No summary view of followed sports/teams. You can choose to follow a bunch of teams (great), but the only views that summarize scores and news show ALL popular sports, so this app is actually pretty useless for following specific sports and teams. If you go your profile page you can click on specific teams/sports, but again... no summarized view.

I've had this app for years and it's not great. The content is better than ESPN but the app itself frequently crashes or won't load. Also when you open a page the back button on android will cycle the menus in the background but leave you on the same page. I.E. if you open a photo on your team feed but hit the back button, it returns you to the home menu in the background but leaves the article in the foreground, you MUST use the 'x' to close the photo

Too many notifications. Then when you click on a notification, half the time (or more) it doesn't even go to the thing you clicked on. Crashes way too often. BR's content has steadily deteriorated over the years from less articles and interesting lists, to just showing you Twitter posts and making poor original video content. What made BR popular in the first place is now a afterthought on the site. Still a fan, but a disappointed fan.

I'm constantly kicked out of the app while watching PPVs wether it be live or playback days later. When I get back in, it resumes at the wrong time spot, so I have to go searching for where I left off. The fast forward and rewind features are extremely difficult to use (it jumps in 4 second increments). Even when I get to a stoping point and try to resume the next day, the app doesn't remember where I'm at. Tried on different brands of TV, same outcomes. Honestly this app is a complete joke.

The comment section is terrible on Android. You can't really see your replies or check other replies without having to scroll down the entire comments section to find it. App freezes multiple times during the day. Update 2023: None of the issues above are fixed and now there's a bug when you open a picture in the community. If you try to close it out you can't select anything. You have to keep pressing the 'back' arrow until you hit the main screen, to get it to work.

Paid $50 for a PPV, but the app seemingly refused connection to my chromecast, despite CC working on every other app that supports it. In addition, I found myself having to close out of the stream every 10 minutes or so due to lagging/stuttering, and I must state once again that I've had no issues on other streaming apps. Extremely disappointed with my experience, I feel like I wasted my time and money. Would not recommend to friends, family, or total strangers.

When watching videos in the app, they're really blurry a lot of the time and sometimes never correct themselves...I know it's not my wifi because this is the only app this happens on. Can't watch in fullscreen either; it says tap to restart and enable fullscreen but it doesn't work. It's just a little video with a giant black border around it. Hopefully a fix soon

Miss the old Team Stream app. It was such more aesthetically pleasing to look at. This is such an awful looking app compared to that. And now comments are disabled for some reason & I wish I could get rid of the awful "fire" & "me" sections. "My Teams" was fine. No need to change to make it worse. And now, when I click on notifications, I'm not brought directly to the article I was notified about. I have to search for it. Wish I could roll back about 2 years worth of updates.

Overall it's a good sports app. However for a long time now, everytime I'm reading an article the screen goes blank. All white. I have to go back a page and reenter the article multiple times to try to finish reading. Not to mention random audio that can start playing from something not on screen. Sometimes I just give up trying to read what I was interested in. No app updates anywhere to be found....

I like using it a lot when it works, but sadly the bugs don't get addressed often enough. The biggest one I've noticed is the page going blank while scrolling through an article. It happens every time while I'm reading, even multiple times if it's a big article like a power ranking or something. It's not just on my phone, either, it happens often on the website with my Mac laptop as well. Also please bring back the archives pages or some version of that, it was a lot easier to find things.

Articles keep disappearing to a white screen every time I try to read them. The longer ones like NFL power rankings are basically impossible to read because ever 60 seconds the stupid thing disappears and then you have to refresh the screen and it starts back at the top again, by the time you found you're place, read a couple more sentences, it does it again. Useless! And stop with all the live discussions, those are dumb, I want to see articles I can read when I have time. This app sucks now!

Used to be 5/5. However, very glitchy with new update on newer Android phones. Now doesn't update content or scores unless I close and restart the app. I find myself using it less and less because its just not convenient anymore. Also, when scrolling down the main feed, it refreshes itself every 15 seconds or so, and brings you back 10-15 stories earlier in the feed. Then you have to scroll past a bunch of headlines you don't want to see in order to get back to seeing new headlines...

New update killed this app. Scores aren't easily visible per team, updates not working all the time, and it's a lot slower. Unbearable to use, such a shame it's a shadow of its former self pre-2017. Edit:NBA Trade deadline 2021 and the app crashes on open. Edit 2: App has now been unopenable for over a week. Officially switching to another sports app Edit 3: gave this app a try again, freezes and crashes after clicking on a notification. Truly an expert in failure

This app works flawlessly on iOS but it's riddled with bugs on android. It will not keep you signed in and you get error messages when you click on any of the teams you're following. Lame. Update Feb '23...app still sucks. Rarely loads beyond initial logo screen. Then in the off chance it does load, it freezes. Sorry, I tried to give you time to fix it, but i had to uninstall it.

There are way too many issues to list in 500 characters. You guys need to tear the whole app down and start over. The bugs are unbearable. I'm just gonna go back to the espn app. **Seriously, I left this review 1 yr ago, came back into the app and nothing has changed. 1/2 the time, the app won't even open without giving me an error message. When it does open, the page doesn't let me 'tap for more stories'. The video interface is terrible

App used to work well on my phone, but now I'm surprised when anything from another site loads quickly, or even loads at all. There's numerous other bugs, such as choppy videos and sporadic crashes, that were not a problem when I first got the app. If I'm interested enough, I look for the same content on my usual browser, and there aren't any problems then. I've tried reinstalling (not much else I can do) to no avail.

This app is SO BAD. Videos autoplay, even if you disable autoplay, and even if they're not visible on the screen. So some video will start playing, and you need to scroll through your feed to find the culprit. Half the time multi-line comments cut off the last line or two, with no way to scroll them. Sometimes you can long press on a comment and it will shift it up a half line or so, sometimes not. It's just a mess.

This app needs to a total overhaul. I get a notification for something I'm interested in and tap to view the content; it takes me to something totally unrelated. It's chocked full of ads at every turn. The video quality for highlights is terrible regardless of my network connection quality. It's just too annoying to waste my time with.

Constant bugs and force closings. I have the latest version of the app and my phone is updated. I can't tell you how many times I would open this app and have to hit the scores tab five times just for it to take me through all the previous articles I read before finally taking me to the scores. Now that playoffs hit, I can't see any of the stats for the home team it just force closes. I thought the ESPN app was bad, this one takes the cake. Just to be clear, the content is OK, the bugs ruined it

Right now, the app stays stuck in the opening logo window and does not open to the home page. App resets the home feed way too much. Sometimes, I'm way down on the feed catching up, and then it jumps back to the top. It happens often, and I just get discouraged and close the app. Writers obviously want to be the first to put a story out there without being 100% on all facts. Several times, I'd have to go to other sports apps and wait for the story to break just to get the full story.
