The store can't sell me gift cards over $25, so I brought a few gift cards. I entered them on the app and now I have a few dollars balances on each. I can't combine the balances to pay online, so I can't order via the app, even though I have enough money to pay. Now all my giftcards with balances are gone from the app after they upgraded. I can't get help via the app, because help is not working. It's not letting me create new topic, it just goes blank.

Your pizza is very good, but this app needs improvement. Firstly, it does not save a preferred location which is silly because there is only one Blaze where I live. Then the locations are not even organized by state, which means using your zip code or scrolling through a long list--EVERY TIME I want to place an order. Secondly, I cannot add a credit card in my profile. Why? Please improve this app, and I will amend my rating. Thank you.

Good but needs more flexible options. You cant order "extra spinach", or specify dipping sauce on the side vs on the pizza. There is more than 1 seasonal veggie at my location but the selection on the app just says seasonal veggie. This would all be solved by a comment box to be attached to the order so please include this. I also got an error saying I couldn't get delivery the one time I tried. Would use much more if I could specify how I like my pizza.

Recent update removed scanning the barcode on a receipt to earn flames. You also cannot back out of the app. HATE ads in apps that rely on ordering to support. It has been over 2 years since my last update and NOTHING has changed. You STILL have to enter barcodes manually and you cannot exit out of the app. I would give it ZERO stars if that was possible.

UPDATE! POS continues to get worse & worse. Went from occasionally rcvng flame to losing entirely. New phone reinstalled-won't let me enter email used to sign up, automatically uses FB email 🤬 Some bugs, good app overall. For a couple of visits, I didn't earn flames when scanned. Was not make or break for us. I'd eat at Blaze either way. Our local restaurant is incredible. They offered coupons when the app was ornery. Haven't had issues in over 6 months. Even got my birthday gift on the app!

Update: Pizzas went up 40% in price in the last few years! They are not worth $15+ each and they used to be a pretty good deal but no more. I can no longer log in to my account. Not sure what happened but they just don't even send me the password reset email despite confirming I have an account. My points expired which is silly. Overall avoid blaze and this terrible app

Automatic tipping on a pick-up order? No thanks, I won't be using this app for any orders. Maybe scanning at check-out only. This app is actually great, functionally, but it's not worth the tipping scam. I don't want to tip before I've even set foot in the restaurant. Do the in-store employees even get that money anyway? Who's to say.

This is an improvement. I did read the reviews around the time I updated (therefore, I was a bit skeptical). There was a little trick to signing in: I had to select to migrate my points but also make a new password. Then it worked. But, I say it's an improvement b/c the app is not as squirrelly, and you get credit for how much you spend. So, if you buy more pizzas at once, like I usually do, then you get credit for that and not one flame per transaction. You can also redeem your rewards via the app, which before was not possible.

UPDATE: It looks like all my missing reward points showed up after this update. I used the app for another purchase and it worked pretty smoothly. I tried to invite a friend, and it said my invite code "has already been used," which seems broken. I was able to use my reward with no problem. Also kinda weird that it takes up to an hour for rewards to show up on your account.

This app need to be updated! Every time I order online, it doesn't automatically update my flame (score) which is used for my reward later. I have to go to the register every single time to ask for the actual receipt with the barcode. It's really inconvenient. And for the last time, the receipt came out without barcode.The manager at the location said that I have to order in-store in order to get that barcode. So what's the point of ordering online and receive the score?😤 Pls fix that.

The redesign is great on nearly every level. However, because it reset the old account login I lost a lot of old points I had saved up. Not even a password reset or creation of a new account worked. Had to log in with Facebook instead. I don't know if this is an issue on the application or the website's part, but I almost had a free pizza and that's all gone. Very bad taste in my mouth for what I would otherwise give a 5 star rating.

Won't allow me to log in or upgrade. I've had an account for ages but can no longer access it. I get an error after having reset my password and entering it correctly. I try to upgrade/migrate my account, which is another option, and I get a message saying my email has already being used. Obviously. It literally asks for the email that is subscribed to their emails. I'm seriously disappointed. This app used to be perfect.

Can't add a party of one (one topping 11 inch and drink) to order. Not sure if it has to do with the location or something, but when you attempt to add it to your order, all you get is a message pop up saying: "SO CLOSE! A few more things while we heat up the oven:". I've already reinstalled the app and tried other items and those items work. Would be nice if the app had answers for its errors. Otherwise works as intended. EDIT: Same thing happens on the website, doesn't anyone QA test anymore??

This app leveled up a bit. It loads now which is a good sign. They make you migrate which is silly. Users shouldn't need to know about how your back end works. The rewards are a little misleading. The screen makes it look like you've already got the reward, but it's just telling you that you have enough points to purchase it. Hopefully they keep improving the app

The app is fine when it works. When it doesn't, options will just disappear and reappear at random. I thought that my store was just running out of certain toppings at first, then I saw the option to build my own pizza disappear; then large pizzas disappeared from the menu. On some occasions, the app will throw an error stating that the store is too busy. If it allows you to pick another time (not always the case) you might have to bump your delivery time up by several hours.

There's No back button support, making using this app a very frustrating experience. Also, I don't think they actually care about feedback because their feedback collection overlay doesn't scale to fit the text that goes in it. If you add more than two to three sentences of feedback, the submit button is no longer accessible making it impossible to offer meaningful, nuanced feedback beyond the most basic of commentary. For context, this review is for the app, not the food.

App doesn't work properly. When I select the "order" option, the app stalls. I have to go to "recent orders", hit "order again", then edit. Uninstalling and reinstalling the app didn't help at all. It also doesn't remember my location. I have to go through the list of states & cities to find my location each and every time I order. I'd also like the option to edit tip, or tip afterwards for times when delivery person doesn't ring doorbell as instructed to let me know my pizza is sitting outside!

this is a pretty good app. I like Blaze Pizza, and I enjoy picking up and bringing home the build your own. however, pickup is not very good and curbside is almost nonexistent. It's incredibly difficult. I hate to say it, but McDonald's has the best app and to pick up of any of the restaurants that I have in my mobile apps. they just make it incredibly easy. suggestions for improving the app would be saving previous meals to make them easy to reorder. Also, making curbside pickup a lot easier

The ability to build your own pizza is great. The vegan and vegetarian options are great. 5 stars for that. However, your rewards system is not good. I emailed headquarters, no answer. Your new app, doesn't work. The cards for the rewards don't work, if the app doesn't work! There is no way to contact any person in charge of your tech support. The staff tries to help but they can't even do it. This is a Las Vegas location. This is a hot mess! Fix IT!!!! or get rid of the rewards or be transparent and help the customers by responding to the emails or text messages.

"Please restart your app to use online ordering feature." I've continued to get this message anytime I want to order using the app. it technically makes the app completely worthless. I tried uninstalling, restarting my phone and downloading it again, yet I get the same message. There also is no extra customization feature. Also, when you scan the app to record points, it automatically deducts whatever points you have saved. Please fix all these inconsistencies!
