since i upgraded my OS to android 10, i couldn't log in anymore. it says that my account has been blocked, over and over again until today. i went to CS at nearest BNI office, but they also couldn't fix this handicap. could you please do me a favor to upgrade this app that suitable with android 10. Thanks a bunch

Hai BNI, This is my 2nd review, after my 1st one below. now the app work on Android 10 and i can verify my account back. And not found any problem so far. Thank you. ------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Hai BNI, you already know what's the problems are. I really hope you can make an improvement anytime soon. More user friendly, simple, versatile app.

For unknown reason, I got locked out. Called BNI Call and told to delete the app and wait for 3 days (for no apparent reason) before install and try again. But eventually, never work. I no longer able to login. Done this 2 times. I quit. Cut BNI credit card and move on to another provider. BNI, your app vendor is sucks!

It suddently said that my account is blocked. I tried to use "forget password" but when I enter my email it said "email has been registrred". What a bothersome apps. It was a good aps previously but all at a suddent, it went the worst. BNI never took his Credit Card business seriously.

Sorry for the 1 star rating. This app only useful to monitor the cc usage but it was not real time as there was delays. There was a menu "promo" but it cant show what promo available from the card we have. I tried many times but it says there was no response from the server. It also did not show how many points we had, not to mention how to redeem the points. Overall, after many days trying to access such information, i conclude THIS APP IS USELESS, so I UNINSTALLED

Suddenly my account was blocked, tried to contact BNI Call Center and they said to uninstall, then reinstall and register as new account after 3-work-days at max. It's already 4 work-days, I've tried as I've been told to, and system said that my account is already registered, then I've tried to use my old password and tried to change the password as well, yet still blocked. Good Job BNI!

First, I installed this App at IOS (Apple iPad). It worked well. For convenience reason, I uninstalled it from my iPad and want to install it om my iPhone. I unistalled it successfully from my iPad. Still, I can not even register it on my iPhone, with notification read as follows: "Akun kartu kredit Anda telah terdaftar di device yang lain". Any suggestion to fix it would be highly appreciated.

This app was actually quite useful in monitoring my credit card usage. However, when I upgraded my OS to Android 10, suddenly my account was blocked and I could not log in. Appreciate if the developercan resolve this issue. Thanks

Finally there's an app for the credit card! I have been waiting for this. Thank you, BNI. So far, usage is easy and all information I need can be accessed through the app easily. Interface is also minimalist and elegant. Never had any compatibility or crash issue so far.

I just got a new phone that using Andoid10, and I was confusing how to move my account from an old phone to the new one, because they have no option to log in or input the credit card number. And then I called the call center, and they said that this app is not working on Android10. So, when would it be working on Android10? Because overall, this app was useful and easy to use. I still waiting for the new update.

There is no push notification for every transaction. Notification only by email and sms which is both are billed every month. I have other credit cards from other banks but they do not charge for notification. I'm dissapointed with BNI credit card. I might stop using it in the near future.

The update uploaded on the 14th of April 2020 works with Android 10. Still, it hasn't deserved the full 5 stars cause it lacks a simple but convenient feature that many other bank mobile apps have already offered, that is the option of logging in with biometrics. Also, I've found the current version still couldn't be used with BNI Credit Card under the Hasanah branding.

This app is really great. I can finally know my limit without having to count my credit card purchases myself. But for the past week, it suddenly did not want to open. It says "gagal masuk aplikasi". I have checked, I do have updated the app to the latest version. I tried restarting my device too. Hope the developers can find a way to fix this bug. Thanks!!! (Update: after a reply from BNI, I was able to login, but then it said that "akun anda diblokir", what should I do? Thanks)

I login to the app & found that my card is registered with other device. My phone still the same only upgraded the os to Android 10. Called their CS, she advised they're in the process of upgrading their app to be compatible with A10. So she offered to take down my account details. After some days as I tought they done with the upgraded version, i re-download their app, tried to register again. It still showed my card ia registered with another device. That CS i called might have a problem.

Finally there's a credit card management app from BNI & it's a different app from the Mobile Banking one. I don't have account in BNI, so this is a great move. I've been using BNI credit card for years & it was really hard to track my usage and balance. I've always told the CS to make an app for credit card and it is here now! I gave you 4 stars coz I haven't seen installment and smartspending feature (correct me if I'm wrong, maybe I just didn't see it closely)

please fix the permission checker when user tap the button to capture document photo. it keeps ask me to allow access to camera even though I already allowed it

Hi, after updation, I can't see the detail billing and ongoing transaction, not only from the main card but also can't see supplementary card. It was ok before, pls check.

It does exactly what you expected it to do: tells how much you spent during the month period. Thank you BNI for creating this app. Super helpful for monitoring my credits. Edit: Have to drastically decrease the rating because suddenly my account got blocked and the call center said the app is not compatible with the latest Android update. FIX THIS!!!

This app DESERVES zero if not negative stars. Very unreliable, user interface is VERY OUTDATED. The app crashes frequently. All of the transactions showed weren't real time, it takes 2-3 days for your transaction to show up. There are no detailed informations on your reward points, the app only show your accumulated points. Billing information is impossible to check via this app, it'll only shows error message every single time. This app is a TOTAL EMBARRASSMENT for a bank of BNI size.

Really disappointing, everytime i push the button to upload a document, it is said I have to grant access for the camera. I already did that, but somehow it doesn't work, the same notification always appears.
