Keep improving!, seeing many new feature available on this apps. Please also add booking code info in the order detail or somewhere, because its quite hard to view because cannot zoom the PDF.

Still a profitable seller application than others. Customer service is very cooperative, Never harm the seller or customer. So far, still be the best and favorite for my online business now on♥️

Not able to chat customer via apps or web if the varian not ready how we will do ? Because of this I will never buy something from blibli, seller will send the ready item without confirmation. Without customer mobile number Without chat

IM from Indonesian . Id cannot login. I don't know why . But if i login in computers. Id can login. But if i login with handphone cannot login. The message always says password and id wrong . Either id and password Will be correct to login .

This application and online shop are the best choice for the seller or shoppers, they provide all needs of them from small matter until complex,, Hopefully Bli bli will get more improvement to be perfecto... thank you bli bli..

Popup Announcement pops up every time I open the app, incredibly annoying and very difficult to dismiss. Remove this popup and move it somewhere else in the dashboard.

This software seems stil unstable, coding is oftenly pop up everytime you enter new module, one of weird thing is minimum of 300 characters when you answer a question on discussion menu, sometime i just put dots to fulfill those 300 minimum characters if my answer is short

Difficult to use. When i trying to be merchant, even the online form is poorly ready used (especially from mobile phone). Really time consuming, and made me very dissapointed.

Don't waste your time to join in.Their internal seems lack of coordination N took times more than 10 days for u to get contacted by their province CS branch to guide u to sign up (useless sign up via Microsoft form!) So u need to send your basic data again to CS that will contacted u via WhatsApp (but seller never give permission for them to contact via WA when sign up via form-so it break privacy rules).Upload product need manual verification in 1-5 days! Terrible experience with this service!

Poor me, I dont even know how to edit product detail & shipment ( length, width, weight ) in the seller app, so difficult. Blibli should make user friendly app to compete with another competitors

Not able to login via browser, able to login via mobile, but mobile version is very limited function compare to web, I don't comfortable selling on this platform compare to the big tree e-commerce platform in Indonesia which is excellent both on web n mobile, hope Blibli able to improve the apps in the future otherwise it will not be used by many seller like me, thanks

Very bad UI and UX design, confusing, slow server too. I spend hours just to try to do simple things, I'm not even a boomer. Both this app and the website is not seller friendly. Other seller app has clean and straightforward menu, please reference them.

Take a long time for just add product and get approvals. Not seller friendly and a lot annoying procedures. Customer care was not even provides quickest solution for seller. Need a lot of improvement of system and eliminate those obstacles for seller to sell their products in here.

Poor experience..constant crash while using..getting error message while trying to log in, and suddenly got logged in.. it keeps on telling me that I got no access to product, order or chat section in the apps while I'm logging in using my main account.. it needs to improve a lot to be considered as a contender in a competition with other marketplace..

Never understood why people from BliBli don't use their own app. If they did, perhaps they would find out that it is the slowest on the market. Sometimes, I am waiting for 10 seconds to see the home screen or just receive a message that there is no Internet.. using my wi-fi. No wonder all staff run to other companies.

Dumb system, high tax, low selling. Even if we use the ads, selling still low.. Unfriendly GUI, withdrawal takes too long, ordering management is b**lsh*t, upload product and editing not worth for even 1 star. Really bad experience. I joined big marketplace for the last 6 years, and this is the worse!! Goodbye blibli.

(Edit) It has more features now (pre-order & edit description), although it is still can't be set up from application yet (only from web). Hopefully, we are able to change it from application in the future. The help section (Pusat Edukasi/something) can also be improved by making it more complete about the feature explanation etc. Thank you for adding those.

As a newbie, I can say the user experience with this app is bad. First, I had to wait very long time (hours) for confirmation code when making new account. Second, I can not upload any goods before I fill the warehouse information. Third, while editing warehouse information I couldn't make any save without any explanation why. Fourth, I can not save point map's location, also the search engine location is not working. 24 hours with Blibli Seller App is ended up disappointing.
