When it works, it's fine, but after this last update the app won't even open. I got a startup splash screen, and then it just closes on its own saying, "Something has gone wrong, try updating once developer releases bug fix." Okay... So until then, what? Get in trouble at Work since they only allow you to call off sick through this broken app? Great.

Awful. Doesn't even work half the time. Even when it does work, it doesn't work correctly. Im sure a kid in high school could designe a better setup just from a few YouTube tutorials. Worst app I've ever had to use. Even worse is I have no other option than to use this app if I ever need to check my schedule outside of work, or if I ever want time off.

When I try to log in it states Authentication Canceled. I have changed my password! I have Uninstalled and Re-installed still nothing. It worked PERFECTLY yesterday afternoon then last night it started to do this. This needs to be fixed ASAP as this is the only way I can put in my requests for time off. It states that my password and/or user ID is wrong but it isn't wrong. I haven't been able to get into the site for a day now! Makes no sense.

Borderline False Advertisement. I don't know what else to say. The screenshots on the store's page are either completely fabricated or wildly out dated, whenever you can actually log in options such as "Time off" are completely missing, and don't even get me started on how broken the changing your password function is. You have to register a phone number or e-mail to do it, I don't recall ever being given the oppurtunity to do so, and to top it all off you can't even do it from the app.

This app is pure trash. Can't change my profile info. Says I need to do that via the webapp, but I've searched for that on my PC and that just doesn't seem to exist. Worst of all I need to put a shift up for grabs, and the screen that shows your individual shifts doesn't work, but the calendar mode does. Cool, well at least I can see what my schedule is, but if I want to offer a shift for someone to pick up I need to do that from the screen that doesn't show. Reinstalling doesn't fix it either.

Very difficult to use and seriously limited in features. It logged me in correctly twice. I continuously uninstall and reinstall the app, but it still doesn't fix it. Even if I have no shift, it should still display the shift times so I can go in to pick up a shift or let someone know what it is. My work hates that I keep calling asking for shift hours because "I should have the app" but the app us pretty useless. Do not recommend.

When your app is just a link to a mobile friendly version of the website that goes down more than a porn star trying to break a record, you should really look towards a complete upheaval and redesign. UI that actually works. The ability to accurately look at your schedule for more than just a week at a time. A messaging system allowing for reminders and notes to be sent between employees/ management. An ability to print out schedules. And a way to upload basic documents for starters.

Missing Key Features! I can't see any of my payment info, punches, or Terms and Conditions; basically half the stuff in the "More" category advertised in the sample pictures is missing. Also why is it 74mb? It's a work schedule app. I have games that take up less space. I mean if you're going to micromanage us you could at least be transparent about it and more efficient. The app is buggy and doesn't do simple things that it should (like registering the back button on the phone).

This is poorly developed for Android (everything is updated and the latest versions). I've tried uninstalling, clearing cache, clearing data and it still crashes after entering the Customer key. I have an old iPod Touch and the app there actually works and is more responsive than the Android version. Very disappointed that very little care is given to the Android app.

Doesn't seem to be on the correct time. About an hour or two before the shift starts, options like "call off" and "offer shift" disappear and the app acts like the start time has already passed, and available shifts for that day won't show up anymore. My managers told me I'm lying so they've been no help getting the app to work properly. If I try to call off earlier than 2 hours before the app thinks the shift has started, it tells me it's too early to call off.

Went on leave. Came back to multiple problems with the app. Get them fixed. It worked for a short time. Now it's on an endless feedback loop. I'll see if uninstalling and reinstalling fixes this, but not impressed. And the bosses can't change start time on short notice and still have all employees notified, we've already proven that notifications hit late for at least half the crew.

When logging in, you would get an error message "page not found." refreshing the page does nothing. refreshing the app does nothing, turning on and off airplane mode does nothing restarting your phone does one thing. This app is an abomination. It shouldn't take anyone longer than 3 second to log in and check their schedule.

I've had to reinstall several times sometimes I miss notifications because the app is acting up it won't let me log in saying that the app is unsafe. The app is mandatory for my job. This app sucks a thousand times it's totally unreliable. I hope the right people figure out how to fix it . Or hopefully the company I work for will choose a better more reliable app because this is ridiculous.

This is my first time having issues with logging into the app. When logging in on smartphone the purple border appears and the screen stays blank with no indication of loading. Downloading the app on my computer is giving a timing out notification. Something is wrong with the app and not the credentials. If I am able to change my password then I am still employed. 5 starts until this experience.

Don't recommend this broken browser. "Invalid user configuration" is the only webpage I get after sign-in. The only next step is to sign out. The password is correct as wrong pass obviously won't allow sign-in. I reset it twice anyway, same webpage. Had tried removing, rebooting, installing - same problem since beginning of April. Version 2022.01 worked fine before BY cut off access, new one does nothing. I have to call dispatch directly to schedule work.

The app is buggy, such as you can completely log out and close out of the app, not check your schedule for days, restart/powerdown your device and turn it back on and the app will give you prompts after attemping to log in like "the page you are trying to access is no longer available." The only thing that seems to remedy these issues is deleting the app completely off the device and redownloading the application. It also doesn't send push notification sometimes when the scheduling changes.

This app is trash. It barely responds to your requests and I have to constantly force stop the app and reopen it just to get it to work. Deluge of bugs and glitches and there doesn't ever seem to be any fixes for them. Refuses to load most of the time, has a mind of its own sometimes and will "click" something I didn't input. I would never recommend the use of this app and I wouldn't be using this myself if I didn't need it for work.

Extremely buggy and unintuitive to use, which is definitely what you want in an app mandated by your workplace. There's also no option to see your password when entering it, which is great for accidentally fumbling a single key on your phone keyboard and locking yourself out of your account. I liked how I had to uninstall and clear my cache after it just abruptly booted to a white screen for no reason.

This app has become TERRIBLE! I've never been able to update my personal information, I've had to change my password several times, I've had to uninstall/reinstall several times, and none of the functions work. Apparently the bugs from February have reproduced and multiplied. And as of today 06-14-2024, I can't login and check my schedule.

Not once have I been able to view my schedule or anything else on the app. We have reset the password multiple times, cleared the cache, un-installed, reinstalled. It allows me to log in, but only thing I can see is an all white background nothing else. Only reason it is still installed.. when there is a shift change(like come in later or earlier) I sometimes get a notification pop up to let me know to reach out and find start time.
