Ever since the last update nothing works anymore. Activity stream doesn't load, if it does, comments don't load, you can't open any files and basically the app is rendered useless right now, except for the messenger. Which is a pity, because before it was a useful tool.

Needs Kanban boards or at least ability to set status for Kanbans and filter by status. Please improve it. I Love the web interface.. But the mobile one is way too slow (has to reload each time you click in and out of a task/lead etc) and way too limited in functionality.. ( can't view comments on leads/deals etc..) Needs integration with device's calls and contacts and reminders to call back.. Also, take notes when making calls.

Still buggy, they're working on it though. Very marginally useful, hopefully one day will be a good app. Also they're Russians and all support is done between 1am-4am EST which is awful. Like their response to this review... in the middle of the night. Imagine having a support chat conversation where you have to wait 24hrs for every response... and sometimes in Russian! Good people but very mediocre CRM.

Bitrix24 it's a very good platform, we use it mainly for project management and work chat But the app is very bad, very slow, why your chat doesn't work just like Whatsapp or messenger, it takes a lot for loading, you think that it is already loaded and you start typing and when it actually finishes loading, you lose the 4 or 6 characters that you started typing, that is pretty annoying Looking for task in the app us extremely slow also, please do something, at least with the chat

This app needs a lot more love thrown at it. Compared to the desktop version, this lacks way behind. My main issue is around tasks and projects. These do not synchronise accurately. In fact, I have to uninstall the app and then reinstall it, so that the project information comes through cleanly. If I make a new change on the desktop within projects, it doesn't get updated in Android. Get that right for starters and we might have a decent app.

I installed this app with the intention of testing it out for our organization and found that after installing it, everything was in Russian. On the front page when the app starts, there is no place to change the language so I couldn't understand a thing. What the hell do they expect without a language changing option?? Uninstalled immediately if this is how they build their apps.

App is good but you need to improve your ui in significant way with new way and you also hava a error when I click to any chat person it will open chatting window twice that look so mean. please improve it do some changes which can also increase more users to your platform.

Not nearly as good as the full browser version for searching and sorting leads or deals. Not usable for someone looking to make follow-up calls. Good enough for referencing your database in a pinch. Hopefully they iterate as quickly as they do on webapp so I can revise this review. Tech is much better than previous version, just need more features.

HORRIBLE app and crm tool! The app is different from the desktop version, so you cannot keep up with work on the go. After the update, the calendar does not work AT ALL. In general this whole system has too much options that you have to adjust BY HAND in each section! It does NOT update your settings across all different sections! So, all you are doing is constantly battling with the software! Don't recommend this to your employer. You'll regret it!

The application is good but the performance and the response time is not so far up to the mark. when you click on any option whether its lead or deals, the response time of the application is very poor. it needs to be improved.

Mobile app is absolutely garbage. Notifications doesn't work after useless updates. Chat messages take years to load. Overall experience is horrible. 11/2025 - Notifications work now but messages still takes forever to load. And I can't answer call from app now. Still total garbage app

very amazing app. the only issue I have with it is that it can't load previous messages if it isn't connected to internet, and the free version only stores messages of one month. save for those, it's a top-notch project management app.

I love more than what I dislike about Bitrix. I wish there was 2 way sms in the CRM contact. Also, as others mention,the app could be better but I am glad they even have an app that is front facing of the web version. Would I recommend it, yes but be a bit tech savvy and have time to set everything up. After you have stuff set up the way you want, it's great, fantastic even.

App is watered down, even less helpful than the full version but it does have a shortcut to open the full browser version... on your computer! For how much effort they've clearly put into the full version, it does very little that I need, like computed totals and other automation that's free on other solutions like AppSheets, unless I want to pay $200/mo and still deal with clunky, frustrating automation. It works with some glitches (like Stages don't stick in Lead view) & app is near useless.

Don't bother with the app if you want to keep using it free. I wasn't 2 clicks into it when I was required to 'sign up' for the paid version. I liked the website and used it often. Not anymore. They can go... You know where. I found a better app anyway. I pay for apps all the time. But I don't like almost being forced to pay for something when I haven't had a chance to try it out before hand. I'm sad now because I liked the website ☹️
