Confirm pickup time feature does NOT work. Showed me 5:15 and would not let me change it. Even canceled the order and tried again. You touch the times and nothing happens. Got to the store at the 5:15 the app finally showed me and found that it had been changed to 5:45. I don't need the BS. Last time using this app.

The app really needs work. Sometimes ordering works fine, other times it does not. Noticed today that the tender meal, which says your choice of dipping sauce, does not offer the option unless you order the 3 course family meal. Put my choice in special instructions, but then those did not show as part of the order receipt. Lots of glitches.

This is a terrible app. Having created our order, it would not let us proceed, as the pick up time was too soon. Ok I get that. The options were 'Cancel the order' (why would I want to do that?) or 'Go back'. Choosing go back took me to my order and gave no option to adjust the pickup time. Pressing proceed just took you back to the cancel logo, and you're in an endless loop and not able to proceed or do anything. We solved it by canceling the order and giving our money to Papa John's instead.

First time and last time. I had an offer when I downloaded and used the app. When trying to place my order, I get an error that something went wrong and they didn't have an item in my cart. There is no message about what they were out of, no option to fix. Either clear cart or go back, but because I don't know what's out, I can't fix my order. After 15 min. I gave up and shopped elsewhere. The free pie offer wasn't worth the hassle.

App sucks in general but the last straw was it going ahead with an order when I NEVER authorized the order. I just happened to see the email about the order, called the store and cancelled it, and then disputed with my bank. They considered it fraud and cancelled my card. Now, I'm getting a new card and the hassle that goes with it. Deleted the app and will NEVER use any app with Bob Evans again. This is the SECOND time this has happened with this app but the first time I wasn't charged.

The app is clear and concise, however it needs a choice where you can click "no bread" for the order. I have a gluten allergy and when I pick a bread and then in the special notes, explained that I have a gluten allergy and not to put any bread in the order, it seems to confuse the servers. The app allows you to choose "no side", it would be great if it could also let you choose "no bread". Thanks for your consideration.

I've deleted and reinstalled the app. Every time I click on 'order' to make an order it just sits there on the loading screen and the loading circle spins. The whole point of the app is to be able to place a dinner order for pick up on it. What's the point in having the app if it won't allow you to place any orders.

App needs serious work! Tried three times to order and gave up. I selected "pick up" and the app did not give me the opportunity to select a time. Oh well. I proceeded to place an order and tried to check out. Got an error message that I needed to select a time and in order to do that I would need to clear the cart and start the order process order. The app also did not acknowledge the special offer and tried to charge the full price. Uninstalled app immediately.

The app is easy to navigate for the most part. The problem comes when we want to pay with a gift card. The only option is credit card, so we can't even place an order on the app and use a gift card when we pick it up. If we want carryout, we have to call, adding to the work and stress of an overworked restaurant staff.

The app takes longer to submit my order to the store than it takes for me to just drive there and do it myself defeating the whole purpose of ordering so it will be ready when I get there. Also, I have no idea how to actually use the deals it offers since the toggle doesn't seem to do anything and if you add the item to your order it's still listed at regular price. Update: Now it's not even showing the full menu, only the Thanksgiving specials. Really a waste of an app.

Have had multiple experiences with the app that are pretty pointless. Between ordering food, that I could have just called them and placed an order for personally, to no such thing as rewards or deals to be had. Literally no point in downloading this application whatsoever other than looking for locations which I just as easily could have googled. I Don't understand what Bob Evans was thinking here. I live 3 miles from there and they won't deliver that far? Just a completely pointless app!

Was able to order once but now it will say order can't be completed or error some of these items can't be ordered because they aren't available but it is for everything on menu which is ridiculous because I have tried to see if it was only one of two items but it's almost everything no matter time of day. The app also doesn't show you which items need deleted so you gotta clear cart and start over if you do order something that doesn't get the error message.

Absolute garbage, downloader beware. I shouldn't have ignored all the bad reviews. Can't pay with gift card, offers show up as "available credit" so it looks like it's using your gift card balance but charges your CC. Can't track progress of your order. Can't cancel your order. This app is made to prey on old people, but even a digital native like myself was tricked into paying with my credit card when I have $50 in app cash. Don't use this app.

Doesn't allow customizable tip. The option percentages are 0, 15, 20, or 25. I like to customize cuz I want my total to add up to an even amt. It's easier for me to track my spending that way. You can't see the whole menu without starting an order which is stupid. It's easier to just order from website & I can customize the tip that way. It really defeats the purpose of the app when the website is easier.

App works well until you use it. Real glitchy. Won't allow you to keep items in the cart for a few minutes....times out, because it conflicts with the pick-up time and says there is an error and to clear cart. Had to reorder a meal 3 times. Finally allowed me to adjust the pickup time and avoid the obvious glitch in the app. Could work really well if the glitches are fixed. The app itself is really easy to use. Really easy to navigate to the different areas and pick the items you want.

Originally wjen I first installed it, I had no problems. It showed a full menu, honored specials, took the order quickly, and delivery was prompt. Tips could be customized. Now, other than seeing or changing how I can pay, or seeing the specials, whem I hit "order," it hangs. For 20 min at one count before I quit trying, & again after reboot & uninstall/reinstall, it still won't let me order. Someone decided to "new & improve" it, probably, & we all know "new & improved"=broken.

App does not apply promotional credits that it says is available and selected. It gives you a date and time but if you don't submit the order quickly it tells you it can't be completed at the selected time that IT selects. There is a spot to change it however when you try to, nothing happens. You are unable to use a gift card on app.

Wouldn't work. When trying to checkout it kept telling me that items where not available. No option to delete particular items so I had to clear my entire cart to try again. Super inconvenient because I had to type instructions 3 different times just to figure out the thing wouldn't work. Tried adding single items to see what was not available. No luck. Called the store and they had the items. Ordered over the phone and picked everything up in 20 minutes. Not worth the time I wasted to download.

Based only on the usual factors, and the fact that the app "remembers" my previous order, this would be a solid 5-star review. But I minus TWO stars, because the second time I used the app, I discovered SAVED my PAYMENT CARD information. To me, that is completely unacceptable! Yes, they have an option to add a PIN, which I could do. But, since most PINs are fairly short and are only digits, they are known to be easily cracked. I don't want $ card info saved, I want to delete it.

The app itself looks pretty good, but it won't let me order without creating an account, which shouldn't be necessary when I could just enter appropriate information (such as payment and/or contact info) at checkout time. I like the food, but am not interested in having another account, especially not for something whose nearest locations are this far out of my way.
