What does it mean I don't have access to my account in this time when I try to log into my account using my fingerprint? I always get this message and I have to call the bank for more info .. this is nonsense ..

Application is very helpful to keep up with your bank account status and updates, it does save time and can be used to make something like certificates without heading to the bank and wait in a long line. However, it is not reliable, performing badly and annoying when it comes to transactions, logging in and loading and it does not work when the system of the bank is down. I admire the benefits received by the application and I believe it can be improved more.

To find an app that advanced an user friendly was a happy surprise to me. I'm proud that this app was developed from an egyption bank. Great management and IT department.

After new update i can't log in .. can't get my password after try to get it from forgetting your password!!

It could be faster and the ask to change the password every couple of months and sometime this is very annoying

Very bad customer service. They took all the personal data to file a complaint, and nothing has changed. I'm abroad, and I can't pay any bills. I paste the OTP, and it shows a general error message. Please fix the problem

After the last update, Unfortunately can't login to my acc with username and pass returning a Network error خطأ في الشبكة Also can't schedule a branch visit after this error, also returning network error here!!

Last update is bad it stop for some features and error messages comes for most requests Perfect app. For every thing you want especially when you are abroad It is very easy and clear so i put 5 stars ✨ 🌟 Thanks alot for your programmer development team and your professional technical support team... Unfortunately, can't login after the latest update. Give a "Network Error" on signing in. I'm sure my phone network is working. I tried three different working Networks and I tried deleting app cache. Will this issue get fixed?

It's very well designed app but lacking a very important feature which is asking permission to let online payments through, that way you prevent ANY payment wherever it is.

The worst application ever I was logging in using my fingerprint, and I received a message that I had to reinstall it and now do not want to log in. It is disabled and wants to cancel the credit card. It's the worst application ever.

i like the app, well designed and works great for me, iam using a limited set of features and never used money transfer or any bell payments, one thing i miss in this app is the dark mode, the white is very bright and causing eye strain. after months of use i recommend this app over using website or call the bank customer service, i also hope to see monthly expenses chart to overlook all my expenses, like all other banking apps..
