During this whole merging process so called transition from bank of the west to bmo has been a nightmare. During this 5 day transition I was told that I would have have access to my money. That was a bunch of B.S. I was denied access to my money. I wasn't able to pay my rent which put me in a bad spot with my new landlord. If this is an example of what bmo is about, you better believe I'm pulling my money out and moving to a bank that I can trust.

My Daughter when she grows up will always have that part covered forme so I.A YonKey better start remembering me I still need my card to shop with in my phone installed by you Google because of my Google credit thank you

Great app easy to navigate, one problem not able to use mobile banking to deposit my checks so I have to go to the bank

Verification code was never sent, tried twice, but don't want my account locked so guess I am not able to use this app.

I didn't know anything about the merger of bank of the west. The number I call won't let me do anything for my loan. The app is useless. How am I suppose to pay? There isn't even an option for paying a loan. Guess when you call me for a past due payment I'll be able to to pay 🙁
