I took it for a month and and tried to stop my subscription ever since,it took them 7 month to cancel it, if it finally works next month. Don't use or you might never be able to stop the subscription

It is shamefull, i was using kanald app, and watched the serials there, but now, when i want to watch movie in kanal d app, it passes to this app. This app is so bad, i dont recommend to anye one, no one install this app! Bi dizi islemek istiyosun, kanal d hepsini ucretli yapmis, suraya giriyosun bu dogru duzgun calismiyo, ustelik, 7 gun cok az muddet, ayipdir ayip

It has great content but the app sucks. It won't play the content most of the time, and keeps giving an error 9 out 10 times when try to watch it on the TV.

It's a very well designed app . Particularly the TV app . Better than Amazon app . However if there was an English menu on the TV application it would be perfect .

There is no playback speed option, episode summaries are unreachable and definition settings are useless. Eventough I set to HD it is auto-selecting the definiton and this is irritating.

This is a great app. But as your foreign viewer and don't understand Turkish nor arabic but loves dizis. An English version of your app would be very much appreciated. We don't have credit card because we are still student so it would be easier if we can pay via paypal. Hope you granted our wish. Thank you so much!

You can download episodes but some of them can't be played offline. App says "Süresi doldu." (time is out). And you can't delete episodes which can't be played, because app crashes. Then you must remove and download the app again.

It would be better if you had added multi language subtitle support so expats could use that service. Edit: English - at least-please for content from Turkey since international content is available on some other streaming services with subtitles. Thank you in advance.

I don't want to rate 1 star but watching movie or something else is so difficult in Android TV. On-off periods repeat everytime while I watching movie. And sometimes,at the end of movies, the subtitles is disappeared. And the cycle is starting again. I close and run the app

When i trying to download tv series its taking to long or not downloading. If i can download after a hours if i want to watch series i downloaded then app giving error or deleting already or showing error " expired ". I comparing with netflix so blu tv not changing not developing not fixing bugs. Always giving tons of error. When this things gonna fix?

*I dropped the rating after getting a response falsely claiming that there are English subtitles available. I have yet to find a movie or show with them. When will they actually include English subtitles and allow English setting user interface? Great value for the selection of movies and shows. But please add English UI for foreigners and also the option for English subtitles.

Amazing selection of content, but there's only one major problem! I rely heavily on subtitles and there are english subtitles what so ever. As a foreigner living in Turkey, I don't use the app as much because even the french or chinese or any movie that doesn't have english audio, still has turkish subtitles only. PLEASE ADD ENGLISH SUBTITLES, you have so many foreigners here who would use your app if there are ENGLISH SUBTITLES!

For someone who speaks neither Turkish nor Arabic it's really bad! When i open the App I can't even translate it! An English version of the app would be appreciated. And as a student I don't have a credit card! It would've been easier if one could pay with "paypal" , just like Netflix. Also, I cannot complete membership "due to the above" nor can I delete the account permanently, because there's only the option to cancel subscription! What a bad experience! 👎

Lots of great titles included, but there are so many issues with the app, it makes the user experience very poor. Please add an English interface as a start for foreigners - people have been asking for this for years based on previous reviews? English subtitles are also missing most places, even when it's shown as an option - they just don't show up. The shows constantly freeze or need to load and then the app crashes and you need to restart. Could be a good app if there were more bug fixes.

Everything is low quality! You'd think this is early 2000s! The resolution is probably 480p or 720p with a super low bitrate at max. For context a 2 hour movie is around 800mbs. No you cannot change the resolution or the bitartrate. Also you cannot browse the app in landscape mode.

Frustrating to say the least. The television app frequently freezes and isn't working at all at the moment. Edit: BluTv contacted me in English via email. I was actually impressed someone responded. I was able to fix the problem, but I feel better knowing I can get help in English if I need it.
