Not ready for prime time. Blinks out every time the camera is used, or for no reason at all. Audio indicates it is playing, but no sound. Galaxy S20 FE.

A nice idea but this app is just too greedy with memory. Had to uninstall it. The Devs need to be more considerate of phone resources. It was also a bit unintuitive to use. Disappointing.

Brilliant idea and very useful, especially since many places don't hand out audio-guides before of Covid! However, it does crush very often, hence the three stars!

worst app ever! Totally useless at Venice Biennale. Map can't zoom properly. List of exhibitions is alphabetical, very useful when this is not how the space is organized.

Doesn't have much in it. I live i. DC area which is museum central and there are only a few collections represented. Navigation is somewhat tedious.

I really find this app great for me. I have a health condition which affects my memory. If I can't recall where I've been and if I still cent remember then I look further in for a visual of the place I' be been and it then remember.

Almost excellent. I would give this 5* but when browsing the collection of paintings that this app has re the Wallac Collection, I am unable to expand the body text that sits underneath the photo. Fix this and I'll give you 5*! I'm on an Android Google Pixel 7.

Needs a complete rethink. Why is the only option to access the guide for a venue to do a search? No favorites list. Why is there no option to manually download guides as required? Why, despite being told my required guide has been automatically "downloaded" does it not work without a data connection anyway??

Multiple issues. Many actions just take you to it's home screen where you have to search for your museum again. QR codes in galleries do the same. Never found anything with the QR codes. Lots of potential, terrible execution.

barely functional made for a frustrating museum experience. app was unresponsive to screen touches and wouldn't consistently load content. Saw one patron leave in frustration. another gave up and used the Frick website, as i did in the end.

I found this app to be incredibly informative while walking about The Frick Collection and The Morgan Library. Throughout both museums were easily accesible QR codes with insightful tidbits about the works inside - offering a much enhanced experience from my last trip. Definitely recommend!

An absolutely amazing application which can take you on tours of wonderful and awe inspiring museums from across the world. I am blown away by this app. The fact that I can tour and experience digitally so many great and informative museums/exhibits from across the world is something that is hard for me to even comprehend. Thank you for providing us with this great tool

I used it in MoMA. Very slow and buggy. Keeps going back to the main screen for venue selection, and it takes forever to load the page I need. The map sometimes shows everything, sometimes only select spots of interest. Very confusing, I'd expect way better in a major museum.

I used this at the Yorkshire Sculpture Park and found it really useful. The guide is packed with interesting background info on most of the works here. The only improvements I would suggest would be to have bigger, higher resolution pictures, especially the zoomable maps. Also, it would be good to have an interactive map with markers for all of the works on it.

Very nice app. While it is not like some of the apps where you can take a 360° virtual tour of the museum, and walk through the museum. This one gives you a chance to see photos of the artwork, historical photographs or pieces on display and it gives you information about the museum and the art being displayed. This app is a work in progress, and as of this posting, it only has a limited number of museums listed. Mostly from New York and the United Kingdom.

Nice idea, but the selected guide/exhibit closes constantly (if you take a photo, if you change apps, if your screen is off, etc.), so you're spending more time searching for and opening the guide/exhibit dozens of times rather than actually learning anything about the art.

The information it does have is good, though rather out of date. I used it at Yorkshire sculpture park and many sculptures were no longer present. It asks for location and has a map, but does not show your location on the map. Often forgets its place and goes back to the start screen and I have to re-select the sculpture park, click through to get to the menu, wait for it to load everything up again. The map is slow, jerky, and never stays where you left it.
