This is literally the best budgeting and finance app I've ever used. I've tried them all, everything from YNAB to expense managers, to wallets. All of them were "goodish" but each lacked something that drove me crazy. (Like the inability to mark something as cleared, or not seeing future transactions, or not being able to have more than one account.) This app has every single feature I need. I've searched for YEARS for the best budget app. Bravo!!

I tested out at least 10 different apps extensively until I found this one. It does a great job of accurately showing me what my current finances look like, as well as looking at future projections and tracking expenses. Categories are intuitive and easy to add when needed. It does budget tracking pretty easily. I also like that accounts can be hidden from my overall assets which helps track everyday spending. I could go on but there's a text limit lol. Get the premium version it's worth it!!!

Good app to monitor your expenses, savings and manage your budget. My main issue with it is that I can't create an expense and show that it will be deducted from a specific account and added to an expense account or liability. So that doesn't really help with the budget summary sheet. For instance, I want to pay my credit card bill from a specific acc. I can add the expense, tell the app what account it comes from but I can't have it added to my credit card liability. Would need another trans...

Best choice in the playstore for those that prefer to manage their own data entry (vs letting a 3rd party snoop around your bank accounts). The pro version of this app is worth every penny. Happy user for a while now. Intuitive UI, easy integration for online backups, and as customizable or simple as you need. The ability to extract transactions from push notifications from other apps (you decide which to allow) is killer.

Tested well over 20 apps and found Bluecoins. After using BC for about 2 weeks, I decided to pay for it. Love the Google Drive sync option. Don't love the notice that BC will have the same access to my drive as I do. Fortunately, I have a drive with nothing in it so now BC is stored there.Would be nice if there were a desktop option but overall, the app is fantastic. The calendar feature is a major selling point and the reminders of upcoming bills is a bonus. The graphs are helpful - I'm really getting a clearer vision of where I spend money.

Bluecoins is one of only 3 apps I've ever paid any money for, and it's marvelous. The developer is incredibly responsive and the app works great, simple as that. Update: Unfortunately, I've had to stop using the app, the sync feature does not work well enough to share with the rest of my family, and that's a showstopper for me. Still worked great for single users, but for managing household finances it can't compete with apps which sync transactions individually.

I absolutely LOVE this app. I was in desperate need when I found Prism, which was perfect (I thought). Then less than 2 months later Prism announced their closure 😪 Seeking I was, and went thru at least ten or more apps - a pain, I'm an all manual bean counter don't like syncs. Csv imports sure, boo auto syncs. All I can say is that Prism closing shop was the best thing, cause this app is so much better. It has all functions of Prism plus much more! Well worth the $7 macchiato I sacrificed.

Very good budgeting app. Can get very detailed if you want to. Has features other paid apps do not have like a net worth and cash flow chart which can also predict where your account will be following trends. Still has room to improve, for example, the widget has an update lag and it could have more shortcuts to add transactions quickly.

I used to love it but I just spent an hour updating account info and now it's all gone. Zip, nada. 3 hrs work wasted. What if I try again? Will the same thing happen? Updating this, or rather downgrading from 2 stars to 1. Can't add more categories as it says I have to upgrade which I already did. All the info is again lost. Followed the tech support suggestions re the glitch (of which I'm not the only person with the problem) and it still says I have to upgrade. Give it a miss.

New phone? "Local backup"(in app) on old phone, use Ghostcommander to email file to self, download & "Import data"(in app) on new phone, done! Split transactions between expenses AND categories.Split paychecks between income, taxes, health premiums, dues, HSA, investments, retirement account, all in one recurring transaction.Handle credit cards, budgeting, balance sheet, net worth+, all in one beautiful app that surpasses all others!No link to your financial accounts, so no security issues.

I've spent many months looking for some sort of financial manager app and I finally settled upon Bluecoins. After having it for 2 months I've found it to be the easiest, most reliable financial app I've ever tried with every feature that could be wanted. This is the first and only app of any kind that I've ever bought a paid version for, and I 100% don't regret it one bit. Hope it continues its excellence and am hoping to continue using it for a very long time.

This does everything I need and some! We were looking for a way to budget without sitting down with receipts everyday. This is a much more convenient way to manage budgets with my spouse because it is online. There are SO many other features we haven't taken advantage of so I can't be super detailed about everything. But if you're looking for an online way to keep track of your spending, this is the way to go. After trying several free apps, we were left unsatisfied. This is worth the purchase.

Like a lot of people below, I found this after having used dozens of budget/expense apps. This really does combine them all for me which is amazing for what I needed. I bought the premium version after 10 minutes and I rarely buy apps, ever. The one thing that would be great to see is moving the 4 Calendar views around because the default daily Categories isn't the best view in my opinion with the whole point being Future Projections for me. Otherwise, great job overall so far.

You guys are great! Love the continuing updates and improvements. New user and the more I use it, the more I like it. Still exploring, has nearly everything I wished for in phone accounting. I'll update after I've exhauted the all the options and features. Great work guys, wonderful program. Only took me a day to choose the premium version.

Great app to keep control of your finances! Love the modern look, great customization options, and runs good. There's a backup option, great memory easy to record transactions and they have tags! Tags are a must for me because it gives you an extra thing to see stats by. So many apps like this don't have the tag option and therefore where do you put the stores name that you spent money at? This app does it all, pay to support!!

We've been using this app for a few years. I contacted support and they made it easy to import past data. We upgraded to the paid version so that we could share data and better manage our family finances. It's been great, except lately the sync to Dropbox function has quit working and support has been no help. In order to sync we have to unhook the Dropbox link and reconnect it. It works, but it's a headache we don't appreciate having on something we paid for. Support has been no help.

I absolutely love this app for balancing my books. the only thing I don't understand very well is how to track how my crypto investments are growing. also, how to log changes in my stock prices and the fees accrued to maintain them. otherwise, this is a really great product that I have never found anything else that can compare. is there a way, though, that I can transfer my data to a book keeping program on my computer? I use Linux. thank you so much!!

Finally, after about 20 apps, I found one that does what I need it to do! I was using another checkbook/budgeting app and after the last update it was super buggy. With this app, I can import my transactions from my bank per QIF files or add individual transactions, clear them as needed, select multiple transactions at a time and add their categories, gives me up to date information on my budgets and spending, etc. Glad I found this one!

The perfect solution for me.... So I have spent the last week trying out 4 other financial apps, and as I usually do, I start from right to left (z to a). The others were all quite good, every one was an editors choice, but all were lacking in one small thing or the other...for my situation. 15 seconds after setting up Bluecoins I bought it. It performed with the exact parameters I was looking for. Already, after 15 minutes and I have next years forecast in front of me to review. Perfect. Thanks

I have been using Excel since Mint closed. Bluecoins is an excellent app. I really like the scheduled transactions. One feature I would like to see would be a simple "Pay" button for credit cards that would auto fill the transfer fields for you. Overall it is one of the more affordable budget apps ( I paid for premium which is 25% off now+ Google gave me $3 in credit) so $3 and some change is not bad compared to some apps asking for like $60 a year.
