Amazing app love that it tells you why it's not approved and give you an approved option. This is a great tool for making healthier choices

I was only able to scan one product & then the camera wouldn't focus, tried closing app & restarting but still won't focus. This app is useless to me. Also no info provided about bioengineered food ingredients.

I typically love the app, but for a week now, I haven't been able to scan anything and searching for products doesn't work either.

Bobby does most of the work to find the healthiest choices and educates to make you aware of the goods and bads in foods and health risks. Love the app! Very user friendly. A must when shopping.

I have found this app to be very very helpful when I'm shopping. Even though I check the ingredients sometimes I miss something in the list of ingredients. Also comes in handy when I forget my reading glasses.

App doesn't let me scan more than one item, then stops scanning. I have to keep opening and closing the app, so frustrating!

Not fact based. Misleading and confusing. Bobby Parrish is not a food scientist ir dietician. These are just his opinions and they are totally inconsistent across foods. The same ingredients will be listed for approved or disapproved items and it ignores a lot of the real world problems. Don't trust this opinion. Talk to a real doctor.

Great app. Love the idea. One big flaw is that a lot of approved items have the same ingredients as other items, and they are not approved. For example, an item will have a thumbs down for having natural flavors. Meanwhile, another item would be approved with natural flavors along with 6 other ingredients highlighted in red.

my wife and I use this app all the time now. we are better at checking the labels, but a quick scan of the arcade allows us to see why something isn't approved, and those ingredients that "flag" the item as not Bobby approved, you can click on and he tells you why. We love the ease, information, and peace-of-mind this app offers as we shop and work towards a healthier lifestyle. Thanks Bobby!!

Unfortunately the scanner hardly ever works on my S23 Ultra. When holding it in front of the camera nothing happens. Tried it on an older iPhone SE and it works flawlessly. Please fix this.

It's OK. I tried scanning some usual foods we get and nothing came up. But, when I typed out the name, I could find about 50% of them. I double checked to make sure there wasn't a barcode sticker over the actual barcodes on the ones that wouldn't scan and there wasn't. I'm going try to use it when I'm questioning something with ingredients I don't know since this app does give you a quick description/explanation on many ingredients. That is one thing I really like about the app.

Love the app, especially when you're shopping to confirm if certain foods are safe for eating. When the app highlights the ingredients that you need to be careful of, then just don't buy. At work, my co-worker and I remind each other to check to see if Bobby approves. As my fiance and I do too when we're out shopping.

Love the app, but could definitely use some improvement. It would an amazing feature if it could include things that are approved when an item is scanned and is rejected. Showing an alternative that would be Bobby approved and why that specific item might not be approved instead of just showing that it isn't. Preferably inside the same store that the item was scanned in.

Needs a better user experience. When I scan an item I should be able to click on the item to see the details and ingredients. Instead I have to hit back and then search for the item, but wait!! Let's say you were looking for Mr. Jingles minestrone soup (completely made up brand). If you search jingles minestrone soup, no results. To find the item you have to memorize the exact name that appeared in the scan result and then type that exact name in the search results. Needs work!

I just loaded the app and because of some vision issues on top my dyslexia much of the text print is to hard to read. I would like to see the app have a dark mode that gives dark background with light/white text print. I have found for the last year or so it is easier to read. Plus allow for the user to decide font size and text for their needs for ease of reading. Bobby I don't know how many of your viewer have dyslexia or some kind of vision impairment so it would also help text to speech.

I have two changes I would make to make the app "Jerry Approved." #1, when manually typing in a food, let's say "Magic Spoon," you would hope that would come up at the top but you have to scroll down to find it. #2, It would be nice if there was an option to reflect a "better for you" choice knowing that the food is not "perfect" but it's not horrible either.

Works great! No problems! Really helps make those BS products with slick "healthy" marketing easier to spot. App gives you a list of the ingredients (good and bad food) and will highlight the offending ingredient(s) for the unapproved ones. And it's great for my eyes, rather than trying to read the fine print on a shiny package, ingredients are on my phone in a nice big font!

Thank for this incredible useful app!! I now have a full list of all good bad and so-so ingredients at my fingertips now. I no longer need the fumble through a list of random ingredients to avoid that I've been writing down on my own. Everything is easy to read and color, but the best feature of all is the camera scanner that you can look at any and all barcodes and it'll tell you if it's good or bad. And the best part there's no pop-ups are ads in here to be bothered with! ❤

This app is great, and much easier than keeping a list of things to avoid on my phone. Some of the pictures of food are dated, but that's just a cosmetic issue. I would love a feature added in the future that allows you to tap on the bad ingredients after scanning a barcode to see why they should be avoided. I understand it's under the search menu, but if there's more than a few it makes going back and forth annoying.

There were many times I scanned the same product, and it said “thumb up” and then there were times I re-scanned the same product, and it said “thumb down”. I just don't get it. How can the same product be both good and bad? So confusing! Moreover, there are still far too many products that I scanned, all popped up saying “still under review”. Ugh! 🙄 I uninstalled this stupid useless app and found a way much better app called Yuka.
