at the moment, I am trying to login using Gmail and 2fa with authenticator. won't let me submit my 2fa key or even the emailed 6 digit OTP, the submit button is greyed out. 5 stars once this bug is fixed

is there something wrong with the app I've been experiencing freezing and lagging in the futures trading chart for the last 3 weeks. please update very hard to trade when you're not able to use the app especially in high-volume times.

Please fix the app, the charts aren't loading anymore. At first, only the futures chart experience lagging issues but now the app itself is not loading.

no comment but glitches is main problem and sl always cut before points set. or pay fee for good sl cut. what the point is how can sl is sharp when paying fee. without paying fee sl point going to glitches. chart delayed. and please solve all customer problem. it's will very good for business. customer always right. right?!

App is full of bugs, crash every time i try to visualize the chart, takes ages to open which is very annoying if you have open trades. there's other platforms much better.

I have a vip account and love this app however I got liquidated on the 14th June at 3.25 & 5 seconds . but I have a screenshot of my trade open at 3.25 &40 seconds and it was not at liquidation level the app was extremely glitchy that day with screen freezes and I was unable to open my trade to cancel it and the price did eventually reach my liquidation level but I was actively trying to close it.would be good if I could be refunded for my loss since this was 2 app glitches during volatility

Scam exchange, they froze my friends account as soon he got 2 consecutive wins on futures, no valid reason, no ones even bothered to sort this. They will take your money and simply block u. I am close to many vloggers , influencers and i will expose them. They got million negative reviews .Stay away if u wanna protect your funds , my Friend lost his u can save urs.

worst app exchange ever, once ur money more than 10k$, they will lock ur acc . better use binance. this apps KYC required you to upload video of youself, even you have passed the all the KYC required, which the apps is registered at saint venuate a country without proper regulation. better put up your credentials at trusted apps which located at good and secured regulation like in the U.S and the office can be found and seen.

The app is pretty cool but there's so much attached to it for those trading with them. if you mistakenly loss your 2FA verification the process to retrieve it back or have access to your account with them is hell stressful, general experience in this regards is very very bad.

I am giving 1 star for just 1 reason: the Bitunix system does not allow a trader to close a negative futures position to avoid liquidation, if there are no available funds left to pay for the fee of "close" order. This means that you will lose everything whatever you still have left in the margin, till absolute zero - if you got it wrong - you cannot save yourself and close the position before a liquidation. a criminally irresponsible and reckless system. You wont get such a robberry in Binance

I cannot recommend this exchange. The only real benefit to using it over others is that you can sign up without having to do KYC and get rewards for trading. However, it wasn't long after using it that they began "requesting" me to complete KYC. Of course, it's not really a request. They want you to send in a copy of your passport and a video recording. If you are going to do that, don't do it on a Chinese exchange. Use a reputable U.S. exchange. Otherwise, use Weex, Blofin, or something else.

It's just so slow. It loses connectivity all the time (and it's not on my end). When you want to check your PnL, it's so bass-ackward to get it...oh, and it's not current but 2 days old! I want to like this exchange but I want a much faster and reliable app. I give it an extra star because at least it doesn't have the ridiculous number of ads that Blofin or BTCC have in their apps.
