for some reason you can't attach files (receipts) from your files on your phone and only through your photo album or a camera picture. massive oversight

I'm trying to log in through the website and I can't anymore. You are now FORCED to download this if you want to log in. I'm so sick of having to download apps for everything.

BMO spend dynamic is the ONLY website consistently have trouble logging into... Finally they replaced their faulty (long lag time) email 2 step authentification... and now I'm having trouble still with this new 2 factor authenticor. Very frustrating as a small business owner to be thwarted like this when finally I'm able to squeeze in a little office work to do some admin.

Not user friendly. Trying to create an expense account and attaching the receipts is a terribly long ordeal. I don't know why my company uses this?

Terrible! Doesn't always work then locked me out of everything. I had to have everything reset, spending time and energy to do so.

Would rate negative 5 stars. Not user friendly at all and the two step authentication is a nightmare. I hate that I have to use this app for work reimbursements.

Worst app ever. I need a two factor authentication code to get into Spend Dynamics. online or in the app, but can't get that code as I can't get into either to get one.

the app is very user friendly , it makes it very easy to navigate thru much easier than the previous expense app .also the help from Jackie makes it easy to learn she is very helpful with any questions that may come up while doing my expenses

Constant issues logging on and staying on. Almost always have to try to upload my receipts 2 to 3 times before its accepted. This app sucks!! If I didn't need it for work I wouldn't use it at all...

I rate this at 1 falling star as it is the worst program ever. This is what my employer uses to recoup my travel expenses. More times than not after I have spent an hour inputing receips and GST et al, I get a red banner stating, "The request cannot be completed at this time, please try again." Very labour intensive to get my money back.

I wish I can give this negative stars. Here is the dilemma, the app doesnt have all the function so you are forced to you the web, which prompt the app to authenticate but also force you to change your password if you havent logged in in a month. Imagine just want to submit your receipt quickly but have to log in to the web, grab your phone, find password, change to new password, write password down somewhere because it doent allow copy and paste. Worst app of this decade

I'm forced up change my password very frequently, but the process doesn't work. Because I use the authenticator I'm forced to do my password update inside the app, where it bugs out telling me my current password is incorrect even though it's the same one I used to sign into the web interface just moments ago. Bad, outdated practices like frequently scheduled password changes coupled with bad interface design make this awful to use.

App constantly crashes in the middle of trying to balance credit card. If you enjoy instability in your apps, this is the one for you. The only thing worse than this app is the in-person experience at a local branch.

This is terrible app probably created with the input business owners and managers so you can't put in your expenses. If this is true, well done, you have accomplished your goal. Did we hire the most qualified person to make this app. BMO, Let's check there

it doesn't always save my entries and we have to put 0 in for the taxes that aren't relevant. Extra steps are not always appreciated.

Two factor authentication code takes 5 - 10 min to arrive using a Gmail account, will lock you out forcing a call to BMO that might be another 20 min ... even after BMO reset I was told I couldn't get back in for 2hr ... I am the Administrator on the account!

We began using this at our company to streamline expense reporting. However, it has not been great. It doesn't automatically update the mileage reimbursement rate, so we had to manually go over each claim and adjust it, and then put in a ticket, because our rep doesn't want to help us anymore. The ticketing system is bad. I didn't get a resolution to my question. Except that every January, I will need to submit another ticket so they can update the Federal IRS Mileage rate bc they hard coded it.
