Not very accurate even if I put a half portion it gives the full calories or a package says the exact calories per portion and I take a picture of the label and it still gets the calories and nutrition facts wrong. There's no way to input what exercise you do to track how many calories you can have if a certain amount of calories is burned so its not super helpful at all for weightloss. For $35.99 a year this app is very unimpressive and not completely where it should be to charge people at all.

honestly the least I've gotten from a paid tracker app. you don't have the ability to save or reuse meals/snacks. calorie counts are always under what the actual values are unless I take a picture of the nutritional label every time, or Google the nutritional information. I don't want to have to take a picture of the coffee creamer I used two hours ago to add another tablespoon to my day. there's no way to track calories burned or actual weight loss from what I can tell. frankly I want a refund

I would like my money back. It takes far too long to get an accurate count of what I'm eating. There is a consistent discrepancy of calories, of at least 200 calories, when I enter my ingredients manually into another app. I have to edit each and every item when I use the picture mode, it doesn't like to accept the names or units for things (cups, oz, mL, g, etc), and it took me 6 times of going back to edit mode to make sure it was right because it double listed my ingredients. Back to MFP.

do not recommend. I wanted to track my fiber and protein. 2 weeks after purchasing they removed the fiber tracker and added fasting. there is no option to pick what you want to track. I asked for a refund since the feature I got it for is now gone and they refuse. that wasn't the only change that was made and it was drastic. the measurements are not accurate and it doesn't recognize foods even if you eat them every day.

I just downloaded the app and have been using it for a day and a half. it's saved me a decent amount of time and I do enjoy it, but here's what I feel is missing; 1) it logs water and supplements at a score of only 50 points (ish) 2) it doesn't have a water consumption tracker like the other app that I like to use 3) the interaction options with the pet are extremely limited (I think that it should count water and have that included as well with the hearts) 4) Id like more pet options

Neat little app, I did subscribe when I first downloaded it. Once I fell off my diet I forgot about the subscription. When it posted again I emailed to have the subscription canceled, didnt even mention a refund at first, but during emailing I said "any chance of a refund" fully expecting to be told no. They gave it without a fight. Absolutely A+ customer service!

It's a cute app and I like it a lot, but... You cannot connect it to fitness apps, you cannot manually log exercises to account for calorie burn, it's very generic and not specific when it comes to logging brands and restaurant dishes, and you cannot save recipes. Again, it's cute, and I use it, but it would be much better if it were more accurate. Also, maybe add a points system for eating healthy, and a store to buy items for your pet with those points!

just started using it. it's super cute but i wasn't paying attention and my food got logged as snacks with no way to edit without deleting the meal and starting over which is very frustrating and discouraging. please make a way to edit meals into other catagories and I think being able to get items to customize your raccoon would be a really cute incentive to be consistent. other then that it's a good start.

There are two types of people who generally need to count calories, those who are overweight and wanting to lose it and those who are underweight and need to ensure proper caloric intake. This app COMPLETELY ignores the latter of the two. There doesn't appear to be a minimum age or height, but there is a minimum weight of 75lbs. Also, despite selecting the goal of weight gain, many of the tips and tricks are specifically geared towards losing weight & set up auto-adds fasting.

Really nice app. The calorie counter is inaccurate but still gives me a good health score of my food. Wish there was an option to add "fasting." I don't like raccoon disappearing after a day ot two of not eating. Review Update. Thank you for adding the fasting option. I really appreciate it. can you add other characters? Id be more motivated if I feed a chicken.

I wanted to love this. Went straight to Pro so I could use the full functionality. The AI massively overestimates the calories in it, even when I specified exactly what I had with brand name and all kinds of info (for example, a microwave meal by a big-name company). I had to start googling the package and then taking a screenshot of the label so I could put it in for lunch. Time-consuming and annoying. Maybe I'll give it another try in 6 months to see if it's gotten better.

This is a great concept, however, unless you have food where every ingredient is visible, it does not work well. For example, soups, certain casseroles, etc. it only works for specific ingredients, but doesn't know common dishes as a whole. Also, the depth perception makes it hard for it to guess the quantity.

This is the first AI-based app for food tracking that is easy to use and pretty accurate. I like that you can edit the ingredients. Some things that would make this app absolutely amazing: the ability to edit the calories (sometimes I know the exact amount of calories of a food), a way to add weight or even workouts, and/or mood/hunger level. That would be great for emotional eaters for sure.

It's advertised as a game. There's really no game components, the only thing the raccoon does is eat when you log a meal and look sad if you go a while without. And you can change the background if you're feeling wild. Calories aren't accurate, you can directly enter the calories though, so in order to do so I logged the meal on ANOTHER calorie counter app which was way better. Don't waste your time get a real app

Loving it! It's been fantastic and I'm seeing a genuine change in the way I eat. It's not even a conscious effort either! Learned last wee that there are three types of protein. Literally never heard that before. Making dinner last night and subconsciously decided I should add beans to my chicken soup for multiple protein sources. I only wish I could unlock customizations for my raccoon as I made smart eating decisions/habits.

It's cute, but not super accurate. This isn't the worst, though, since you can just manually enter in food. My main problem? it's advertised as raising a virtual pet while tracking your intake, but I feel like there isn't enough virtual pet stuff to get me attached. I assume that attaching a virtual pet to this is a way to keep you motivated, but it's hard to get attached with how simple it is. adding stuff like petting, playing, or customizing your pet would help me to keep me motivated.

a good stepping stone to food tracking. This is a very cute tracker, and it's better than not tracking at all, but it is not very accurate. Takes a lot of time to re enter the same meal that I eat every day with no way to save it. Can't look up different brands to adjust the info, so it's all estimates and generalized. If your intention is to get yourself into the habit of food tracking, this is a good place to start but the accuracy is not at all reliable. the nutrition advice is not accurate.

I have been using this app for 2 1/2 months now. Not only is it super inaccurate with calorie counting (even with weighed out measurements) but it will totally create poor relationships with food and disordered eating. there is no reason for the AI generated commentary about food choices. Even when the food is good, it will find ways to say it's not good option for a healthy and balanced lifestyle. especially if one day that food item is good but then the next day its bad. use with caution.

TBH, I wanted to really like this app. It looks so cute and fun to keep up with, but I could not figure out how to edit the calories. When I would describe my meal and edit to half of the portion, it gave me full meal calories. I could edit the macros and change the portion size, but it would not change the calories. I tried multiple times, and it kept giving me the wrong calories (I have counted calories before multiple times, so I have a basic understanding of calorie counting).

it won't let me input any food today and said to reload the app. I uninstalled and reinstalled and it still won't work and it forgot my subscription. as a general, low maintenance calorie tracker, it is kind of motivating. It's not always accurate, but easy to edit when it's off. I appreciate that it's low maintenance since that's all I can handle now. wish it still worked!
