“BOI Credit control” is a product that is designed for the credit cardholders to have a complete control of their Credit Cards using their smart phones.
“BOI Credit control” offers the following features:
1. Lock/Unlock card: Users can protect their cards from getting misused by turning ON and OFF only when they want to use it.
2. Green Pin: User can create new pin OR user can change pin of his/her Credit Card. When user click on green pin option, OTP is sent to the registered mobile number. After validating the OTP, user set new pin.
3. Set Card Limits: Users have the flexibility to set their own maximum Transaction limits for every card.
4. Card Usage: Depending on the user’s requirement, user can also enable/disable their card for specific type of transactions- ATM or POS. For Example, if the user does not wish to use his card for purchases, then he can disable POS transactions by turning it OFF with a single touch.
Also user can control the usage of international transactions by enabling the specific countries in which the card can be utilized. User can also blacklist MCCs for prevent transaction on specified businesses.
5. Keep Track: User need not visit the branch/ATM to get the details of the transactions. User can view the recent transactions as well the expense history instantly on the app itself.
6. Notification: Users can get notified for every transaction occurred with his payment cards on the mobile app.
7. Account Summary: Users can view the details of account like Credit limit, minimum amount due, unbilled amount, etc.
8. User Profile Management: Users can manage his account by using change and forgot password functionality and change MPIN.

The app doesn't work. waste of time. The popup shows usb rooted / usb debugging can't use this app.

Unable to open... saying the phone is rooted🙄🙄. This is the same situation for almost an year. Developers or the Bank is least bothered about the issues.

Totally useless app ever made by Boi a reputed name. Can't express my annoyance after making several attempts to get thru the app. Device rooted, USBdebugging, can't recognise device, taking to another site...blaa blaa blaaa..really a nuisance in installing n opening it. I am ashamed of belonging Boi Family who pay to such irresponsible and ill-literate technical team. It deserves (-1).

From last many days the app is not opening. Everytime gives the reason that your session is invalid. Bank of India is very poor when it comes to digital usage. Slow apps, complicated website and procedures.

I forgot my username and when i try to getback my username i am unable to do it. After entering OTP i recieved in my phone, it shows this popup saying " oops, there seems to be technical error. Please contact customer care or try again later". Customer care also not giving proper response.

This application should not be given even a single star.they are just wasting time of customer.i have been trying to login to this app but shows popup 'this session is invalid' and throws back to the login page.. instead of betterment of the app they made it ridiculous..

BOI credit control app is very good app for credit card holder of Bank of india. This app has a lot of option like view payment due, your expenses, active or inactive card, generate green PIN , Expenses history, card limit. Although this app is launched past few month ago so here are some things which are required to rectify given below.. 1. you can not generate credit card statement of any month for further use (Major problem) 2. Transaction history can be view only of past 1 month, beyond this no history is available. Bank of India After all Launched separate app for credit card , this is good news, customers can see at least something about their credit card. Developers , please rectify above two major problems as soon as possible by launching its Beta version. Thanks BOI

The app doesn't work at all, after login when you click to view your card option, system shows "your session is invalid". Then you automatically logged out. Problem occurring since last 1 month, still not resolved by the bank. It's 3rd class app of 3rd class bank.

No option to make payment of utility bill in this app, no option to update phone number, email id, address using Aadhaar not available. Best thing integrate this app with boi mobile. App option to increase credit limit using SMS and digitally. Option to upgrade the credit card, option to send the email for escalation to nodal officer etc. Alot of things needs to be updated in this app. Its a basic app.

nice App you can manage on your fingers. set your limit, online transactions, and many more. also when not in use, you can disable card status. can generate green pin on the go. also can generate past transaction history...

When I want to open it the pop up alert comes and shows that device is rooted/ usb debugging enabled. I checked and confirmed with service centre that my device is not rooted. Please fix that issue so I can login in your app.

expected more but didnt allow me to sign in after creating account showed technical error and ask me contact Customer care. even when using forgot username and password it verifies otp and after that shows same .your customer care got zombie virus repeats same thing to enter the card no after entering correct number. so what is the use of this app.. and your customer care..to compete with trending banks you must be updated with technically to give good digital aervices.

What happen not opening up always message pop up before I can type password that USB debugging, your device is, I checked checked it out by expert they your device is working properly. Please remove this pop up so we can type our password and open the app to our credit details, I uninstalled it and again installed it but the problem is as usual. Please solve it soon

Much awaited app for all the BOI credit card holders, it will help credit card customers to seamlessly monitor their card transactions, set their pin without approaching the bank, turn on or off the card, hotlist, setting up of transaction limits and much more. I would personally recommend this app to all the BOI credit card holders. Kudos Team BOI

It was a decent and useful app, until my password expired. To change it, you need an OTP. Despite several attempts, I can't receive the OTP. Many other users also facing same issue. You should provide some other way to change the password as well.

After successful login, on opening credit page it show " your session is invalid,you will be redirected to login screen". I'm facing this problem from 3 to 4 week i don't know what you guys doing. Bank of india's all services related to credit card are worst whether it's there credit control app or there credit card.

Its good but one option that is sorely missing is to convert the purchases to emi system by the user. The process to convert purchases into emi by going to the branch is very cumbersome in this days and age. Or else the app is good and it should have option for card statement generation and previous details also that has been done before registration in the app which will make it more useful from the customer end and make more people to use the app.

I am trying to open the App for sometime now it's repeatedly giving the message as "Device appears to be rooted/USB debugging enabled. Rooting/USB debugging can expose your device to malware and keyloggers". In the background there is a new login page appearing but can't get through it due to the message.

I have BOI credit control app. This app is up to date. but I am facing some problems in this app. when I log in to my account and after chosing any option in it I got the following message. " Your session is invalid! You wil be redirected to login screen. the screenshot of that message is enclosed with this email. This happens every time when I login. I try to solve this problem from my side. I try to clear all data and and check but the problem was still as it is as prior.

What a Garbage, i downloaded the app & it shows me tha msg " This device seems rooted" where as my phone is as it is as i had purchased it. This app must be developed keeping some military grade security in mind. It's our bad that this app is for common people like us. Please for Good sake fix this issue if you can & let banking be easy with BOI. We will be grateful to you if you could give us a good, easy, seamless banking experience. Plz try to fix issues & enrich our banking experience.
