I downloaded it twice and still have the same problem. I'm stuck at the primary screen. The links [show next time\ Done] do nothing. Did the developer forgot to put their links or what?? How could it be not working?!

Can't add a card keep giving me a message saying approved but when I click ok nothing happens .I went to the bank they tell me I need paper registration for the wallet .I did that .try again but still the same problem , even the bank can't fix , and now it's completely useless

Terrible experience trying to login but a notification keeps popping denoting that there is neither mobile network nor Wi-Fi connection which is not true. A horrible application. Cannot even rate it one star

Very bad wallet and service ..suddenly there is no option for recieving or sending money and when calling the call centre they couldnt help in any issues as if the are not responsible on the service ... Surely i dont advice any one to install or deal with this wallet. I lost my money this week

The app most of times would not work .. after i enter my password it stucks on loading loop and never login .. and screenshots still not allowed .. at least we can have a share button to share an operation to 3rd party as it is needed some times

It's horrible, i tried many times to register through the application and it shows always that the service is not available currently ! You should fix this issue as soon as possible.

Very bad experience. The app crashes, can't change to Arabic language and no screen shots. Please add the option to send a screenshot or recite to email or Whatsapp just like in Instapay app.

Very bad app didn't except the every time I downloaded..try to reset password the cod is wrong every time no time it could be true..nothing to do with it please don't install it I well transfer to another bank .. if it still problem . no one in call customer could help.. pleas do it again and again as they told me . Bad online experience. I well cancel it very soon 🔜 Update Calling call customer they didn't solve the problem again update .. zero customer support..

This update is very bad, permanent notification about electricity card charges! And the logo of purchase and others are not available which is not a good image about a great bank as you, please fix these issues as soon as possible.. Thanks for your reply and support.. issues are solved 👌

Very bad app and don't respond to the codes sent by itself. I've been trying to subscribe for more than a month but it still doesn't respond. I recommend to delete this app until you can do another one professionally. THE WORST APP I'VE EVER SEEN.

The last update is bad, especialy for receiving cash. It doesn't work. I gave the password for receiving money but the process failed. No one can send me money. The oldest version without password for receiving money was easier. I can't receive money now.

Very bad application which has some bugs. The app appears an error message and I can't login since the last update. Where's the testing and quality teams. Really this bank is very bad in everything.

Useful app but missing the following: 1- Editing or deleting any of your favorites. 2- Proof of any transaction; since we cant take screen shot. You can add an option of sending a pdf printout with all details of every transaction to the via registered email address and / or whats app message to the registered phone number.

Terrible experience, it doesn't accept adding my meeza account to my bm wallet so i can load my wallet to pay my urgent Bill's and commitments even after deleting and reinstalling the app many times and 3 times calling customer services who assures that both card and wallet are active and working properly. Really disappointed and regret to deal with this banque.

Useless efforts, several downloads, numerous customer service calls, visits to bank branches and still problem unsolved although I received a message that it is solved. Wallet internal error pops up every time I try to reload wallet or make any transaction. Extremely disappointing.

Very useful app. However, after the last update, an Electricity Service notification keeps popping up telling me ( will be closed once recharge SmartCard done). I don't know if this affects the application in any way so far. Can you please check this issue? Thanks for your efforts.

I am trying to activate my account, but it always shows an error message telling me the activation code is incorrect, i have resent it several times and it is the same everytime. I honestly suggest you to remake the whole application, it is full of errors and bugs.

Recharge electricity cards of various companies using NFC feature. This feature does not work. An update is very much needed to enable this feature. I tried this today & it gave "Declined Transaction Service is currently unavailable Please try later". The application stopped working today! I am very astonished for this. It was working before that and I don't see any update to solve this issue.

I know that for security reasons u guys disabled the screen shot. But at least can you add a button to print out a receipt confirming any payments or transfers. This would be useful for the business uses. Since the app is simple and useful. Just add the button to generate a pdf or an image or the payment - both received or transferred from the account.
