Not able to make any transfer. Keep saying wrong OTP, also I'm copping it from the application. And worst, no customer service can help us. So bad that a bank with this history, does't Care about all people complaning here

I am very disappointed and very bad experience dealing with the app and the bank . the app most of the time says the service is not available and customer support are not cooperative at all

It keeps telling me "mandatory permissions are missing" and stop working . I have no idea what permission is the one that it needs . I gave it all permissions and yet it doesn't work . Why in the hell does it need so much permissions for anyway.

Silly application that keeps being deactivated by itself many times. Unfortunately, 2hen need to use it; I Have to reactivate it thru long - multiple failing - steps to get it truly linked to account.

I have applied for the service, since 20-Feb-2023. The customer service had not finalize the request, so I called the hotline and they told me the brach did not process my request. I visited the branch again on 05-Mar-2023 to reissue a new request. Until now, the soft token has not been activated and the Call Centre has no clue about the status of my request!!!

It seems very helpful for everyone accept me. I am outside of Egypt and I sent letter to update my data with a new phone number. I have contacted the Email Service Team many time but they could not find the letter. It shows me by the Track number that is received by November 1 2021. Till now no news about updated my profile and to be host I am stuck what can I do.? Appreciated

not working for the past 4 months very useful and easy to use... 4 stars because I wish there's an option to copy the OTP and paste it into BMonline app. It's sometimes difficult to memorize numbers

Synchronization error while activation, the numbers of digits of bm token app is different from the received ones in bm online app, e.g. bm token app generates activation code number with 13 digits while bm online app needs 14 digits to let activate button active. Now is dimet!!!! This bug needs to be corrected.

It doesn't work Faulty app Stop spending money for stupid ideas like that Make it simple and easy Just send a push notification to the BM bank app let the person confirm their code. I spent so long time trying to transfer money to someone in the same bank i couldn't. Hours of my time wasted with stupid bank!! I'm going to close my account, No point to have money in my account and can't use it with anything. You just deducting and reducing my money for nothing.

worst experience ever. one star is too much. one day my soft token suddenly is not working. i went to the branch in UAE and created a new request. whenever i call the call center they tell me we have no instructions to activate for customers outside egypt ! althought i have done all the required steps in UAE branch. for more than a month im not able to do any transfer from my account and no one cares. i have never seen this in any bank in the world.

Useless application and waste of time. One star even is too much. I can't transfer money. Always OTP number is incorrect. So many times, I have to close my account and search for great bank with useful services and respect their customers.

It always gives incorrect code. I can't do any transaction since its last update. The customer service and technical support didn't do anything solving this problem, just forcing me to reactivate the token without fixing anything. Very bad service.

It's easy to use and generate the password everytime. So smooth and simple. The problem is that every while it stops working properly and you need to call the bank to fix it or remove and reinstall it again. Please Bank Misr, work harder to fix all this application's issues... Thanks

Worst service ever Since almost year ago can't do any single transaction on the mobile app but all I can see is none stop commercial with silly actors just keep on bla bla bla and how the banking services is amazing and customer service they never stop on giving us the ordinary common advice delete the app and reinstall it once again and I've done that 10 times thank you bank Misr for being a reason to unstable my sugar level. Thats is too frustrating

It doesn't make sense at all to stop the online transfer without any customer notice. I spent many hours trying to do an online transfer and it said "wrong OTP". At least show me the service is not currently working. Horrible customer experience!

This application is useless and the customer service agents are clueless all they were taught to tell us the clients is to delete the app and reinstall it and every time you have to call them to disconnect the service in order to be able to register again which is something unheard of as in my other bank the whole process from deleting the app to registering again is done by the client and online! Bm soft token always gives an error even if you succeeded to register, bm online refuses the OTP!

Stupid application!! Wast of time , very complicated in the process of activation to surprise me with a useless service, it doesn't work all the time gives incorrect pin and I have to find another way to transfer money and solve my problem.. Really it's the worst application ever !! I don't recommend it at all. It even doesn't have the minimum amount of app development, worst tech team ever in case they know something about technology!
