I can't even get the app working on my infinix HOT 7 Android. I installed the app on my infinix today and tried to register an account severally but app kept returning an error message that the app cannot load this page and blah..blah...blah. It just keeps crashing before even starting. Stops at 15 minutes count down in the account registration process

This is one of the best travel SIM apps on the market today. App is intuitive and simple to use. * The EU data rates are just unbeatable. You can easily find the discount codes to make plans even cheaper. * Data plans that never expire! * The support is brilliant, always available and resolve problems at instant.

Not happy. The BNESIM data service is OK but the app is truly dreadful. Confusing, unhelpful and takes an age for the dashboard to load. Like over a minute which is not acceptable. The app is so bad that I will not be renewing my "subscription" when the preloaded credit runs out. There must be better eSim apps than BNESIM. I am looking now.

BNESIM is a game-changer! With its intuitive interface, affordable data plans, and reliable global connectivity, I can travel without worrying about expensive roaming charges. The customer support team is outstanding too. Highly recommended for frequent travelers!

The link to activate the esim has been broken during my whole trip. The app stole my money. DO NOT INSTALL.

For BNESIM Using this App to manage daily and monthly recurring deals is effortless. The data plan is flexible and, in terms of value, I have yet to come across any other eSIM product in the market that can rival BNESIM. It is the most valuable provider, and it is particularly beneficial for long-term stays in certain countries. The App is incredibly comprehensive, making it an excellent choice for anyone looking for a complete solution.

The never expiring data on BNE's pay-as-go esim is a complete game changer! It's incredibly useful for people who don't use tons of data and don't like the idea of paying monthly for data they'll never use. The customer support team is also incredibly helpful- never had an issue that couldn't eventually be solved! Satisfied user!

pros: cheap esim/sim packages for travel. I tested eSim in spain and netherlands, it simply works.payment via google/apple/creditcard. the biggest adv is that data credit does not expire ! .they have whatsapp support number. Cons: Default top up is recurring monthly payment. VOIP calls: minute costs more than other VOIP providers. UI has glitches when using larger fonts. VOIP calls may struggle with some firewalls.main app dashboard feels overcrowded. buying a number requires KYOC

Such a stupid app. Won't let me log in because it says I'm not connected to the Internet. Right after downloading it from the app store. There is no way to access my account from the website, it's app only. And app doesn't work. So..... This one is an immediate uninstall Edit: I gave it another try, and was able to log in, but it is so buggy. I am not able to change my password or do anything really, without some sort of error message

The app doesn't work properly on the Motolola One phone. I tried everything, including reinstalling it, but it does work for a day or so (while in UK) and then it not recognizing the Sim UPDATE: I managed to get in touch with the customer service. This time they did a lot of work and managed to fix all my issues, with prompt response and collaboration. Last star will come after my next trip.

Following the eSIM activation, I got a stable and fast connection in Turkey on the Turk Telecom network. The app user interface requires enhancement.

Honestly, pretty good. Navigation can be confusing at first. The app tries to upsell data, VoIP number, VPN, conference room, etc under one page. That said once you get used to it, you know where to find what you need. The support is professional and fast. Price is reasonable (TRUE no expiration data) and the cost structure is clear. Where I live I get fast 5G/LTE Speed. I like they offer clear per-day data accounting.

This service sucks. I am trying to call support, as soon as I press 3 the call hangs up. I am trying to reach them via chat or email, noone responds.

Confusing app. Expensive. Cheaper to get a SIM. I logged in to delete account, but got a message "password mismatch" using a password manager - dodgy. Poor support in Australia with claims of 24/7 support.

The best eSIM and SIM provider. Reasonable cost for data but too expensive calls. Excellent and fast customer service. Very good and functional app. A dark theme would be great. Thanks 🙂. Update: No issue anymore with phone calls. Seems stable now.

Update 6mo later: connection is very bad also in Germany. Frequent drops. Never works in indoors. I've used BNESIM in the Netherlands. I had some connectivity issues. Especially indoors. Most of the time only 4.5g is supported, no 5g. For ex, with another esim provider which supported 5G I had no issues. To be fair BNESIM was significantly cheaper. App also feels a bit clunky. APN name setting is a bit confusing, you may or not have to change it when you switch countries.

This is a case of "the service is quite useful, but the app is a headache". First, BNESIM: Customer service is Great. The costs & connection are usually very reasonable & useful. Not best I use, though. The app: Unlike many others, you can see nothing about your account w/out data. It is very lacking in UI quality. It looks simple at first - then you use it & realize it is Not. A lot needs done to improve it. Used to these sorts of things? Doable. For someone new it could be difficult.

I've been using BNESIM for over a year, and both phone and data service has worked well in the UK, Europe and USA. Pricing is very reasonable, and support is responsive. Note, however, that you must set your caller id to your mobile phone number, otherwise you will not be able to call any UK mobile numbers (as the UK mobile networks all block virtual caller ids). Also note that BNE doesn't set caller id for outgoing texts, so it is impossible to text anyone in the UK from BNE.
