and plastic. Keep in mind that this is not a banking app, so it is not possible to hold any banking translations

Quick verification, but that was it. App is quite slow, crashing all time, order execution slow, chart loading time slow, wallet update slow. I'm very disappointed. Don't tell me I have bad phone or slow internet. Other app are doing very well. If u can fix it, I will change my review Edit: great for the response. Hope to see it soon

The only downside is that it's very hard to create any type of crypto addresses. I have to try multiple times to generate an address but once you have the address everything is very fast and efficient both deposit and withdraw both cash and crypto

It sucks as what you heard from rumors. Their internal management is even worse. Strongly do not recommend if you don't want to waste your time, energy, or money.

The rates they show are a lot more unfavourable than on other exchanges such as binance. Next to that they charge high fees. Multiple times you have to do your kyc again even if it's connected to your bank account already. As foreigner you don't have much choice to choose for exchanges so you are pushed to this thai scam company

I have downloaded this app 15 minutes ago. It keeps saying 'oops something went wrong' whilst nothing is actually going wrong... it is just a pop up window that comes for no reason because the app is otherwise working completely fine?? Makes me a bit concerned what will happen when I eventually start to use the app for trading purposes?
