I had an issue getting a verification SMS with from their app. I was able to contact their customer service and was responded to very politelty under an hour. But before I could find them I had to search literally everywhere; I searched Twitter, here on Playstore, and finally telegram, I found their contact in their Telegram group. They need to make their contact openly available to the public! It will go a long way. Nice app by the way, even though I honestly feel it still needs alot of work.

I can't even login This exchange is a childsplay For many weeks I tried logging in to check my trade . Once I enter my email it doesn't move.... Until my requirements is granted. My next move is to drag bitrue down

I am fed up with this exchange in start it was awesome for some coins but after that i am bored of it USE MEXC exchange one of the best exchanges ,My brother lost 150doller and I lost 70 doller in it All are coins suddenly got 0 and chart got flatted I don't know what is wrong with this exchange , they will not allow you to transfer your coin , that's why I quit this exchange ,I am very happy with HT ,MEXC ,KU COIN. THE BEST PLATFORM I HAVE EVER SEEN

Since the last update, when margin trading it keeps missing my stoploss and liquidating my positions. I'm set at mark price/market and every time it's missing the stop. Never did this before.

Scam !!! Scam !!! Yes It's a Scam platform, they will lure you by running fake promotions and they give you nothing, there is no security of your funds, their is no proof of reserve, the platform is already hacked once in the past, many users in their telegram channels were complaining that their account has been banned for no reason when they tried to withdraw their large amount of funds. So beware!! choose some trustworthy platform like Binance. Save your hard earned money. Scam !!!Scam !!!

Horrible app. 0 out of 5 Stars. Created an account. Tried to log in, and got a message saying my username or password is incorrect. Thought maybe I did something wrong, so I "forgot password" and created a new one. Still can't log in. I can't even login via PC, so there's definitely something going on on their end. If they can't even sort out login problems, I'm certainly not trusting these people with my baking information. Get your act together.

This is the worst app I've ever downloaded! If there's anything less than a star I'll give them, they don't even deserve. PLEASE DON'T DOWNLOAD OR SEND YOUR FUNDS TO THIS APP FOR ANY REASON! You will regret! Nothing is working in the app and I cannot even withdraw my money. Thieves!!!

They make you jump through a bunch of hoops to do basic things, and charge you for each hoop they add. Firstly, to load any money, they automatically take $10 of it. Then if you want anything in USDT, you have to purchase something else first, convert it, then convert again to what you want. Each time they charge a fee, so by the time you actually get what you want, they've taken a good portion of it. There are far better options out there...

One of the worst apps I have utilized and totally worthless! I too am getting the server error at login. I transferred some USDT & when I try to exchange it for coins, I get a message indicating that I don't have enough funds. I'm not trying to purchase more than I have available. In order to transfer my money back to my wallet, I have to add more funds to get to the minimum transfer amount! Don't waste your time or money on a worthless app!!!
