This application has no other language options. There must be English and some other languages. Would really appreciate if consider it.

It's really a great app which help most to understand the rule and regulations but,I suggeste to do add the English language to understand and help others who are belong to other countries.

Installed the app and had to uninstall immediately. Their promotional SMS addresses citizens and residents, but no English language option. Non-arabic speaking residents cannot use.

App is not user friendly and always lags based on my experience. Also its hard to navigate to what you needs.

I really wished this apps also come in various languages. This is limited to Arabic but they should also realised that there are expat residents who care for the country and their well being and allow them to contribute towards development. Lets hope they work on it.

This app is only in Arabic. No language selection option, it is like no one else exists in KSA other than arabs... i wanted to report a serious issue, there is sharp metal thing hanging and almost ready to fall where I'm afraid if it happens, it will kill someone but i can't report it... really bad app

Too much informations making it very difficult to find what you want. Need to concentrate on the objective of the app, maybe make separate apps for each services.

It is very bad app. it is slow and when select the location, the keyboard is not appeared and I can't write the location in the services such as pest control.

لا تستطيع تسجيا الدخول تظهر رسالة Bad Request - Request Too Long HTTP Error 400. The size of the request headers is too long. عملية التسجيل ايضا لا تنجح الا بعد عدة محاولات وتحققات كثيره
