Well well well, absolutely rubbish and a complete let down. After days and days of emails back and fore to Logitech support regarding Alexa/Spotify voice command sudden failure I'm now told that the Blast & MegaBlast no longer has Alexa to Spotify Voice command and its no longer supported or will it be updated. So after 18 months or so ago you spend over £350 on 3 speakers for just that, they withdraw support. RUBBISH!

The grouping of speakers only seems to work with their iOS app. They send you in circles resetting your speakers and checking firmware (which is no longer being updated anyway). The fact is grouping works with iOS version but not with Android (Samsung Fold 3 and Fold 5)

I have two megablast speakers and connecting the two together is the most temperamental experience, it requires so much setup to get them to connect and even then it rarely works and I have to start the whole process of connecting them to Bluetooth again. And over the years of having them they haven't done anything to change this. Whenever I try to connect it just keeps loading then says connection timed out it is the most frustrating experience - edit: a year later, still not fixed

Multiple resets and still a pathetic bluetooth connection. Very, very disappointed. It constantly drops out which leads to zero music enjoyment. A tremendously flawed product, which is a shame given that the actual sound quality is really good. Had 2 megabooms originally, but gave up on UE products and sent them back having wasted too much time. Unfortunately my wife got me a megablast which I've felt obliged to persevere with. However, after nothing but hassle I am done. DO NOT BOTHER!

I have two speakers: Blast and Megablast. The sound quality when paired is magnificent. Pairing them using my new Samsung S22 doesn't work. The online message is they're not compatible with the latest version of android. Fortunately, my old Samsung J18 works tnx to a new battery (can't do that with my S22 cuz it's sealed). Please support your product, Logitech, and fix this bug.

I was in a great mood listening to one speaker then thought I need it a bit louder so wanted to add another speaker. I know it's fiddly from previous experience but f u * * me is it impossible now? I tried for over an hour and it WILL NOT CONNECT 2 SPEAKERS TOGETHER!! I AM NOT IN A GOOD MOOD NOW I TELL YOU THAT. this company is dogshiiiiiiiiiiiiiitee sort out your app or let us connect devices via cable so there's no faffing about. It shouldn't need WiFi and location to connect via Bluetooth. 0⭐

This app was always fiddly to group in the correct order and now it no longer groups at all. I have a blast and two megablasts but reders having 3 pointless if you can't you the group feature. Keeps saying speaker has lost connection or timed out (within 10 seconds) so doesn't connect but they all connect independently. Mailed UE, they asked for serial numbers, firewater versions, screenshots etc... which I went to the effort of doing then ignored me and my chasers.

Awfull. I bought a pair of megabkast speakers to enjoy a wide stereo sound. It takes half an hour to an hour of fiddling with the app, having the connection etween the speakers fail with a timeout some 30 or 40 times, having to turn the sprakers on and off some 10 times, try resetting phone, or reinstalling app, only to find it still doesnt work, before eventually, one of these steps which failed the first 6 or 7 times, unexplainedly works. In the end, you leave them in the cupboard.

Sounds great but has a tendency of crashing with a horrible buzz until I turn it off and on again. Also getting the error message "audio routines and actions are currently not supported on this device" when running a test routine that controls the volume and plays a roster sound, which is wired because it did work before. Seems Amazon is doing a money grab insisting on making you buy THEIR Alexa products. DON'T BUY INTO THIS!!! RESIST AND USE ANOTHER PLATFORM!!!

I thought this would be a interesting app to test out the eq and other functions. Received a used speaker from a friend that functioned perfectly on just Bluetooth. When trying to connect to this app it struggled to connect and told me to reset and retry the Bluetooth connection for the app. This bricked the device. Went online and used their reset method, but unfortunately after 45 minutes of trying it was done. Went ahead and tried the next still it will not power on.

DO NOT UPDATE IF YOU ALREADY HAVE AN OLD VERSION. The latest version BREAKS the connection with the speaker ! How come Logitech doesn't test their software before publishing it??? SHAME!!! On the flip side if your speaker is already set up, reset it once and use it without the BLAST & MEGABLAST software. Get any equalizer software and use it with your speaker instead. But do NOT spend hours resetting your speaker. It will not work with the latest UE software!

The only good thing about this speaker is that it sounds good. Everything else is terrible. I think UE should reposition its focus from trying to make a smart speaker that as a result becomes a buggy mess to just making a great speaker. if they want to add smart features just add a buttom that launches siri or assistant on the phone. i know Amazon is likely paying you royalties to have Alexa on this device, however its ruining the entire experience. also my speaker randomly disconnects and skips

they perfected the boom series but the blast series has issues. they need to make the app more like the predecessors and use the remote turn on and off switch along with better distance as an update along with to top it all off, usable with the megaboom and boom speakers as one, the party up and DJ option on the boom and megaboom app is perfect, fix these issues and you're golden.

Battery indicator/reading is completely inaccurate. Says 100% but it's charging. How does it say both that at the same time? Also, when I unplug it after being fully charge it inaccurately states the level of the charge... really 80% after 20 mins at low volume? I don't think so, not for a 16 hour speaker. Finally, Alexis sometimes stops working, buggy electronic/firmware?

app is horrible. speakers constantly disconnect. delays in volume control. it seems like they did not even bother to test if this worked before releasing it. I loved my boom 2 and it's app worked fine. Got an email reply finally. Auto reply asking me to go thru their troubleshooting steps. Which I did. And they close my case asking for help. Not buying their products again.

I give up. I really liked these speakers and the app to pair up two speakers. Now, it's pointless to have the app at all. I can't pair two speakers anymore. I've tried uninstalling the app, forgetting speakers and renaming speakers several times. Nothing works. I can only have one speaker on at a time and the connectivity is pretty spotty at best. I'll be looking for something new that actually works and selling these speakers off, cheap.

Can't connect to my phone. Uninstalled app and reset speaker multiple times. 'something went wrong' every time. It used to work for the first few months. Connects to my laptop just fine though. Really sad since it's a mobile speaker that I can't use outside my house now... Support hasn't helped me at all. This is my third boom I've bought. I love them when they work but megablast doesn't connect anymore. Just disappointing.
