It was alright at first but after a while they start offering jobs that are too much a commute and still offer the exact jobs. The app should have better outreach to other companies so that way it can keep things consistent for those that are looking for work. 10/19/23 Update: Still a bunch of lies. I keep getting blatantly lied to about this app consistently having jobs being posted. Bad outreach remains. -⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐. 01/05/24 Update: still a lot of nothing. Name change: BrownCrew

My experience with bluecrew is that ima cut ot sweet and short nothings perfect so don't expect it to be everybody has there opinion and bluecrew is a good place to work. My thing is just stay patient when there is an issue with bluecrew they'll make it right.

App based incompetence. They'll remove people of color from high paying jobs for no reason. They ask you for a picture so they can screen your face. Update, they did it again. Any job paying over 20 bucks you will be removed the day before the assignment starts. The minimum wage jobs are always available. BS scam app Edit: Racist app. They will remove people of color from jobs. I've tested it with other people and if you select that you are white, they'll send you better jobs.

The concept is great. I have applied for numerous jobs. But it's been pending I9 verification for weeks now. We have gone back in and re-did it over and over. Then it will say pending. I sent emails and still no response... Then suddenly it will remove me from the job .This has happened over and over...

Worthless, no jobs, even in cities such as LA looking at other reviews. Will literally say job open, people needed online, and as other have said for months there are no jobs, they aren't popping up and getting taken quickly, there are no jobs. This app/business just seems like a way to gather data such as phone numbers, emails, etc, it's shiesty and would strongly recommend people don't even get started with this and save themselves time and frustration, and keep their data, at least from this.

Initially everything was ok. Then the app starts glitch when entering your information. Don't expect any help with this from them when you let them know that your having an issue. That would get you deactivated. I been uploading my id for seven days and it took it got the green check mark. Verification went thru and everything. Background, they have the information but who they use to complete it have an issue, I re sent my id several times. I got deactivated for telling them no, after 12× sent.

App spams me with the same message in my text and in my notifications. Also really annoying to search for jobs. If you look at a job and back out of it the entire list will scroll right back up to the very top. The search features are extremely lacking. A map how of the available jobs would be nice. And the most important thing is that you can't choose shifts that you are able to work in a block of shifts a company is listing.

The app was working great and pretty easy to maneuver. Then yesterday I was trying to clock on and it kept saying no internet connection so it took 30 mins to get it to work. Also the earnings page won't load. I checked and seen there was an update, but that didn't solve the problem. I wish people could reply cuz I'm curious to know if others are having this issue with the app and browser pages. 12/08/23 it's happening again I cannot even check my schedule this happens with every update

I like Bluecrew so much! I've been working over a month now, and have received my checks regularly. I would like to see an upgrade to the message center in the app that allows communication with the area manager. I open my message and if I do not respond at that exact moment, there is no way to reopen the message in the app. It disappears. I have learned to respond from my regular email. I do recommend this app.

At first they seemed really good to work for, but it took me too long to get paid! Like over a month. I am a very understanding person, but it really was nightmare to go that long without getting paid! It caused a domino effect....to say it's a good app would be putting a lot on it! After all I went through to get paid now like other users I haven't seen 1 job that is close to me! Only the same jobs that were there when I first loaded the app and still no work.....I may Uninstal the app.

The support is now great however the app itself is clunky. There are a lot of processes that are still manually done through chats such as options to submit hours or correct punches that seem like they should be able to be performed through the app. The job board no longer updates automatically causing you to have to exit out of the board and enter again if you'd like to see any new postings. This wasn't how it was before, it would cycle every 30 seconds and pop new ones into the list.

So far so good. I just completed my first assignment. Even though it was just a walk-through... I am however excited to have the opportunity. I think the resume application needs updated, severely so, as I cannot upload my own resume and I feel as though the search engine should have some additional influence from the user side. Review anything before adding information to our accounts of course, but giving the option of elaboration is the whole point of a resume.

I like this app. The only problem I see is that it scrolls away back to the top of the jobs list if you click on a job and choose to not select it. At times your clock in location is no where near the actual area you are expected to work but I think that is on the employer. It makes it look like you clocked in offsite and then you have to go through hoops to verify your time but it usually gets resolved.

Garbage app. I got it, applied for a job, and got stuck in a loading loop for signing work authorization documents. You literally cannot complete the steps to use this service. It literally is bugged and doesn't let you proceed. Edit: now I am inactive on the app and must contact "support" that doesn't exist. They literally cannot even get the basic functions working. Edit: I just discovered that the app literally changed my phone number & email. This is a scam. Beware!

The app was never all that great. I worked for bluecrew for a few years starting back in 2017 and just recently re-downloaded the app. I'm not able to edit any of the contact info I had previously listed. I'm able to input my new information and push save, but nothing changes. Not sure how I'm expected to work if they can't contact me or send my payments to the right place 🤔 it's disappointing. I would love to work for them again, the job assignments themselves were decent.

Only 4 listings in LA. Jobs on website are outdated or filled. Website barely exists and redirects you to use an app. I made an account on mobile and can't login on my laptop. Can't delete my account without going through customer support. Absolutely frustrating and a waste of time. I'm sure you could get a job through this service but it does not work as it should and has a bare bones level of functionality. Great idea. Poor execution.

Have been on the platform for a few years and have had mostly a positive experience on assignments. However, with the recent updates, I get offers and then as soon as I go into the app, a second later they are gone. Not sure what is causing the glitch. I also wish there were more offers actually in the city and not far in suburbs. The algorithms must be out of sync.

It's not for people who travel. The design is pretty cool, but I've been looking for something while traveling with my husband. I was told to contact the help center. I did and was informed they can NOT do a changing location. You have to have a mailing address for at least 3 months in your desired work location. I stand by my statement as it's NOT for people who are traveling.
